Abstract
本发明涉及一种洗衣机上面框模具,用于洗衣机上面框的成型,采用浇口镶件两次连接(点浇口与潜伏浇口)转换并且增加节流阀,每个节流阀通过调节作用,保证型腔填充顺畅及溶化流动平衡,使产品无花斑;采用顶针的顶块增加优力胶垫,合模时,顶块与分型面配合一致,开模时,顶块受优力胶垫作用与收缩产品配合一致,很好解决了产品表面顶白的问题。与现有技术相比,本发明通过点浇口与潜伏浇口转换,能够解决溶体在模型中流动加快,从而缩短产品成型周期并能够更好饱压,提高产品注塑成型稳定性并且减少后续去浇口工序,通过顶出系统改善,减少以往后续用电吹风加热处理工序,确保产品质量,外观使客户满意。

[0001] 本发明涉及注塑成型技术领域,尤其是涉及一种洗衣机上面框模具。
背景技术
[0002] 注塑成型又称注射模塑成型,它是一种注射兼模塑的成型方法。注塑成型方法的 优点是生产速度快、效率高,操作可实现自动化,花色品种多,形状可以由简到繁,尺寸可以 由大到小,而且制品尺寸精确,产品易更新换代,能成形状复杂的制件,注塑成型适用于大 量生产与形状复杂产品等成型加工领域。但是,目前的注塑模具存在以下缺陷:(1)目前的 洗衣机上面框模具:采用冷流道三板模,产品高度较高,成型冷却时间较长。(2)产品成型压 力大,工艺上很难控制,产生料斑、熔接线比较明显,产品合格率较低,产品成型收缩后,易 产生顶白的现象。

[0003] 本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种洗衣机上面框 模具。

[0005] 一种洗衣机上面框模具,用于洗衣机上面框的成型,包括上模和下模,所述的上模 包括从上到下依次设置的上固定板、脱料板和A板,所述的A板上镶嵌有上模仁,所述的下模 包括从下到上依次设置的下固定板、方铁和B板,所述的B板上镶嵌有下模仁,下固定板和B 板之间还设有顶针板,顶针板上设有多个制件顶针,所述的制件顶针的端部设有顶块,顶块 与制件顶针之间设有优力胶垫。
[0006] 优选地,所述的上模仁和下模仁在合模时形成与洗衣机上面框相匹配的型腔,上 模设有多个点浇口,下模设有多个滑块,滑块上设有浇口镶件,浇口镶件上设有潜伏浇口; 合模时,潜伏浇口的进口与点浇口的出口相连通,潜伏浇口的出口与型腔相连通,并且浇口 镶件的底部设有残料顶出通道,顶针板上设有潜伏浇口残料顶针,分模时滑块向外滑动到 位时,所述的潜伏浇口残料顶针与残料顶出通道相对应。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机上面框模具,其特征在于,所述的上模仁(4)和下 模仁⑹在合模时形成与洗衣机上面框相匹配的型腔,上模设有多个点浇口(12),下模设有 多个滑块(5),滑块⑸上设有浇口镶件(11),浇口镶件(11)上设有潜伏浇口(13);合模时, 潜伏浇口(1¾的进口与点浇口(1¾的出口相连通,潜伏浇口(13)的出口与型腔相连通,并 且浇口镶件(11)的底部设有残料顶出通道(14),顶针板(9)上设有潜伏浇口残料顶针(15), 分模时滑块(5)向外滑动到位时,所述的潜伏浇口残料顶针(15)与残料顶出通道(14)相对 应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机上面框模具,其特征在于,所述的点浇口(12)为针 阀型点浇口。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机上面框模具,其特征在于,所述的浇口镶件(11)设 置在滑块(5)朝向型腔的侧面上。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机上面框模具,其特征在于,与点浇口(12)相连的分 流道上设有节流阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机上面框模具,其特征在于,所述的方铁(8)设有两 个,所述的顶针板⑼设有位于两个方铁⑻之间。
