Abstract

本发明提供一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,包括:一针筒,其顶端设有一偏心靠边的入口管,供插设针头,针筒底端设有底盖;一针头部,其包括一具有二针尖的针头、一位于针头中央的纺锤形针体及一上细下粗的异径管,纺锤形针体上套合一针盖;一皿管状连结体,使用时上端能与异径管下端互相卡合,皿管底面下设有数个连翼与以下所述的试管的管塞上端相连;及一真空试管,其由一管塞塞住顶部开口;本发明使用后能将针头安全地毁损及密封于针筒内。

Description

人体工学安全真空抽血针筒
本发明是关于一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,尤指一种特别适合医检人员抽血工作用的安全真空抽血针筒,能提供医检人员在抽血工作上的便利性以及安全性。
众所周知,藉血液的检验可以检测出患者的许多疾病,如糖尿病、肝炎、梅毒及爱滋病等。然而疾病如肝炎、梅毒及爱滋病都可经由血液途径传染,肝炎、梅毒等目前都还能治愈,但是号称世纪末病毒的爱滋病则目前尚在研究中,仍是一种绝症。因此,对医检人员而言,抽血工作在安全上实是一项的重大心理负担,处理时稍一不慎受感染的针头刺到即可能致病。
常用的抽血针筒的针头在使用后,医检人员必须将针盖盖回针头上然后丢弃,以避免感染的针头(可能有病菌或病毒)伤害其它人员如废物处理人员等,然而此将针盖盖回针头的动作,稍不小心,例如没有对准,则可能刺到医检人员的手指头,非常危险。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其在使用后针头可被后拉到针筒内封闭,而完全消除上述将针盖盖回针头的危险。
本发明的另一目的是在于提供一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其针头设在针筒的偏心靠边处,因此较符合人体工学,易于抽血,而且其试管是藉由真空自动吸入血液以提供相当的便利性。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案为:一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其特征在于包括:
一针筒,其顶端设有一偏心靠边的入口管,针筒内壁靠近底端处设有向内的凸缘,针筒内壁设有二导轨,且针筒底端结合一底盖;
一针头部,其包括一具有二针尖的针头、一纺锤形针体及一上细下粗的异径管,该纺锤形针体固定包围在该针头中央处,纺锤形针体上套合一针盖以将其上的针尖密闭,纺锤形针体嵌合的该异径管的细部内,而该细部嵌合在上述针筒的入口管内,异径管的粗部的外径略小于针筒的内径,异径管底端设向内的齿环;
一连结体,是皿管状,皿管上端设向外的齿环,以便使用时能与上述异径管的内齿环互相卡合,皿管底端设有向外的凸缘,凸缘设有位置对应于上述针筒内壁二导轨的二凹沟,且皿管底面下设有数个连翼与以下所述的试管的管塞上端相连;及
一试管,其内呈真空,其由一管塞塞住顶部开口,管塞设有一向下的凹口;
因此在藉由真空完成抽血后,将试管后拉使得试管前端的连结体的外齿环与上述异径管的内齿环互相卡合,而带动针头部下移,此时针头的下针尖亦离开试管内,之后续拉试管使得连结体底端的外凸缘卡于针筒筒壁的内凸缘处,此时将装有血液的试管转动,则上述连翼将断掉,而使针头部完全处于针筒内,再将上述针盖及底盖分别后向塞入针筒的顶端和底端的入口内,则能将针头毁损及安全密封于针筒内。
本发明还可进一步于异径管的下端粗部的管壁设有缺口,以便增加该粗部的径向弹性;且将管塞的凹口的横剖面设呈半月形,以方便抽血时针头的下针尖穿过插入试管内;另在试管的管壁一侧设有凸块,以便当试管置于桌面上时,对试管的滚动提供适当的阻力。
本发明所提供的人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,特别适合医检人员抽血工作时使用,其在使用后针头是被后拉到针筒内封闭,完全消除现有针筒的将针盖盖回针头的危险,且其针头是设在针筒的偏心靠边处,因此较符合人体工学,易于抽血,另外其试管是籍由真空自动吸入血液,可以提供相当的使用便利性,故本发明特能提供医检人员在抽血工作上的便利性以及安全性。
以下配合附图及实施例更详细说明本发明,以便对于本发明的上述以及其它特征、功效有更具体的了解。

