本发明属于搅拌装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种电镀液搅拌装置。
背景技术
在日常生产过程中,原料混合过程作为一种常用的生产过程,在日常生产中应用极为广泛,大多数的产品的制造均需要用到搅拌装置。目前许多电镀为了改善镀层质量和操作条件而采用溶液搅拌。电镀液搅拌的作用是不断更新阴极膜,因而可以在较高的沉积速度下获得细致的镀层。搅拌同样可以用于很深的槽子,以阻止溶液分层,自始至终使溶液浓度保持均匀。目前,最常用的搅拌方式有机械搅拌、对流搅拌、超声波搅拌等。现有较为常用的机械搅拌装置对电镀液搅拌大多是通过电机驱动搅拌轴转动来实现搅拌,电镀液基本是在一个平面上进行搅拌,上下电镀液之间得不到充分的搅拌,从而使得电镀液搅拌的不够均匀,并且在搅拌过程中,电镀液很容易粘附在壳体内壁,在完成搅拌工作后需要人工清洗搅拌机的内部,而搅拌机内部由于设有各种部件,因此难于清洗干净,而且后续清洗费时费力。
公开号为CN103252184的中国专利公开了一种搅拌装置,通过电机带动搅拌杆运动,搅拌杆带动搅拌支轴旋转,同时搅拌杆配合搅拌轴上的搅拌板对壳体内的物料进行搅拌,使得对物料搅拌的更加均匀且彻底,提高了工作效率。
但是上述方案并没有对壳体内壁粘附的物料进行刮除,并且搅拌杆上的搅拌支轴在旋转的过程中很容易粘附上许多物料,如果不及时去除,将会增大搅拌的阻力,降低搅拌效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种搅拌效果好,搅拌效率高以及能对外桶内壁粘附的电镀液进行清理的搅拌装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:包括机架、外桶和与外桶底部转动连接的转轴,转轴上转动连接有多个横向设置的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上间隔设有多个竖向设置的搅拌杆,其中,外桶内壁为不规则的凹凸状,外桶内壁为不规则的凹凸状,所述搅拌轴为中空结构,搅拌轴的侧壁开设有多个通孔,搅拌轴靠近转轴的一侧连接有弹性件,弹性件连接有与外桶内壁贴合的推杆,所述搅拌杆穿过所述通孔并与推杆铰接,通孔与搅拌杆之间设有与通孔侧壁固定且密封连接的密封圈,搅拌杆与密封圈紧贴,所述转轴上端连接有电机,电机横向设置,电机输出轴连接有伞齿,伞齿上侧设有固定在机架上的齿环,齿环内部中空,齿环底部设有与伞齿相啮合的斜齿,齿环内部设有多个供伞齿挤压的集气囊,齿环内部还设有与集气囊通过软管连接并能供伞齿挤压而排气的排气囊,齿环外壁设有朝向集气囊内部的进气单向阀,集气囊一侧设有与软管一端连接的出气单向阀,软管另一端伸入排气囊内部并与排气囊密封连接,排气囊一侧设有穿过齿环侧壁的排气单向阀,排气单向阀连接有通入所述外桶内的底部的气管。
本基础方案的工作原理在于:启动电机,电机驱动伞齿转动,由于伞齿与固定在机架上的齿环相啮合,且电机与转轴连接,因此伞齿在与齿环底部的斜齿啮合过程中,会以转轴与电机之间的铰接点为中心,伞齿带动电机绕着齿环作圆周运动,使得电机在原地转动,电机带动转轴绕其轴向转动,转轴带动搅拌轴和搅拌杆绕着转轴公转,由于搅拌轴与搅拌杆垂直设置,使得外桶内的电镀液受到多个方向的搅拌力,因此电镀液被搅拌的更加均匀。伞齿在绕着齿环转动的同时会对齿环内部的集气囊进行挤压,使得集气囊内部气压增大,触发与集气囊一侧连接的出气单向阀打开,集气囊中的高压气体通过软管进入排气囊,排气囊内部压强增大,触发与排气囊一侧连接的排气单向阀打开,高压气体通过与排气单向阀连接的气管排出到外桶内的底部,即向外桶内的液体中吹入气体,这样有利于形成液体搅拌的回旋现象,提高搅拌效率和搅拌效果。
由于推杆与搅拌轴之间通过弹性件连接,搅拌轴绕着转轴公转的同时,也会带动一端与外桶内壁贴合的推杆转动,由于外桶内壁为不规则的凹凸状,推杆在运动到凸起的内壁位置时,推杆会对弹性件进行压缩,推杆向靠近转轴的一端移动。由于搅拌杆与推杆连接,并通过密封圈与搅拌轴侧壁的通孔连接,推杆的移动同时也会带动搅拌杆的倾斜移动。当推杆运动到凹陷的内壁位置时,在弹性件的弹力作用下推杆带动搅拌杆下端向远离转轴的方向摆动。因此通过推杆转动至外桶内壁的不同凹凸位置,就可使得搅拌杆不停摆动,不仅有利于增强电镀液的搅拌效果,还能利用搅拌杆与密封圈之间的滑动,从而刮除掉搅拌杆上的电镀液,减少搅拌杆上粘附的电镀液对搅拌造成的阻力。
本基础方案的有益效果在于:
1.与现有技术相比,本装置通过电机驱动伞齿转动,由于伞齿与齿环啮合,伞齿绕着齿环转动,伞齿转动的同时,会对齿环内部的集气囊进行挤压,使得集气囊中的压缩气体通过软管进入排气囊排出到下方的外桶内部,即向外桶内的液体中吹入气体,这样有利于形成液体搅拌的回旋现象,提高搅拌效率和搅拌效果,与此同此,伞齿也会带动电机绕着齿环做圆周运动,电机的转动带动转轴和与转轴连接的搅拌轴转动,这样利用了系统内的资源,而无需另外设置驱动机构。
2.本装置的搅拌轴与转轴连接,转轴可带动搅拌轴和搅拌杆转动,由于搅拌轴与搅拌杆之间垂直设置,使得外桶内的电镀液受到多个方向的搅拌力,因此电镀液被搅拌的更加均匀。
3.本装置将搅拌轴设为中空结构,并通过弹性件连接有与凹凸状外桶内壁相贴合的推杆,通过搅拌轴带动推杆沿着外桶内壁转动,使得推杆与外桶内壁的不同凹凸位置接触,在弹性件的弹力作用下,推杆带动就搅拌杆不停摆动,不仅有利于增强对电镀液的搅拌效果,还能利用搅拌杆与密封圈之间的滑动,从而刮除掉搅拌杆上的电镀液,减少搅拌杆上粘附的电镀液对搅拌造成的阻力。
进一步,所述推杆远离转轴的一端连接有与外桶内壁贴合的刮板。电镀液在被搅拌的过程中容易粘附在外桶的内壁,加上外桶内壁为不规则的凹凸状,不易清除,通过在推杆端部设置刮板,搅拌轴在带动推杆转动的同时,刮板可较为容易的将粘附在外桶内壁的电镀液刮除干净。
进一步,所述密封圈由橡胶制成。橡胶具有较好的密封性可以避免外桶内的电镀液进入到搅拌轴的中空结构内,同时也具有较好的弹力可以供搅拌杆倾斜滑动。

