Abstract
本发明公开了一种专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液，其特征在于：将天龙、地龙、穿山龙、龙骨、龙眼肉、菟丝子、五味子、枸杞子、女贞子等十几味中草药按照重量份配伍，粉碎装入纱布袋中，放入搪瓷或不锈钢釜中加5‑15倍量水，用文火煎煮0.5‑1小时，将药液滤出；再加水5‑10倍量，再煎煮两次，将三次滤液混合静置1‑24小时后过滤；将滤液用文火浓缩至50%‑60%时，添加蜂蜜10‑30份或木糖醇0.02‑0.05份，装瓶密封。

技术领域
本发明属于医药领域，具体涉及一种专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
1、膝关节结构：
半月板由纤维软骨构成，有一定弹性。位于股骨和胫骨的内、外髁之间，分别称为内侧半月板和外侧半月板。每个半月板有内外两缘和前后两角。周缘较厚，中心较薄，横切面为楔形，上面凹陷，下面平坦，分别覆盖于胫骨上端两髁平面关节面上，加深了关节面，使股骨和胫骨的内、外髁关节面更相适应。两个半月板的前方，有膝横韧带相连。
外侧半月板前角附着在胫骨髁间棘的前方，前交叉韧带的后方，后角附着在髁间棘的后方，内侧半月板附着点的前方。外侧半月板较小，但较宽，前后几乎等宽，前后两角相距很近，犹如O形。它的外侧有关节囊和腘肌腱，故外侧半月板不与外侧副韧带相连，活动度较大。我国人外侧半月板呈盘状者多，盘状半月板在关节内所占位置较大，又不灵活，容易受伤。
2、退行性骨关节病：
膝关节退行性病变是一种慢性骨关节疾患，又称骨关节病。它是一种全身骨关节退行性病变的早期信号。春江水暖鸭先知，退行骨病膝早发。因为膝部承载全身重量，并且活动量最大。当人们四十多岁以后发现腿部无力，腰膝酸软、活动膝疼时，说明自身的骨骼关节已经发生了退变。中国著名中医骨伤科专家张安祯在《中医骨伤科》骨关节疾病篇中详细阐述了此病的症状及发病原因，其特点是关节软骨产生原发性或继发性退行性病变，在关节边缘有骨赘形成，多见于肥胖、超重的中老年人，好发于负重大、活动多的关节，以脊柱、髋、膝关节发病，女性略多于男性。
3、病因病理：
（1）肝肾不足：
《内经》说：“肝主筋，肾主骨”肾气盛，则肢体发育健壮，骨骼外形及内部结构正常一般的损伤和劳累不易导致病变。骨骼的生长发育均赖肝血肾精的滋养和推动，故肝肾充盈，则筋骨劲强，关节滑利，运动灵活。中老年以后，肝血肾精渐亏，气血不足，致使筋骨失养，形体疲极，导致骨关节过早过快产生退变而发本病。目前认为，此类骨关节病，属于原发性骨关节病。它的发生往往与遗传和体质因素有明显关系。
（2）慢性损伤：
如长期不良姿势，过度劳累负重，致使气血不和，静脉受阻筋骨失养而发病称为继发性骨关节病，它是指由于关节畸形、创伤、代谢性或内分泌性疾病，引起骨关节软骨损害，在此基础上而发病，故可发生于任何年龄组。
骨关节炎是因关节软骨变性所致。这是由于各种因素造成关节软骨承受了不当压力、应力，引起软骨细胞碎裂、萎缩、坏死。坏死的软骨细胞释放一些酶类，进一步破坏骨基质中胶原蛋白结构，致使关节软骨被腐蚀，造成局部软骨的缺损、塌陷，软骨下骨质被暴露在关节腔内，显露的骨面增生、硬化。在这种变化过程中，一部分软骨细胞代谢活性增强，软骨基质中钙盐沉积增多，形成钙化软骨。 这样在磨损的边缘软骨而钙化出现增生而形成骨赘或硬化。而在着力小的关节边缘可发送生骨萎缩、骨质疏松，甚至囊性变。
4、辩证诊断：
早期发病为关节隐隐作痛，屈伸俯仰、转侧起做不灵，肢体位置改变时疼痛加剧，轻微活动短暂时疼痛可缓解，但活动过多时疼痛又加重。尤其是早晨起床或久坐后突然起立时疼痛更明显，时好时坏，反复发作少数患者当气候突变时疼痛加剧，活动虽困难但关节功能无明显障碍。中后期则疼痛及加剧，严重时影响睡眠，关节活动困难、强硬，患者由于关节囊萎缩产生关节畸形，导致跛行；有时因关节内游离体关系或关节滑囊卷入关节，关节活动时可出现滑脱感；在表浅关节如膝关节、肘关节等可见轻度肿胀。X线片，仅在关节的压迫部位由关节间隙的狭窄表现，不像感染性关节炎其间隙的狭窄是均匀一致的。受压面下有骨质硬化改变，在髋关节骨质往往呈囊性改变，受压部位又多有骨赘增生，症状轻重与X线片表现程度没有直接关系。
