DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention will be better explained by the following detailed description of the embodiments with reference to the drawings.
Bottom plate of spliced floor unit
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottom plate of the spliced floor unit provided by the invention is square, and can be rectangular or square. The base plate comprises an upper surface 11 and a lower surface 12 defining its thickness, the base plate has edge portions 13 located around it, which edge portions 13 refer to solid portions of the peripheral edge of the base plate, and the catch 15 opens into solid portions of the edge of the lower surface 12 of the base plate, from which edge the catch 14 protrudes outwards. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the edge portion 13 may be provided with a plurality of hooks 14 protruding outwards, and at the same time, a corresponding number of slots 15 should be provided in the edge portion 13.
Preferably, the upper surface 11 of the bottom plate is in the same level with the edge portion 13, and in this structure, the decorative plates of the splice floor are provided on the upper surface 11, and the decorative plates are provided in a shape and size consistent with those of the bottom plate, so that the decorative plates cover the edge portion 13 at the same time, and thus, when a plurality of splice floors with decorative plates are spliced together, the decorative plates of adjacent splice floors can be abutted to form a complete pattern composed of the decorative plates.
At least one pair of the opposite edge portions 13 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 15, the opening of the clamping groove 15 faces the lower surface 12, a plurality of clamping hooks 14 respectively extend outwards from at least one pair of the opposite edge portions 13 of the bottom plate, the tail end hook portions 141 (shown in fig. 1) of the clamping hooks 14 extend upwards, and the clamping hooks 14 are suitable for being matched with the clamping grooves 15 on the adjacent bottom plates so as to splice the bottom plates. The improvement of the present invention is mainly that the protruding point is added on the top surface of the hook portion 141 of the hook 14, and the through slot is added between the bottom of the slot 15 and the upper surface 11, except that other structures are consistent with those disclosed in the chinese patent application CN105952107a, and other structures refer to the chinese patent application CN105952107a, which is not described in detail in the present invention, and the improvement of the present invention is described in detail below.
The main improvement of the invention is that the hook portion 141 at the end of the hook 14 comprises an upward top surface provided with an upward raised boss 2, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the slot 15 (i.e. the bottom surface parallel to the upper surface 11 in the slot 15) is provided with a through slot 3 communicating from the bottom to the upper surface 11, and the boss 2 on the hook is located in the through slot 3 of the slot on the adjacent bottom when the hook 14 is mated with the slot 15 on the adjacent bottom.
Based on the structure, the invention sets up the protruding point 2 protruding upwards on the top surface of the hook 141 of the hook 14, and sets up the through groove 3 connecting to the upper surface 11 on the bottom of the slot 15, thus, when the hook 14 is matched with the slot 15, the protruding point 2 enters into the through groove 3, in the prior structure, when the bottom plates are spliced mutually, only the hook 14 is matched with the slot 15, and after the protruding point 2 and the through groove 3 are added, the connecting structure between the bottom plates spliced mutually increases the matching between the protruding point 2 and the through groove 3, and after the matching between the protruding point 2 and the through groove 3 is increased, the contact thickness of the connecting structure between the bottom plates spliced mutually in the thickness direction of the bottom plates is also increased, so that the bottom plates spliced mutually are not easy to break away.
The arrangement of the raised point 2 can be regarded as heightening the hook portion 141 of the hook 14, and the arrangement of the through groove 3 can be regarded as deepening the depth of the clamping groove 15 to increase the contact thickness of the hook 14 and the clamping groove 15 in the thick bottom direction of the bottom plate. However, the inventor has found through experiments that when the hook portion 141 is simply raised and the clamping groove 15 is deepened, it occurs that the clamping hook 14 is difficult to be assembled into the clamping groove 15, and at the same time, after the clamping groove 15 is deepened, the distance between the bottom of the clamping groove 15 and the upper surface 11 is reduced, that is, the thickness of the material between the bottom of the clamping groove 15 and the upper surface 11 is reduced, which is used for connecting the two groove walls of the clamping groove 15, when the splice floor is subjected to the horizontal friction force as mentioned in the background art, one groove wall on the outer side of the clamping groove 15 is subjected to the horizontal outward pulling force, and when the pulling force is large, the material between the bottom of the clamping groove 15 and the upper surface 11 is bent and deformed, and the spliced floor unit spliced together is relatively easy to be torn. The invention only sets the protruding point 2, if the protruding point 2 is set, the single protruding point 2 is easy to slightly deform, the clamping hook 14 is easy to be installed in the clamping groove 15, and only sets the through groove 3 at a local position, thus the material between the bottom of the clamping groove 15 and the upper surface 11 still keeps the original thickness in most areas, and the situation that the material between the bottom of the clamping groove 15 and the upper surface 11 is easy to be bent and deformed does not exist, so that the effect is better when the invention is used.