the safety locking device is arranged on the bottom tube and comprises a bayonet lock and a pull rod, and the bayonet lock is movably connected to the bottom tube to lock or unlock the bottom tube and the rear leg; the pull rod is provided with a chute, and the bayonet lock is arranged in the chute in a sliding manner through a shaft pin; when the safety locking device is unlocked, the folding actuating piece is operated to drive the locking joint to be unlocked through the connecting piece, so that the rider, the front leg and the rear leg are mutually folded.
2. The folding mechanism of claim 1, wherein: the safety locking device further comprises an operation sliding block, and the operation sliding block is slidably arranged on the rear foot and connected with the pull rod.
3. The folding mechanism of claim 1, wherein: the safety locking device further comprises a fixing block, the fixing block is fixed to the rear foot and is provided with a long hole for accommodating and limiting the shaft pin and a through hole for accommodating the clamping pin.