5、现状：
目前，很多中老年患者因骨关节退行性病变而伤失劳动能力和活动能力，给患者造成很大的痛苦和不幸。对于严重的患者，医生多建议手术治疗，而忽略了祖国医学博大精深的口服中药治疗技术。昂贵的手术费用让一般患者无法承受，注射玻璃酸钠和外用膏药治标不治本，只能缓解一时，患者仍免不了痛苦和折磨。经过调查，发现部分中医对此病临床治疗实施外敷、针灸和内服中药并用的治疗方案，由于多侧重于风湿寒痹和运动损伤的治疗，患者全身机体功能得不到改善，胶原蛋白组织不能恢复再生能力，对于骨关节退行性病变疗效不是十分显著。
很多患者因痛苦而盲目求医，昂贵的医疗费用使患者难于承受，最终也得不到彻底治愈，有的患者耗资十余万换上人造关节而终身遗憾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是挖掘祖国医学宝库，发挥中医配伍用药优势，提供一种效果明显，价格便宜，使用方便的一种专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液及其制备方法。
本发明根据中医骨伤治疗理论，发挥中药配伍用药特点，本发明首先采取健脾益气的药物配伍，使后天之本的脾胃功能增强，使食物精华得以正常吸收运化，全身脏腑得以滋养，继而采取养肝舒筋、通经活络、生精填髓、补肾坚骨的药物配伍来促使患者先天肾气充盈，精血旺盛，使胶原蛋白组织得以再生，使全身骨关节得到滋养，从而达到骨骼强健、身体健康的目的。
专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液，其特征在于：将下述中草药物按照重量份配伍：天龙3-7份、地龙3-7份、穿山龙5-7份、龙骨7-10份、龙眼肉3-7份、菟丝子2-5份、五味子2-5份、枸杞子5-10份、女贞子10-30份、桑葚子5-15份、威灵仙3-7份、穿山甲2-3份、白术5-7份、黄芪3-7份、杜仲3-6份、狗脊3-7份、锁阳5-7份、补骨脂5-6份、牡蛎12-15份、伸筋草5-7份、鸡血藤7-10份、碎骨补5-15份、当归5-6份、白芍3-8份、辅料0.02-30份，加工成口服液。
前述的制备方法中的辅料为：蜂蜜、木糖醇，所述的蜂蜜10-30份，木糖醇0.02-0.05份。
专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液的制备方法，其特征是：将上述按照重量份配伍的中药粉碎装入纱布袋中，放入搪瓷或不锈钢釜中加5-15倍量水，用文火煎煮0.5-1小时，将药液滤出；再加水5-10倍量，再煎煮两次，将三次滤液混合静置1-24小时后过滤；将滤液用文火浓缩至50%-60%时，添加蜂蜜10-30份或木糖醇0.02-0.05份，装瓶密封。
发明理论依据：
为了攻克这个难题，发明人根据此病的病理和症状，查阅了大量的中医治疗膝关节退行性病变和骨关节疾病的文献和书籍。发明人参考了《黄帝内经》、杨医亚《简明中医学》、张安祯《中医骨伤科》等有关中医骨伤治疗理论和经验，认真学习了中医阴阳平衡和五行相生相克的辩证理论，理解了导致此病发生的原因与年龄、生存环境、饮食结构等有关，黄帝内经《素问逆调论》“肾不生，则髓不能满”，《素问.六节藏象论》“肾者，主蛰，封藏之本，精之处也，其华在发，其充在骨”。理解了此病与肾有直接的关系。
《素问。奇病论》曰“夫五味入口，藏于胃，脾为之行其精气”说明没有好的脾胃，食物精华不能吸收运化，五脏得不到滋养，其相应的部位就会出现病变。
《素问。上古天真论》：“女子七岁肾气盛，齿更发长，二七而天癸至，任脉通，太冲脉盛。。。。。。五七阴阳脉衰，面始焦，发始坠；六七三阳脉衰于上，面皆焦，发始白。。。。。。”“丈夫八岁肾气实，发长齿更二八肾气盛，天葵至，精气溢泄，阴阳和，故能有子。。。。。。五八肾气衰，发坠齿槁；六八阳气衰竭于上，面焦、发鬓颁白；七八肝气衰，筋不能动，天癸竭，精少，肾脏衰，形体皆极；。。。。。。肾者主水，受五脏六腑之精而藏之，故五脏盛，乃能泻。今五藏皆衰，筋骨解坠，天癸尽矣，故发鬓白，身体重步行不正。。。。。。”。《内经》理论说明了人体生长过程中体质变化的一种规律，女子到了42岁以后，男子到了48岁以后，身体机能就会发生退变，骨关节退行性病变也是人体生长壮老历程的必然性，肾为先天之本，脾为后天之本，先天足，后天强则筋骨强健，身体健康，会延迟衰老；先天不足，后天失养的人会百病丛生。
