本发明公开了一种空气净化装置,特别是一种用于空气净化领域的空气净化装置。本发明的空气净化装置,包括外壳,送风机和过滤层,所述外壳顶部为开放式,外壳底部设置有插槽,所述外壳的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述送风机设置在进风口好的出风口之间,所述过滤层包括初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片,每个过滤片的底部设置有插片,每个插片的外周上设置有密封圈。采用本申请的空气净化装置可以一次性去除多种污染物,空气净化效果好,滤网更换方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是一种用于空气净化领域的空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着城市规模的扩大和工业的发展,空气污染问题日益严重,而受到污染的空气对人们的身体健康有着严重的影响。为了使人们有一个健康的生活环境,对生活环境中的空气进行净化处理,使人们免受空气污染的影响成了急需解决的问题。对此现有技术采用空气净化器对空间进行净化。但是现有技术中的空气净化器功能简单,只能去除空气中单一种类的污染物质,无法完全有效地净化空气。此外现有空气净化器的滤芯在更换时需要将外壳拆开,更换极其不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以一次性去除多种污染物,空气净化效果好,滤网更换方便的空气净化装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的空气净化装置,包括外壳,送风机和过滤层,所述外壳顶部为开放式,外壳底部设置有插槽,所述外壳的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述送风机设置在进风口和出风口之间,所述过滤层包括初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片,每个过滤片的底部设置有插片,每个过滤片的外周上设置有密封圈。
进一步的是,所述初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片的有效过滤截面连接成三维螺旋形的风道。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本申请的装置可以一次性有效去除空气中较大颗粒的杂质以及甲硫醇、氨、硫化氢、甲醛、金属微粒,0.5um以下的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物等有害物质,还可以抑制细菌增长,其净化更加彻底。本申请采用插拔的方式安装各个过滤片,安装时只需要将过滤片的插片插入外壳底部的插槽中即可。过滤片之间由密封圈密封形成封闭的气体流道。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的空气净化装置,包括外壳1,送风机2和过滤层3,所述外壳1顶部为开放式,外壳1底部设置有插槽,所述外壳1的一端设置有进风口4,另一端设置有出风口5,所述送风机2设置在进风口4和出风口5之间,所述过滤层3包括初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片,每个过滤片的底部设置有插片,每过滤片的外周上设置有密封圈。本申请采用多个过滤片组合的形式,其中初级过滤片可以采用玻璃纤维网制成,用于过滤空气中较大颗粒的杂质,等离子过滤片用于过滤甲硫醇、氨、硫化氢等污染因子,并可以抑制细菌繁殖,除空气中悬浮胶体。HEPA过滤片可以除去空气中的0.5um以下的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物。活性炭过滤片可以去除空气中等甲醛等挥发性有机物。磁性过滤片可以过滤空气中的金属微粒。受到污染的空气在送风机2作用下由本装置的进风口4进入,经过初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片的过滤,去除空气中的各种污染物后,清洁卫生的洁净空气从本装置的出风口5送出。采用本申请的装置可以一次性有效去除空气中较大颗粒的杂质以及甲硫醇、氨、硫化氢、甲醛、金属微粒,0.5um以下的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物等有害物质,还可以抑制细菌增长,其净化更加彻底。本申请采用插拔的方式安装各个过滤片,安装时只需要将过滤片的插片插入外壳1底部的插槽中即可。过滤片之间由密封圈密封形成封闭的气体流道。

1.空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括外壳(1),送风机(2)和过滤层(3),所述外壳(1)顶部为开放式,外壳(1)底部设置有插槽,所述外壳(1)的一端设置有进风口(4),另一端设置有出风口(5),所述送风机(2)设置在进风口(4)和出风口(5)之间,所述过滤层(3)包括初级过滤片,等离子过滤片,HEPA过滤片,活性炭过滤片,磁性过滤片,每个过滤片的底部设置有插片,每个过滤片的外周上设置有密封圈。
