技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化消毒装置,属于空气净化处理技术领域。
背景技术
人们一直认为空气污染严重的是室外,人的一生约有80%的时间是在室内度过的,因此,室内环境质量的好坏直接影响到人体健康,从现实情况看,室内空气质量远劣于室外大气环境,人呼吸时需吸入空气,在肺泡内氧气被摄取,然后排出含有高浓度二氧化碳及其它一些有毒、有害气体,研究发现,人肺可排出20余种有毒物质,其余10余种含有挥发性毒物,因此,人们在拥挤、空气不流通的房间内,常感到眩晕、呼吸困难,严重者出现胸闷、出虚汗、恶心等,症状,另外,患有呼吸道传染病的病人,通过呼出气、喷嚏、咳嗽、痰和鼻涕等,可将病原体传播给他人,现有的空气净化装置往往存在着净化消毒效率低,结构复杂,维修困难,且不方便移动,为此,我们提供一种医用空气净化消毒装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种空气净化消毒装置,通过设置水箱、水泵与雾化喷头,能够降低空气中的干燥程度,除去空气中的灰尘,通过设置干燥器以提前对空气中的水分进行干燥,防止水分中夹带病毒,通过设置金属过滤层、活性炭过滤层与紫外线杀菌灯,能够对空气中的杂质进行多次过滤,通过活性炭的吸收能够去除空气中的异味,在紫外线杀菌灯的照射下能够全方位的对细菌进行杀菌处理,通过设置万向轮与脚刹,便于装置的移动方便与固定,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明涉及种空气净化消毒装置,包括本体,所述本体内腔底部设有电动机,所述电动机通过转轴连接有吸风扇,所述吸风扇一侧设有水箱,且所述水箱设于本体内腔,所述水箱内腔设有水泵,所述水泵输水口连接有输水管,且所述输水管贯穿水箱设于本体一侧,所述输水管一端连接有雾化喷头,所述水箱顶部设有净化室,所述净化室底部设有活性碳过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层两侧设有紫外线杀菌灯,且所述紫外线杀菌灯固定于净化室内壁一侧,所述紫外线杀菌灯顶部设有金属网过滤层,且所述金属网过滤层设于净化室内腔顶部,所述净化室上方设有干燥器,且所述干燥器设于本体内腔,所述干燥器顶部设有进气口,所述本体一侧设有挂口,且所述挂口与输水管相匹配,所述本体另一侧设有出风口,所述本体底部四角设有固定块,所述固定块底部连接有万向轮,所述万向轮一侧设有脚刹。

如图1-2所示,一种空气净化消毒装置,包括本体1,所述本体1内腔底部设有电动机2,用于带动吸风扇3的转动,所述电动机2通过转轴连接有吸风扇3,用于将气体吸入装置内,所述吸风扇3一侧设有水箱4,且所述水箱4设于本体1内腔,用于提供水量,所述水箱4内腔设有水泵5,用于输送水量,所述水泵5输水口连接有输水管6,且所述输水管6贯穿水箱4设于本体1一侧,所述输水管6一端连接有雾化喷头7,用于向空气中喷洒雾气,降低灰尘,所述水箱4顶部设有净化室8,所述净化室8底部设有活性碳过滤层9,用于吸附气体中的异味,所述活性炭过滤层9两侧设有紫外线杀菌灯10,且所述紫外线杀菌灯10固定于净化室8内壁一侧,起到杀菌的效果,所述紫外线杀菌灯10顶部设有金属网过滤层11,且所述金属网过滤层11设于净化室8内腔顶部,过滤空气中的杂质,所述净化室8上方设有干燥器12,且所述干燥器12设于本体1内腔,所述干燥器12顶部设有进气口13,所述本体1一侧设有挂口14,且所述挂口14与输水管6相匹配,所述本体1另一侧设有出风口18,所述本体1底部四角设有固定块15,所述固定块15底部连接有万向轮16,便于装置的移动,所述万向轮16一侧设有脚刹17,用于装置的固定。
所述本体1一侧设有推手,便于推动装置的移动,所述电动机2、水泵5与紫外线杀菌灯10均通过电源线连接电源,为电动机2水泵5与紫外线杀菌灯提供电能,所述水箱4一侧设有进水口,且所述进水口设有本体1一侧,及时为水箱4补充水量,所述输水管6一端设有螺纹把手,增大输水管6一侧的摩擦力,所述万向轮16数量为四个,且顶部设有减震装置,便于装置的移动。
本发明工作原理:对室内空气进行净化和消毒时,通过万向轮16将本体1推动到室内,通过脚刹17进行固定,启动水泵5,通过输水管6向雾化喷头7输送水量,对空气进行降燥和降尘,打开电动机2,带动吸风扇3,室内的空气从进气口13进入到干燥器12内进行干燥,干燥过后的气体通过金属过滤层11进入到净化室8,紫外线杀菌灯对气体中的细菌进行杀菌,气体通过活性炭过滤层9去除异味,最后从出风口18排出干净的气体。