本发明和同类药物对比效果明显，价格便宜，使用方便的优点；中国著名中医骨伤科专家郑怀贤的《健步虎潜丸》和陈李济药厂的《舒筋健腰丸》等很多中成药都是治疗骨病的成功方剂。但大部分都是侧重于风湿关节炎和骨关节损伤的药物，和本发明相比较，前者大部分以局部祛风除湿为主，而后者重在调理全身机能来达到治愈目的。本发明是根据中医骨伤治疗理论，发挥中药配伍用药特点，本发明首先采取健脾益气的药物配伍，使后天之本的脾胃功能增强，使食物精华得以正常吸收运化，全身脏腑得以滋养，继而采取养肝舒筋、通经活络、生精填髓、补肾坚骨的药物配伍来促使患者先天肾气充盈，精血旺盛，使胶原蛋白组织得以再生，使全身骨关节得到滋养，从而达到骨骼强健、身体健康的目的。

专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液，其特征在于：将下述中草药物按照重量份配伍：天龙3-7份、地龙3-7份、穿山龙5-7份、龙骨7-10份、龙眼肉3-7份、菟丝子2-5份、五味子2-5份、枸杞子5-10份、女贞子10-30份、桑葚子5-15份、威灵仙3-7份、穿山甲2-3份、白术5-7份、黄芪3-7份、杜仲3-6份、狗脊3-7份、锁阳5-7份、补骨脂5-6份、牡蛎12-15份、伸筋草5-7份、鸡血藤7-10份、碎骨补5-15份、当归5-6份、白芍3-8份、辅料0.02-30份，加工成口服液。

注意：大便溏泄者慎服。
配方方解：
健脾益气：山药、黄芪、白术；
养肝舒筋：当归、白芍、伸筋草、鸡血藤；
通经活络：穿山甲、天龙、地龙、威灵仙、穿山龙、鸡血藤、伸筋草；
生精补髓：龙眼肉、菟丝子、枸杞子、女贞子、桑葚子、锁阳；
强肾坚骨：杜仲、狗脊、锁阳、补骨脂、碎骨补、菟丝子、枸杞子、龙骨、牡蛎。
本发明主治：健脾益气、养肝舒筋、通经活络、生精补髓、补肾坚骨，使病变的膝盖半月板胶原蛋白组织有良好的再生和修复作用，有预防全身骨关节退化的作用。尤其是对于需要更换膝关节的患者，可免除手术治疗，通过饮用此口服液，使骨关节胶原蛋白组织得到修复，直至身体恢复健康。
发明人出生于中医世家，是一个有30余年医龄的中医，经过多次方剂配伍和临床实践，终于攻克了这个难题，发明了这款药费低，效果好的中药配方。据考证各种文献和市场调查，目前国内尚未有专门治疗膝盖半月板退行性病变的口服中药制剂，此专利属国内首创；发明人通过对500余病例的临床治疗效果证明，此配方疗效显著，尚无不良反应，治愈有效率达95%以上，回访中未发现复发。
Claims (3)
1.专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液，其特征在于：将下述中草药物按照重量份配伍：天龙3-7份、地龙3-7份、穿山龙5-7份、龙骨7-10份、龙眼肉3-7份、菟丝子2-5份、五味子2-5份、枸杞子5-10份、女贞子10-30份、桑葚子5-15份、威灵仙3-7份、穿山甲2-3份、白术5-7份、黄芪3-7份、杜仲3-6份、狗脊3-7份、锁阳5-7份、补骨脂5-6份、牡蛎12-15份、伸筋草5-7份、鸡血藤7-10份、碎骨补5-15份、当归5-6份、白芍3-8份、辅料0.02-30份，加工成口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液，其特征在于：所述的辅料为蜂蜜、木糖醇，所述的蜂蜜10-30份，木糖醇0.02-0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专治中老年人膝盖半月板严重退行性病变及预防全身骨关节疾病的中药口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：将上述按照重量份配伍的中药粉碎装入纱布袋中，放入搪瓷或不锈钢釜中加5-15倍量水，用文火煎煮0.5-1小时，将药液滤出；再加水5-10倍量，再煎煮两次，将三次滤液混合静置1-24小时后过滤；将滤液用文火浓缩至50%-60%时，添加蜂蜜10-30份或木糖醇0.02-0.05份，装瓶密封。
