本发明公开了一种聚全氟乙丙烯安装线,所述电缆设计简单,性能稳定,具有耐高温、耐老化以及抗拉性强等优点。所述安装线由内导体、聚酯纤维层A、绝缘层、屏蔽层以及护套层组成;所述护套层为钢带铠装聚乙烯;所述屏蔽层为镀银铜线或者镀锡铜线或者镀镍铜线;所述绝缘层为FEP;所述内导体为铜导体线芯。所述铜导体线芯为三组挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内,每组铜导体线芯内都设置有六根铜导体,所述硅橡胶绝缘层之外包裹一层聚酯纤维层A,所述聚酯纤维层A之外包裹一层FEP绝缘层,所述FEP绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银铜线或者镀锡铜线或者镀镍铜线屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层之外包裹一层钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是涉及一种聚全氟乙丙烯安装线。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的迅速发展,电缆行业也成为了中国第二大行业,同时,我国也是世界上第一电线电缆生产国,由于电缆需求的增加,从而要求电缆功能的多样化。
目前,随着我国社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,比如在航空、船舶、电力等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的重量、耐热、抗拉以及耐酸碱腐蚀性方面要求都特别高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种聚全氟乙丙烯安装线,所述电缆设计简单,性能稳定,具有耐高温、耐老化以及抗拉性强等优点。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种聚全氟乙丙烯安装线,所述安装线由内导体、聚酯纤维层A、绝缘层、屏蔽层以及护套层组成;所述护套层为钢带铠装聚乙烯;所述屏蔽层为镀银铜线或者镀锡铜线或者镀镍铜线;所述绝缘层为FEP;所述内导体为铜导体线芯。
所述铜导体线芯为三组挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内,每组铜导体线芯内都设置有六根铜导体,所述硅橡胶绝缘层之外包裹一层聚酯纤维层A,所述聚酯纤维层A之外包裹一层FEP绝缘层,所述FEP绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银铜线或者镀锡铜线或者镀镍铜线屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层之外包裹一层钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层。
所述硅橡胶绝缘层内部还挤包有一根铜金属软管,所述铜金属软管之外包裹一层聚酯纤维层B。
本发明所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线允许工作环境最高温度为70℃,最低温度为-65℃;屏蔽抑制系数小于0.8。
本发明所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线在20℃时导体电阻为2-10Ω/km。
本发明所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线内导体标称截面为1-6mm2。
本发明所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线的外径为1-10mm。
本发明的有益效果体现在:本发明所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线具有轻便,运转方便,耐热性强,导电性能好以及耐酸碱腐蚀性强的优点,还具有耐老化、抗拉性强的特点。可以广泛适用于航空、船舶、电力等领域,采用聚氯乙烯绝缘层,具有阻燃,热膨胀系数底,稳定,不易被酸、碱腐蚀,对热比较耐受的优点;钢带铠装聚乙烯护套具有重量轻,敷设不受落差限制的优点。本发明所述的所述的聚全氟乙丙烯安装线是一种用于电子装置和仪器在高温下作业的内部电路连接,并在高温、潮湿环境性能良好,具有很好的绝缘和阻燃性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚全氟乙丙烯安装线,其特征在于,所述铜导体线芯为三组挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内,每组铜导体线芯内都设置有六根铜导体,所述硅橡胶绝缘层之外包裹一层聚酯纤维层A,所述聚酯纤维层A之外包裹一层FEP绝缘层,所述FEP绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银铜线或者镀锡铜线或者镀镍铜线屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层之外包裹一层钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层。
