Claims (7)
1. A municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device is characterized by comprising slide rails (300) which are detachably mounted on two sides of a sidewalk and a cleaning trolley (100) which can move along the slide rails (300), wherein a garbage storage cavity (113), a vacuum pump (121) for pumping negative pressure from the garbage storage cavity (113) and a cleaning head (200) arranged at the front end of the cleaning trolley (100) are arranged in the cleaning trolley (100), the cleaning head (200) is provided with a garbage inlet (230) facing the ground of the sidewalk and a cleaning channel (240) for communicating the garbage inlet (230) with the garbage storage cavity (113), the cleaning trolley (100) is further provided with an auxiliary cleaning mechanism (500), the auxiliary cleaning mechanism (500) comprises a cleaning roller (510) which is arranged in front of the garbage inlet (230) and used for cleaning garbage to the garbage inlet (230) and a first driving motor (520) for driving the cleaning roller (510) to rotate, the garbage cleaning trolley (100) is characterized in that a garbage can (700) and a crushing mechanism (400) for crushing garbage entering the garbage storage cavity (113) are arranged in the garbage storage cavity (113), the crushing mechanism (400) comprises a material guide hopper (410) which is fixed on the side wall of the garbage storage cavity (113) and is positioned above the garbage can (700), two crushing rollers (420) which are parallel to each other and are arranged in the material guide hopper (410), and a second driving motor (430) for driving the crushing rollers (420) to rotate, the material guide hopper (410) is provided with a crushing channel (411) for allowing the garbage to enter the garbage can (700), the vacuum pump (121) is arranged at the upper end of the garbage storage cavity (113), the cleaning trolley (100) is provided with a filter cover (122) which covers the lower end of the vacuum pump (121) at the upper end of the garbage storage cavity (113), and the upper end of the front side wall of the cleaning trolley (100) is provided with a feeding hole (116) communicated with the garbage storage cavity (113), the cleaning trolley (100) is provided with a guide plate (123) which is located on one side of the feeding hole (116) and guides garbage into the crushing channel (411), and the vacuum pump (121) is located on one side, far away from the feeding hole (116), of the guide plate (123).

The municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning trolley (100) is provided with a cleaning opening (114) for taking out the garbage can (700) and a cleaning door (115) hinged to one side of the cleaning opening (114) and sealing and covering the cleaning opening (114), the cleaning door (115) is provided with a sealing bump (115a) inserted into the opening and a sealing strip (115b) located outside the sealing bump (115a) and abutting against the outer side wall of the cleaning trolley (100).

The municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning trolley (100) is provided with a mounting plug (117) at the feed inlet (116) for mounting the cleaning head (200), the cleaning head (200) comprises a horizontal cleaning part (210) and an inclined connecting part (220) connecting the horizontal cleaning part (210) and the cleaning trolley (100), the inclined connecting part (220) is provided with a mounting jack (221) connected with the mounting plug (117) in a sealing manner, and second rollers (213) capable of rolling in the sliding rails (300) are arranged on two sides of the horizontal cleaning part (210).

The municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the front side wall of the cleaning trolley (100) is further provided with a mounting platform (118) facing the horizontal cleaning part (210), one side of the horizontal cleaning part (210) facing the mounting platform (118) is provided with an insert block (212), the mounting platform (118) is provided with a slot (118a) for the insert block (212) to be inserted, and the first driving motor (520) is mounted on the top of the mounting platform (118).

The municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning trolley (100) is further provided with an auxiliary blowing mechanism (600), the auxiliary blowing mechanism (600) comprises a blowing air pump (610), a blowing head (630) fixed on one side of the cleaning trolley (100) and a blowing pipe (620) connected to the blowing air pump (610) and the blowing head (630), and the blowing head (630) is provided with a blowing port communicated with the blowing pipe (620) and a universal nozzle (631) installed at the blowing port.

The municipal intelligent pavement cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein hollow positioning sleeves (320) are embedded in two sides of the sidewalk along the length direction of the sidewalk, and a plurality of positioning insertion columns (310) inserted into the positioning sleeves (320) are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the sliding rail (300) along the length direction of the sliding rail (300).
