用于内修复术的环形的陶瓷的嵌入件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在内修复术(Endoprothetik)中的滑动副的陶瓷的嵌入件(Insert),其中嵌入件具有外侧和内侧,且在内侧上构造有用于容纳球形的滑动配对件(Gleitpartner)的半球形的滑动区域。
背景技术
用于在髋内修复术(Hüftendeprothetik)中的滑动副的陶瓷的嵌入件构造为半球形且覆盖假体头部的大约50%。滑动面的中点位于端面的平面上或稍微位于该平面上方或下方。
嵌入件在外侧上在中纬线(Äquator)处以环绕的方式具有或多或少宽的夹紧面(锥状的或柱状的),嵌入件利用该夹紧面插入到金属壳(金属壳)中(预先安装或在手术期间发生)。
直到顶点(Pol)的其余的背侧不与金属壳接触,但是出于稳定性原因必须具有最小壁厚。
在滑动面中的在髋头部和嵌入件或者髋臼之间的负载传递在该副中是点状的或者圆面状的(kreisflächenförmig),因为在球直径和球冠直径之间存在正的间隙。负载在此通过髋头部平行于轴线地传递到嵌入件上。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,如此改进根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的陶瓷的嵌入件,即使得减小金属壳加上嵌入件的结构深度,从而在盆骨中需要不太深的铣削。此外不应存在点状的负载,而是类似于生理的负载承受应存在带有较小的最大值的条状的负载。此外通过在制造中节省了材料和净容积(例如在炉中的使用空间)应该得到成本优势。
根据本发明该任务通过根据权利要求1的特征的陶瓷的嵌入件解决。
由于嵌入件构造为环或环形的,产生了在内部是球体的环状区段的构件。后部的封闭优选地通过半径部(Radien,有时称为圆角)来示出,所述半径部将内侧与外侧连接。由此嵌入件只具有为商业上常见的嵌入件的大约一半的结构深度。
得到了如下的优点:
· 金属壳加上嵌入件的更小的结构深度,因此在盆骨中需要不太深的铣削。
· 没有点状的负载,而是类似于生理的负载承受的带有较小的最大值的条状的负载。
· 在制造中节省了材料和净容积(例如在炉中的使用空间),由此得到成本优势。
在根据本发明的一种设计方案中,内侧通过半径部过渡到外侧中。这不仅适用于嵌入件的上端而且适用于嵌入件的下端。因此没有锋利的边缘,由此改进了稳定性。
半球形的滑动区域优选地覆盖整个内侧,由此整个内侧供滑动副使用。这将结构深度减少到最小值。
在一种有利的实施方式中,在外侧上至少在部分区域内布置有夹紧面,该夹紧面构造为锥形的或柱形的。夹紧面用于锚固在外部的金属壳中。
在嵌入件的外侧上的夹紧面优选地构造为锥形的或柱形的,从而嵌入件能够固定地与金属壳联接。
嵌入件优选地具有5-20mm的宽度。在该宽度中需要少的结构空间,且尽管如此但是夹紧力出乎意料是足够的。
根据本发明的陶瓷的嵌入件构造为环,该环优选地在上侧处具有与传统的嵌入件相同的内部轮廓、端面和夹紧面,但是只具有5-20mm的宽度。

具体实施方式
在图1a和1b中显示了根据本发明的环形的陶瓷的嵌入件1。图1a以视图显示了嵌入件1,且图1b以沿着根据图1a的线A-A的截面显示了嵌入件1。嵌入件1具有球体的内部的环状区段,也称为半球形的滑动区域2。在髋关节假体(Hüftgelenkprothese)的情形下假体头部以关节连接的方式接合(artikulieren)在球体上,参见图2。在嵌入件的外侧上布置有环绕的夹紧面3,嵌入件利用该夹紧面能够锚固在金属壳4中。嵌入件的宽度B在5到20mm间。以R来表示旋转轴线。在环形构造方案的情况下理解为这样的嵌入件,即该嵌入件在部分区域中与旋转对称有偏差。
图2示出了根据本发明的嵌入件1,该嵌入件1插入到金属壳4中。假体头部5插入到嵌入件1中。
图3以截面示出了插入到金属壳4中的根据本发明的嵌入件1,该嵌入件带有球体的内部的环状区段或者半球形的滑动区域2。以参考标号3表示优选环绕的夹紧面。在夹紧面上还可存在中断部。
在本申请中环理解为从绕着旋转轴线R旋转的面F(参见图1b)中形成的主体。环的宽度B理解为环沿着旋转轴线R的伸展量。环形理解为在部分区域中具有与旋转对称有偏差的构造的环。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于在内修复术中的滑动副的陶瓷的嵌入件(1),其中所述嵌入件(1)具有外侧和内侧,且在所述内侧上构造有用于容纳球形的滑动配对件的半球形的滑动区域(2),其特征在于,所述嵌入件(1)构造为环或环形的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入件,其特征在于,所述嵌入件(1)具有5到20mm的宽度(B)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的嵌入件,其特征在于,所述内侧通过半径部过渡到外侧中。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的嵌入件,其特征在于,所述半球形的滑动区域(2)覆盖整个内侧。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的嵌入件,其特征在于,在所述外侧上至少在部分区域中布置有夹紧面(3),该夹紧面构造为锥形的或柱形的。
6.根据权利要求1到5中任一项所述的嵌入件在髋、肩、脚趾或膝盖内修复术中的应用。
