Furthermore, the valve mechanism comprises a threaded rod, a sleeve and a valve, the threaded rod and the sleeve are mutually connected through meshing of threads, and the valve is movably connected to the surface of the top wall in the slag discharging valve; through threaded rod and telescopic cooperation setting, be connected sleeve and threaded rod, according to the meshing cooperation of screw thread, the threaded rod can reciprocate in the sleeve, and the setting of valve can be opened and close the sediment valve simultaneously.
Furthermore, the outer circumferential surface of the slag discharging valve is provided with a negative pressure mechanism for jetting gas and enabling the gas to flow towards the slag discharging pool; according to the principle of the negative pressure mechanism, the speed of air flowing towards the direction of the slag discharging pool in the slag discharging valve can be increased, so that the speed of conveying slag is accelerated, and the slag discharging efficiency is improved.

Furthermore, a blocking block for opening and closing the valve is arranged at the bottom of the threaded rod, and the threaded rod penetrates through the top wall of the slag discharge valve and extends into the sleeve; the stop block can stop the upset of valve to in close the sediment valve passageway, and the setting of threaded rod then can drive the stop block rebound, thereby realize opening of valve, and can control the size that the valve was opened.
Further, the sleeve is movably connected to the upper surface of the top of the slag discharge valve through a bearing, and the top of the sleeve is provided with a rotatable rotating handle; by adopting the structure, the sleeve can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotating handle, so that the threaded rod is driven to move upwards, and the opening and closing of the valve are controlled conveniently.
Furthermore, a protruding part matched with the blocking block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the valve, and one side of the top of the valve is movably connected with the slag discharge valve through a rotating shaft; the protruding piece is mutually supported with the stop block to close and fasten the valve, and the pivot makes the valve can control the upset, so that the opening and closing of valve.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a domestic sewage treatment device comprises a sedimentation tank 1, a slag discharge tank 2 arranged on one side of the sedimentation tank 1, a filtering tank 3 arranged right above the sedimentation tank 1, a first conveying pipeline 5 arranged on the top of the filtering tank 3, and a clear water storage tank 6 arranged on the other side of the sedimentation tank 1, wherein the filtering tank 3 is communicated with the sedimentation tank 1 through a pipeline 32, and a plurality of second conveying channels 51 are arranged on the side wall of the first conveying channel 5, so that sewage of each household can be uniformly conveyed into the first conveying channel 5 through the second conveying channels 51 and then be treated in a centralized manner.
As shown in fig. 1, a rotatable crushing mechanism is arranged inside the first conveying pipeline 5, the crushing mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 52 and crushing blades 53 uniformly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 52, the rotating shaft 52 drives the crushing blades 53 to rotate, so that the sewage conveyed in enters into a crushing treatment and then enters into the filtering tank 3 from the first conveying channel 5, the middle part of the filtering tank 3 is provided with an activated carbon filter screen 31, the sewage conveyed in can be filtered, some residue impurities can be filtered, then the sewage passes through the activated carbon filter screen 31, the sewage enters into the sedimentation tank 1 from the pipeline 32, one side of the sedimentation tank 1 is communicated with a clean water storage tank 6 for storing clean water through a third conveying channel 12, a water pump is arranged inside the clean water storage tank 6 and is communicated with an external water device so as to recycle the treated water, the waste is avoided, the passage opening of the third passage 12 is provided with an activated carbon filter layer, the precipitated sewage can be subjected to secondary filtration, the other side of the sedimentation tank 1 is communicated with a slag discharge tank 2 through a slag discharge valve 4, and the slag discharge tank 2 is used for collecting the residues in the sedimentation tank 1 and carrying out centralized treatment.