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the card slot 15 extends in a direction parallel to the edge portion 13, and the length of the through slot 3 extending in the card slot 15 is longer than the length of the boss 2 extending on the top surface of the hook 141. The base plate (the spliced floor unit after the decorative plate is assembled) provided by the invention is assembled by roughly assembling the clamping hooks 14 into the clamping grooves 15, and then sliding one base plate along the direction parallel to the edge part 13 so as to align the two floors. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the length of the through groove 3 (i.e., the length of each groove body in the through groove 3 for accommodating the corresponding bump 2) is also set longer than the length of the bump 2 in the direction parallel to the edge portion 13, so that the bump 2 can slide in the through groove 3 to realize the above assembly mode, and at the same time, the length of the through groove 3 is longer than the length of the bump 2, which can effectively prevent the bump 2 from not completely entering the through groove 3 due to manufacturing errors.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the card slot 15 extends in a direction parallel to the edge portion 13, and a length a of the through slot 3 extending in the card slot 15 is longer than a length B of the hook 14. Preferably, both ends of the top surface of the hook 141 are provided with one boss 2 in a direction parallel to the edge portion 13. The two raised points 2 are arranged, so that the connecting point can be increased, and the stability of connection is improved. Meanwhile, as described above, in order to realize the above-mentioned assembly mode, since one protruding point 2 is provided at both ends of the top surface, the length a of the through slot 3 is correspondingly longer than the length B of the hook 14, so that both protruding points 2 can slide in the through slot 3.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the through groove 3 includes two groove walls located on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the through groove 3, the two groove walls being opposed, and a reinforcing rib 31 connecting the two groove walls is provided in the middle of the through groove 3. As described above, it is preferable to provide the length of the through groove 3 longer than the length of the hook 14, and when the length of the through groove 3 is too long, the material (the portion filled with the mesh in fig. 5) between the groove wall on the outer side of the through groove 3 and the outermost wall surface of the bottom plate is easily pulled, deformed or torn, and for this reason, the reinforcing rib 31 connecting the two groove walls of the through groove 3 is provided, and the material between the groove wall on the outer side of the through groove 3 and the outermost wall surface of the bottom plate is not easily pulled, deformed or torn by the reinforcement of the reinforcing rib 31. In the structure shown in fig. 5, the through groove 3 referred to herein includes two groove bodies and a reinforcing rib between the two groove bodies.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the boss 2 includes an inner side surface 21 facing the edge portion 13, an outer side surface 22 facing away from the edge portion 13, and an upper surface 23 facing the upper surface 11, where the junction between the outer side surface 22 and the upper surface 23 is provided as a chamfer 24, and the inner side surface 21 is a vertical surface. The chamfering structure 24 is arranged to facilitate the clamping hook 14 to be installed into the clamping groove 15, the inner side surface 21 is a vertical surface, and the inner side surface 21 is contacted with the groove wall on the outer side of the through groove 3 to realize contact and abutting.
In this embodiment, the protruding point 2 protrudes 0.5-2.0mm above the top surface of the hook 141. Preferably, the raised point 2 protrudes 1mm from the top surface of the hook 141
In the embodiment, at least the edge part, the clamping hook and the raised point in the bottom plate are integrally formed by ABS plastic or PS plastic, namely, the whole bottom plate can be integrally formed by ABS plastic or PS plastic, or only the edge part, the clamping hook and the raised point are integrally formed by ABS plastic or PS plastic, the edge part, the clamping hook and the raised point form a square hollow frame, and then a filling plate is filled in the square hollow frame, and the filling plate can be made of materials with lower cost so as to reduce the total manufacturing cost of the whole bottom plate. Of course, besides ABS plastic or PS plastic, other engineering plastics can be adopted, so that the manufactured base plate has high strength and high stability. Meanwhile, in the scheme that the whole bottom plate is formed by integrally molding the ABS plastic or the PS plastic, the middle part of the bottom plate can be provided with the structure of the grid plate as shown in fig. 2 and 3, so that the production cost is reduced, and the bottom plate can be of a solid structure to improve the strength. Such alternatives fall within the scope of the invention.
Spliced floor unit
The invention also provides an assembled floor unit which comprises a bottom plate and a decorative plate, wherein the bottom plate is the bottom plate, and the decorative plate is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate. The decorative board is a PVC decorative board or an EVA decorative board or a flax decorative board.
The above-described embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be understood that the above description of the specific embodiments of the present invention is only for illustrating the technical route and features of the present invention, and is for enabling those skilled in the art to understand the present invention and implement it accordingly, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described specific embodiments. All changes or modifications that come within the scope of the appended claims are intended to be embraced therein.