请参阅图1,本发明的人体工学安全真空抽血针筒包括:一针筒1,其顶端设有一偏心靠边的入口管11,针筒1内壁靠近底端处设有向内的凸缘12,且针筒1底端结合一底盖2,一针头部3,其包括一具有二针尖的针头31、一纺锤形针体32及一上细下粗的异径管33,该纺锤形针体32固定包围在该针头31中央处,纺锤形针体32上套合一针盖34以将其上的针尖311密闭,纺锤形针体32嵌合在该异径管33的细部内,而该细部嵌合在上述入口管11内,异径管33的粗部的外径略小于针筒1的内径,异径管33底端设向内的齿环331;一连结体4,其是皿管状,皿管上端设向外的齿环41,以便使用时能与上述异径管33的内齿环331互相卡合,皿管底端设有向外的凸缘42,且皿管底面下设有四个连翼43以与管塞51上端相连;及一试管5,其内呈真空,其由一管塞51塞住顶部开口,管塞51设有一向下的凹口511。
请参阅图2,其是沿图1中A-A线所取的剖视图。由图2看,上述管塞51的凹口511是似半月形,以方便上述针头31的下针尖312穿过插入试管5内。试管5的管壁一端可设有凸块52,当试管5与针筒1分离时,试管5若置于桌面上时,则此凸块52可对试管5的滚动提供适当的阻力。另,凸缘42设有二凹沟421,而针筒1内壁亦设有位置对应于该二凹沟421的二导轨412,以便导引试管5的前进不使转动。
请参阅图3,其是本发明实施例的垂直剖视图,表示使用中的状态,此时正在抽血中。将图1中的针盖34及底盖2拿开后,以手指将试管5前推使针头31的下针尖312经试管5的管塞51的凹口511穿刺进入试管5内,经由真空作用,血液6将由血管(图中未示)流入试管5内。
请参阅图4,其是本发明实施例的垂直剖视图,表示使用后的第一状态,此时针头部3以及含有血液的试管5正被后拉中。当将图3的试管5向后拉时,试管5前端的连结体4的齿环41将与上述异径管33的内齿环331互相卡合,而带动针头部3向下移动,此时下针尖312亦离开试管5内。
请参阅图5,其是本发明的垂直剖视图,表示使用后的第二状态,此时试管5已与针头部3及针筒1分离。当将图4的试管5继续后拉时,连结体4底端的外凸缘42卡于针筒1筒壁的内凸缘12处,此时稍将试管5转动,则连翼43将断掉,而呈图5所示状态。
请参阅图6,其是本发明的针头部3的异径管33的立体图。异径管33的粗部(即下部)的管壁可设有缺口332,以便增加该粗部的径向弹性。
请参阅图7,其是本发明的垂直剖视图,表示使用后的第三状态,此时针头31已被毁损并封闭于针筒内。于图6的动作后,将针盖34及底盖2分别后向塞入针筒1的顶端和底端的入口内,则能将针头31毁损或密封于针筒1内。因为针头31在图6所示的状态时已经缩于针筒1内,所以此种塞入动作完全不会对医检人员产生危险,不若上述常用针筒有刺到手指头的危险。
虽然以上已经参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,惟该实施例并非用以限制本发明保护范围。即大凡依本发明的实施例所作的均等变化与修正例,皆应仍属本发明技术方案所涵盖的范畴内。

Claims (4)

1、一种人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其特征在于包括:
一针筒,其顶端设有一偏心靠边的入口管,针筒内壁靠近底端处设有向内的凸缘,针筒内壁设有二导轨,且针筒底端结合一底盖;
一针头部,其包括一具有二针尖的针头、一纺锤形针体及一上细下粗的异径管,该纺锤形针体固定包围在该针头中央处,纺锤形针体上套合一针盖以将其上的针尖密闭,纺锤形针体嵌合在该异径管的细部内,而该细部嵌合在上述针筒的入口管内,异径管的粗部的外径略小于针筒的内径,异径管底端设向内的齿环;
一连结体,是皿管状,皿管上端设向外的齿环,以便使用时能与上述异径管的内齿环互相卡合,皿管底端设有向外的凸缘,凸缘设有位置对应于上述针筒内壁二导轨的二凹沟,且皿管底面下设有数个连翼与以下所述的试管的管塞上端相连;及
一试管,其内呈真空,其由一管塞塞住顶部开口,管塞设有一向下的凹口。
2、如权利要求1所述的人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其特征在于:异径管的下端粗部的管壁设有便于增加该粗部径向弹性的缺口。
3、如权利要求1所述的人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其特征在于:管塞的凹口的横剖面是呈方便抽血时针头的下针尖穿过插入试管内的半月形。
4、如权利要求1所述的人体工学安全真空抽血针筒,其特征在于:试管的管壁一侧设有当试管置于桌面上时对试管的滚动提供适当的阻力的凸块。