由于推杆8与搅拌轴5之间通过弹簧7连接,搅拌轴5绕着转轴4公转的同时,也会带动推杆8和与推杆8连接的刮板9转动。由于外桶10内壁为不规则的凹凸状,且刮板9与外桶10内壁贴合,刮板9在运动到凸起的内壁位置时,推杆8会对弹簧7进行压缩,推杆8向靠近转轴4的一端移动。由于搅拌杆6与推杆8连接,并通过密封圈16与搅拌轴5侧壁的通孔连接,推杆8的移动同时也会带动搅拌杆6的倾斜移动。当刮板9转动到凹陷的内壁位置时,在弹簧7的弹力作用下推杆8带动搅拌杆6下端向远离转轴4的方向摆动。因此通过推杆8带动刮板9转动至外桶10内壁的不同凹凸位置,刮板9可较为容易的将粘附在外桶10内壁的电镀液刮除干净,并且推杆8的往复移动还可使得搅拌杆6不停摆动,这不仅有利于增强对电镀液的搅拌效果,还能利用搅拌杆6与密封圈16之间的滑动,从而刮除掉搅拌杆6上的电镀液,减少搅拌杆6上粘附的电镀液对搅拌造成的阻力。

Claims (5)

1.一种电镀液搅拌装置,包括机架、外桶和与外桶底部转动连接的转轴,转轴上连接有多个横向设置的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上间隔设有多个竖向设置的搅拌杆,其特征在于:外桶内壁为不规则的凹凸状,所述搅拌轴为中空结构,搅拌轴的侧壁开设有多个通孔,搅拌轴靠近转轴的一侧连接有弹性件,弹性件连接有与外桶内壁贴合的推杆,所述搅拌杆穿过所述通孔并与推杆铰接,通孔与搅拌杆之间设有与通孔侧壁固定且密封连接的密封圈,搅拌杆与密封圈紧贴,所述转轴上端连接有电机,电机横向设置,电机输出轴连接有伞齿,伞齿上侧设有固定在机架上的齿环,齿环内部中空,齿环底部设有与伞齿相啮合的斜齿,齿环内部设有多个供伞齿挤压的集气囊,齿环内部还设有与集气囊通过软管连接并能供伞齿挤压而排气的排气囊,齿环外壁设有朝向集气囊内部的进气单向阀,集气囊一侧设有与软管一端连接的出气单向阀,软管另一端伸入排气囊内部并与排气囊密封连接,排气囊一侧设有穿过齿环侧壁的排气单向阀,排气单向阀连接有通入所述外桶内的底部的气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述推杆远离转轴的一端连接有与外筒内壁贴合的刮板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述密封圈由橡胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述刮板由具有弹性材质制成。