As shown in fig. 2, a valve mechanism for opening and closing the slag discharge valve 4 is disposed inside the slag discharge valve 4, the valve mechanism includes a threaded rod 43, a sleeve 42 and a valve 44, an internal thread is disposed inside the sleeve 42, the threaded rod 43 and the sleeve 42 are connected by engagement of the internal thread and the external thread, and a blocking block 431 for opening and closing the valve 44 is disposed at the bottom of the threaded rod 43, and the blocking block can prevent the valve 44 from flipping to the left, so as to abut against the valve 44 and close the valve 44. Threaded rod 43 upper portion wears to locate in the 4 roof of slag discharge valve to in extending to sleeve 42, sleeve 42 connection bearing 422, bearing 422 fixed mounting are at the 4 tops of slag discharge valve, sleeve 42 top is equipped with rotatable rotation handle 421, and sleeve 42 can rotate on bearing 422 through the rotation of rotating handle 421, thereby drives threaded rod 43 vertical upwards or the downstream, then drives and blocks piece 431 and upwards or the downstream, and control flap 44 overturns about following, finally realizes opening and closing of valve 44.
As shown in fig. 3-4, a protrusion 441 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the valve 44 and engaged with the stopper 431, the protrusion 441 can be inserted into the groove 45 when the valve 44 is turned left to the top wall of the interior of the slag discharge valve 4, the protrusion 442 is further provided with a magnetic block 4411 to enhance the stability of the valve 44 on the top wall of the slag discharge valve 4 and prevent the valve 44 from deflecting downward, one side of the top of the valve 44 is movably connected to the slag discharge valve 4 through a rotating shaft 442, the valve 44 can rotate left and right, the side wall of the valve 44 is provided with an elastic component, the elastic component is disposed near the rotating shaft 442, the elastic component comprises an arc-shaped guide rail 443, an elastic component 444 and an annular protrusion 446 disposed on the arc-shaped guide rail 443; the arc-shaped guide rail 443 is connected with the elastic element 444 through the annular projection 446, the arc-shaped channel 445 matched with the arc-shaped guide rail 443 is arranged in the deslagging valve 4, the elastic element 444 is arranged in the arc-shaped channel 445, the elastic element 444 is just prevented from popping up by the blocking of the annular projection 446, the elastic element 444 is prevented from being separated from the arc-shaped channel 445 due to elasticity, meanwhile, the arc-shaped guide rail 443 is limited, the arc-shaped guide rail 443 is prevented from falling off from the arc-shaped channel 445, when the elastic element 444 extends, the valve 44 is vertically downward, and when the elastic element 444 retracts, the valve 44 is in a horizontal state.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer circumferential surface of the slag discharging valve 4 is provided with a negative pressure mechanism for injecting gas and making the gas flow in the direction of the slag discharging pool 2, the negative pressure mechanism comprises a cavity 48, a fan 47 and a through hole 46, the through hole 46 is arranged on the top wall of the slag discharging valve 4 and is inclined towards the slag discharging pool 2, the cavity 48 is arranged on the outer surface of the top of the slag discharging valve 4 and is communicated with the through hole 46, the fan 47 is arranged above the cavity 48, an air outlet of the fan 47 extends into the cavity 48, when the valve 44 is opened, the fan 47 is started to blow air into the cavity 48, the air flows along the through hole 46 and along the direction of the through hole 46, and then a negative pressure effect is generated to drive the air in the inner cavity 41 of the slag discharging valve 4 to flow towards the slag discharging pool 2, and finally the residue coming from the other end of the valve 44 is driven to flow rapidly, the effect of rapid slag discharge is realized.
The working principle of the domestic sewage treatment device is as follows: the sewage of each household is uniformly conveyed into the first conveying channel 5 through the second conveying channel 51, impurities in the sewage are crushed by the crushing mechanism in the first conveying channel 5, the sewage enters the filtering tank 3 to be filtered, the filtered sewage enters the sedimentation tank 1 to be precipitated, precipitated residues are conveyed to the residue discharge tank 2 through the residue discharge valve 4 to be intensively treated, and clear water enters the clear water storage tank 6 after being filtered through the activated carbon filter screen on the pipeline port of the third channel 12 and then is conveyed to external water utilization equipment through a water pump.
