Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the lifting platform is lowered, the lifting platform can drive the guide rod to move downwards, the guide wheel at the lower end of the guide rod can generate a force action on the lever plate, and the movable support leg at the right lower side of the lever plate is further opened outwards, so that the roller can jack the whole device, the fixation and the transportation of the device can be conveniently switched, the problem of inconvenient transportation of the existing device is solved, the extension or the shortening of the telescopic rod is controlled through the control button, when the telescopic rod extends, the supporting plate can drive the movable top plate to rise, the sliding groove is filled, the sliding wheel can support the supporting block, the placing plate can conveniently move, and the anti-skid performance of the surface of the lifting platform is improved due to the arrangement of the sliding groove.
