d. the rotary shaft is driven to rotate, and the movable platform is moved to the cutting device, so that the sponge material is driven by the fixed needle to perform rotary motion, and the cutting device is enabled to cut the ring into a round table shape; when the movable platform moves to the cutting device, the flashboard positioned on the material fixing plate automatically seals the lower port of the feed hopper;
e. after cutting, driving the rotating shaft to move upwards along the linear bearing, and pushing down the round table-shaped sponge material positioned on the fixed needle by the material returning ring when the round table-shaped sponge material moves to the material returning ring and falling into the discharging groove;

The disc surface of the material pressing disc 14 is provided with a fixed needle 16, the fixed needle 16 comprises a circle center fixed needle positioned at the circle center of the material pressing disc 14 and an eccentric fixed needle positioned at the eccentric position of the material pressing disc 14, and the fixed needle 16 is used for penetrating the sponge material and driving the sponge material to rotate. The length of the circle center fixing needle is larger than that of the eccentric fixing needle, and the circle center fixing needle can penetrate through sponge materials.

The sponge ring cutting forming machine has the advantages of simple and compact integral structure, compact design and integration of feeding, cutting and returning.
