本发明涉及输送机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种混料输送一体机,包括混料箱、搅拌轴、螺旋输送箱、螺旋搅龙、主动齿轮、从动齿轮以及驱动电机,所述混料箱设置在所述螺旋输送箱的上部并与其连通,所述搅拌轴的两端通过轴承与所述混料箱的底部连接,所述搅拌轴上带有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌轴的一端固定有所述从动齿轮,所述螺旋搅龙设置在所述螺旋输送箱中,螺旋搅龙的一端固定有所述主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述驱动电机固定在所述混料箱的一侧,所述驱动电机的输出端通过链条与所述螺旋搅龙的一端连接。本装置有效避免了有些物料无法混合的问题,并且搅拌轴和螺旋搅龙共用一个电机,节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种混料输送一体机。
背景技术
混料机作为一种能对多种小料进行混合而配成均匀配料的机械在食品、医药及化工等行业多有应用。现行各生产企业所用混料机其主要结构多以混料仓加搅拌器为主,为实现将配料中各小料混合均匀,各混料机生产厂家一直在不断对其结构进行改进。目前中国专利公开了一种高效环保混料机专利号:201520031907.4,包括混料箱,在混料箱内设置有送料室和混料室,送料室内设置有送料绞笼,送料绞笼的两端分别通过绞笼轴固定装置设置在送料室的室壁上,且送料绞笼的一端与位于混料箱一侧的动力输送装置连接,在混料室内设置有混料转子,混料转子的两端分别通过转子轴固定装置设置在混料室的室壁上,且混料转子的一端与位于混料箱一侧的驱动装置连接。该装置的缺点是:混料室和送料室是位于相邻两侧的,所以倒入混料箱中的物料一部分会直接进入到送料室而无法进行混料,另外,混料室和送料室需要设置两个电机,导致整体设备过于庞大,提高了造价成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种混料输送一体机,结构紧凑,能够使物料先混料再进行输送。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种混料输送一体机,其特征在于:包括混料箱、搅拌轴、螺旋输送箱、螺旋搅龙、主动齿轮、从动齿轮以及驱动电机,所述混料箱设置在所述螺旋输送箱的上部并与其连通,所述搅拌轴的两端通过轴承与所述混料箱的底部连接,所述搅拌轴上带有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌轴的一端固定有所述从动齿轮,所述螺旋搅龙设置在所述螺旋输送箱中,螺旋搅龙的一端固定有所述主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述驱动电机固定在所述混料箱的一侧,所述驱动电机的输出端通过链条与所述螺旋搅龙的一端连接。
优选地,所述搅拌轴为两根,平行设置在所述混料箱的底部,两根搅拌轴的一端分别通过相互啮合的齿轮连接。
优选地,所述螺旋输送箱的底部设有出料口。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本装置设置两个搅拌轴,并且搅拌位于螺旋搅龙的上方,这样进入到混料箱中的物料先直接在搅拌叶片的作用下打碎,再通过底部的螺旋搅龙输送,有效避免了有些物料无法混合的问题,并且搅拌轴和螺旋搅龙共用一个电机,节约了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1-2所示,一种混料输送一体机,包括混料箱1、搅拌轴2、螺旋输送箱3、螺旋搅龙4、主动齿轮5、从动齿轮6以及驱动电机7,所述混料箱设置在所述螺旋输送箱的上部并与其连通,所述搅拌轴的两端通过轴承与所述混料箱的底部连接,所述搅拌轴上带有搅拌叶片8,所述搅拌轴的一端固定有所述从动齿轮,所述螺旋搅龙设置在所述螺旋输送箱中,螺旋搅龙的一端固定有所述主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述驱动电机固定在所述混料箱的一侧,所述驱动电机的输出端通过链条与所述螺旋搅龙的一端连接。需要混合的物流经过混料箱进入后先通过搅拌轴的搅拌桨物料充分的混合后再通过底部的螺旋搅龙进行输送,搅拌轴和螺旋搅龙通过齿轮相互啮合并只通过一台电机驱动转动,同步性好,成本低。
在本发明中,为了能够对物料充分的混合,所述搅拌轴为两根,平行设置在所述混料箱的底部,两根搅拌轴的一端分别通过相互啮合的齿轮连接。所述螺旋输送箱的底部设有出料口9。
本装置设置两个搅拌轴,并且搅拌位于螺旋搅龙的上方,这样进入到混料箱中的物料先直接在搅拌叶片的作用下打碎,再通过底部的螺旋搅龙输送,有效避免了有些物料无法混合的问题,并且搅拌轴和螺旋搅龙共用一个电机,节约了成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种混料输送一体机,其特征在于:包括混料箱、搅拌轴、螺旋输送箱、螺旋搅龙、主动齿轮、从动齿轮以及驱动电机,所述混料箱设置在所述螺旋输送箱的上部并与其连通,所述搅拌轴的两端通过轴承与所述混料箱的底部连接,所述搅拌轴上带有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌轴的一端固定有所述从动齿轮,所述螺旋搅龙设置在所述螺旋输送箱中,螺旋搅龙的一端固定有所述主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述驱动电机固定在所述混料箱的一侧,所述驱动电机的输出端通过链条与所述螺旋搅龙的一端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混料输送一体机,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴为两根,平行设置在所述混料箱的底部,两根搅拌轴的一端分别通过相互啮合的齿轮连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混料输送一体机,其特征在于:所述螺旋输送箱的底部设有出料口。
