The invention has the advantages that: (1) The flux-cored wire produced by the flux-cored wire machine can be straightened and the surface of the flux-cored wire is wiped before the flux-cored wire is wound on the wire collecting barrel, so that the quality of the barreled welding wire is greatly improved; (2) When the flux-cored wire is barreled, the flux-cored wire can be automatically guided, so that the flux-cored wire can be automatically coiled on the barrel core of the wire-collecting barrel from inside to outside, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the welding wire barreling efficiency is improved.

the structure of the guide wire mechanism is as follows: the welding wire coiling machine comprises a fixed plate fixed on a frame above the side of a wire coiling barrel of a barrel station, a first positioning wheel is horizontally and movably supported on the fixed plate, a third motor is arranged at the bottom of the fixed plate at one side of the first positioning wheel, a second positioning wheel which can clamp and pull welding wires in a relative mode with the first positioning wheel is movably sleeved on an output shaft of the third motor after an output shaft of the third motor is movably extended out of the fixed plate, a guide plate is fixed on an output shaft body of the third motor between the second positioning wheel and the fixed plate, a third positioning wheel which can clamp and pull welding wires in a relative mode with the second positioning wheel is horizontally and movably supported on the guide plate, and in the welding wire coiling process, the third motor drives the guide plate to swing and can synchronously drive the welding wires clamped and pulled by the third positioning wheel to swing, so that the welding wires are coiled on a barrel core of the wire coiling barrel sequentially from inside to outside;
the traction conveying mechanism has the structure that: the welding wire feeding device comprises a driving wheel which is horizontally and movably supported at the front part of a frame and is driven to rotate by a second motor, wherein two driven wheels which are in rolling fit with the driving wheel are movably supported on the frame at one side of the driving wheel at intervals, a conveying belt is wound between the two driven wheels, and when the driving wheel is driven to rotate by the second motor, the driving wheel can drag and convey welding wires positioned between the driving wheel and the conveying belt in a way of being opposite to the conveying belt;
the frame is provided with a conveyer belt tensioning mechanism for tensioning a conveyer belt, and the structure of the conveyer belt tensioning mechanism is as follows: the device comprises a fixed seat fixed on a frame, an adjusting screw is movably arranged on the fixed seat in a penetrating way, one end of the adjusting screw outwards penetrates through the fixed seat and then is in threaded connection with an adjusting nut, the other end of the adjusting screw inwards penetrates through the fixed seat and then is connected with an adjusting seat, a tensioning wheel is movably supported on the adjusting seat, and a conveying belt is wound between two driven wheels and the tensioning wheel.

The welding wire barreling apparatus for a welding wire machine as defined in claim 1, wherein: the structure of the yarn wiping mechanism is as follows: the wire wiping machine comprises a lower wire wiping pressing plate fixed on a machine frame, wherein an upper wire wiping pressing plate is hinged to the top of the lower wire wiping pressing plate, wire wiping medium layers are respectively arranged on the opposite inner walls of the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping pressing plate, a plurality of locking mechanisms used for mutually locking and fixing the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping pressing plate are arranged between the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping pressing plate, and when the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping pressing plate are mutually locked, the wire wiping medium layers on the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping medium layers on the upper wire wiping pressing plate can wipe the surface of a welding wire passing through the space between the upper wire wiping pressing plate and the lower wire wiping pressing plate in an up-down opposite clamping mode.
