一种含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,包括LPRO循环、HPRO浓缩、IE树脂提浓和电积阶段:LPRO循环:将废水通入RO膜组件进行半循环过滤处理得到净水和膜浓水;HPRO浓缩:将所述的LPRO循环得到的膜浓水通入浓缩装置进行浓缩处理;IE树脂提浓:经浓缩段处理后得到的膜浓水进入离子交换树脂,将镍离子吸附于树脂表面,然后用硫酸将镍离子循环解析出来形成硫酸镍溶液;电积:将所述硫酸镍溶液通入电积装置,使溶液中的镍离子在阴极上沉积出来,形成金属镍板。本发明的回收新工艺的综合水循环利用率高达95%以上,重金属危废污泥减量99%,并可以提取到纯度为99%的金属镍板。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种含镍废水的处理系统,具体而言,涉及一种用于铝材行业着色及 封孔段含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍的资源回收新工艺。
背景技术
[0002]目前,对于含镍清洗废水的处理方法主要有化学法、离子交换法、蒸发浓缩法等, 其中使用最为广泛的是化学法。化学法的核心是混凝沉淀工艺,即利用化学反应使废水中 @Ni2+形成氢氧化镍沉淀,然后再经固液分离装置去除沉淀物,从而达到去除镍的目的。如 采用氢氧化钠调节pH值,根据废水中Ni2+的浓度,pH值>9.2时,可使Ni2+浓度降低到1.2mg/ L;pH值调至10〜12时,Ni2+去除得更彻底,浓度可以降低到〇.2mg/L,再配合重金属捕捉剂, 浓度可以降低到0 • lmg/L以下,实现达标排放。现有技术主要解决了企业达标排放的问题, 但造成了资源的浪费:1、水资源未合理回收,经过化学处理后的废水因在化学处理过程中 添加絮凝剂导致回收利用时存在高运行成本问题,故很多企业水回收设备处于停滞状态, 造成水投资浪费。2、化学处理过程中的污染物镍离子形成氢氧化镍污泥,属于危险废弃物, 需要填埋处置,很难回收再利用,造成贵金属资源浪费。
发明内容

[0011] 根据本发明的实施例,在将废水通入R0膜组件之前,需要将工业废水通入清洗水 收集槽,随后将收集槽中的废水进行微孔膜过滤预处理,去除含镍工业废水中微量的悬浮 物。
[0012] 根据本发明的实施例,所述步骤①中,在膜浓水未达到一定浓度时,R0膜过滤处理 得到的浓水回流进所述清洗水收集槽;达到一定浓度后,膜浓水流入第一收集槽,接着进入 HPR0浓缩阶段。LPR0循环处理系统可以提高废水的过滤效率,有利于节省效能。

1.一种含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步 骤: ① LPRO循环:将废水通入R0膜组件进行半循环过滤处理得到净水和膜浓水; ② HPRO浓缩:将所述的LPRO循环得到的膜浓水通入浓缩装置进行浓缩处理; ③ IE树脂提浓:经浓缩段处理后得到的膜浓水进入离子交换树脂,将镍离子吸附于树 脂表面,然后用硫酸将镍离子循环解析出来形成硫酸镍溶液; ④ 电积:将所述硫酸镍溶液通入电积装置,使溶液中的镍离子在阴极上沉积出来,形成 金属镍板。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,其特征 在于,其中作为所述回收新工艺的一部分,在将废水通入R0膜组件之前,需要将工业废水通 入清洗水收集槽,随后将收集槽中的废水进行微孔膜过滤预处理,去除含镍工业废水中微 量的悬浮物。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,其特征 在于,所述步骤①中,在膜浓水未达到一定浓度时,R0膜过滤处理得到的浓水回流进所述清 洗水收集槽;达到一定浓度后,膜浓水流入第一收集槽,接着进入HPRO浓缩阶段。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤①中的R0膜组件的半循环过滤处理过程所述步骤①得到的净水回用于着色或封孔等工 业处理过程。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤②中HPRO浓缩处理后得到浓水和膜产水,在得到的浓水中镍离子浓度达到2000mg/L前, 浓缩处理得到的浓水回流进所述第一收集槽循环浓缩;镍离子浓度达到2000mg/L后,浓水 流入第二收集槽,接着进入IE树脂提浓阶段。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤②处理后得到膜产水回流于LPRO循环过滤再处理。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤③中,当树脂吸附饱和后,才使用硫酸将镍离子解析出来。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤④中电解pH值为1 -5,电流为5〇_5〇〇A。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,其中将 来自所述步骤④中电解后的尾水在通入所述步骤③吸附镍离子处理后排放。
10. 根据权利要求2所述的含镍废水在线回收水资源及提取金属镍资源新工艺,所述步 骤①中净水电导率为3〇-3〇〇ys/cm;所述R0膜组件的过滤精度为0.000Ulm;所述微孔膜的过 滤精度为lym。
