Abstract
本发明提供一种叉车自动翻转装置,包括支架、气缸、平台和气动夹紧装置;呈L型的支架中间位置铰接有一平台,所述平台上端固接有若干气动夹紧装置,待运输的货物经所述气动夹紧装置固定在所述平台上,所述平台下端经由铰接销与气缸活塞杆末端铰接,所述气缸下端与所述支架铰接,所述支架采用低碳钢材料制成,所述平台可翻转180度,所述平台采用高强度塑料材料制成,本发明结构简单,利用夹紧气缸将货物夹紧在平台上,利用气缸推动平台带动货物进行180度自由翻转,工作效率高,结构稳定,经济性好。

技术领域
本发明属于叉车技术领域,尤其涉及一种叉车自动翻转装置。
背景技术
叉车是工业搬运车辆,是指对成件托盘货物进行装卸、堆垛和短距离运输作业的各种轮式搬运车辆。国际标准化组织ISO/TC110称为工业车辆。常用于仓储大型物件的运输,通常使用燃油机或者电池驱动。现有的叉车翻转结构无法高效的实现翻转动作,工作效率低。
因此,发明一种叉车自动翻转装置显得非常必要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种叉车自动翻转装置。
一种叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,该叉车自动翻转装置包括支架、气缸、平台和气动夹紧装置;呈L型的支架中间位置铰接有一平台,所述平台上端固接有若干气动夹紧装置,待运输的货物经所述气动夹紧装置固定在所述平台上,所述平台下端经由铰接销与气缸活塞杆末端铰接,所述气缸下端与所述支架铰接。
优选地,所述支架采用低碳钢材料制成。
优选地,所述平台可翻转180度。
优选地,所述平台采用高强度塑料材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,利用夹紧气缸将货物夹紧在平台上,利用气缸推动平台带动货物进行180度自由翻转,工作效率高,结构稳定,经济性好。

如附图1所示,本发明提供一种叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,该叉车自动翻转装置包括支架1、气缸2、平台3和气动夹紧装置4;呈L型的支架1 中间位置铰接有一平台3,平台3上端固接有若干气动夹紧装置4,待运输的货物经气动夹紧装置4固定在平台3上,平台3下端经由铰接销与气缸2活塞杆末端铰接,气缸2下端与支架1铰接,支架1采用低碳钢材料制成,平台3可翻转180度,平台3采用高强度塑料材料制成。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,该叉车自动翻转装置包括支架(1)、气缸(2)、平台(3)和气动夹紧装置(4);呈L型的支架(1)中间位置铰接有一平台(3),所述平台(3)上端固接有若干气动夹紧装置(4),待运输的货物经所述气动夹紧装置(4)固定在所述平台(3)上,所述平台(3)下端经由铰接销与气缸(2)活塞杆末端铰接,所述气缸(2)下端与所述支架(1)铰接。
2.如权利要求1所述的叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,所述支架(1)采用低碳钢材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,所述平台(3)可翻转180度。
4.如权利要求1所述的叉车自动翻转装置,其特征在于,所述平台(3)采用高强度塑料材料制成。
