Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹线电连接器,包括连接器本体、设置在连接器本体中的夹线弹片和导电弹片、与连接器本体上滑动配合的推杆。所述连接器本体上开设导线插入孔,夹线弹片和导电弹片位于所述导线插入孔的两侧,推杆上设有弹片压迫结构和止退结构。按上述设计,导线插入所述导线插入孔,推杆相对连接器本体滑动,其上的弹片压迫结构作用于夹线弹片,夹线弹片将导线压紧在导电弹片上,止退结构起到止退作用,实现电连接器与导线的稳定连接。

一种夹线电连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,具体涉及电连接器。
背景技术
电连接器,与导线连接,实现电子或电气设备的正常运行。其中,与电连接器连接的导线容易松动而导致接触不良,影响电子或电气设备的运行。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题:实现电连接器与导线的稳定连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种夹线电连接器,包括连接器本体、设置在连接器本体中的夹线弹片和导电弹片,所述连接器本体上开设导线插入孔,夹线弹片和导电弹片位于所述导线插入孔的两侧,用于夹持插入所述导线插入孔的导线;所述连接器本体上滑动配合有推杆,推杆上设有弹片压迫结构,在弹片压迫结构的作用下,所述夹线弹片向导电弹片方向压迫导线。
按上述技术方案,导线插入所述导线插入孔,推杆相对连接器本体滑动,其上的弹片压迫结构作用于夹线弹片,夹线弹片将导线压紧在导电弹片上,实现电连接器与导线的稳定连接。
作为上述技术方案的一种改进,所述推杆上设有第一导线弹片止退结构,所述弹片上部设有与所述第一导线弹片止退结构配合的第二导线弹片止退结构;所述第一导线弹片止退结构位于所述弹片压迫结构的后方。
按上述改进,向前滑动的推杆,其上的弹片压迫结构首先作用于夹线弹片,使夹线弹片向下压紧导线,之后,第一导线弹片止退结构与夹线弹片上的第二导线弹片止退结构配合,防止推杆向后滑动。需退出所述推杆时,动作所述推杆,使第一导线弹片止退结构和第二导线弹片止退结构脱离。
与夹线弹片配合设计的推杆,其直线运动产生向下压迫夹线弹片的效果,并使夹线弹片维持此种压迫状态,迫使导线与导电弹片紧密接触,提高电连接器与导线连接的稳定性。

具体实施方式
第一实施例:
如图2,一种夹线电连接器,包括连接器本体10、设置在连接器本体中的夹线弹片20和导电弹片30、与连接器本体滑动配合的推杆40。
结合图1、图2,所述连接器本体10开设导线插入孔11、滑槽和空腔12,空腔连通滑槽和导线插入孔。
结合图1、图2,导线插入孔11的数量为两个以上,两个以上导线插入孔并列设置在连接器本体10的同一侧。
如图3,任一滑槽前后贯穿连接器本体10,任一滑槽中配合一推杆40,推杆的前端能够向前突出所述连接器本体10,推杆与导线插入孔11平行,推杆位于导线插入孔的上方,推杆在滑槽中的前进方向相同于导线插入所述导线插入孔的前进方向。
如图3,推杆40上设有弹片压迫结构41和第一导线弹片止退结构42。作为一种优选,所述弹片压迫结构41为设置在推杆40前端的楔形结构,所述第一导线弹片止退结构42为设置在推杆40上的凸点。所述凸点位于所述楔形结构的后方。
如图2,夹线弹片20和导电弹片30分别位于所述导线插入孔11的上方和下方,用于夹持插入所述导线插入孔的导线。其中,所述夹线弹片20位于连接器本体10的空腔12中。
如图2,夹线弹片20包括弹片上部21和弹片下部22,弹片上部和弹片下部由一弹片折弯而成,一转轴配合在弹片的折弯处,所述转轴固定设置在连接器本体10内。其中,所述弹片下部22呈上凸的折弯结构。
如图3,所述弹片上部21设有与所述第一导线弹片止退结构配合的第二导线弹片止退结构23,作为一种优选,所述第二导线弹片止退结构23为设置在所述弹片上部21上的凹槽。
实际操作中,参考图2、图3,导线50插入所述导线插入孔11,向前推动所述推杆40,推杆沿滑槽前行,其前端的楔形结构首先作用于夹线弹片20的弹片上部21,弹片上部被迫下行,迫使弹片下部22压迫导线50,导线被压紧在导电弹片30上。当推杆40向前运行至极限位置时,其上的凸点与所述弹片上部21的凹槽配合,起到止退的作用。其中,推杆40上设有与连接器本体10配合的限位结构,对推杆在滑槽中的运行幅度进行限制。
任一推杆40的前端设有退线点43,需退线时,按压所述退线点,推杆40上的凸点与夹线弹片20上的凹槽松脱,后拉所述推杆40,夹线弹片的弹性势能得到释放,不再紧固导线50,导线可从导线插入孔11中抽出,实现退线。
第二实施例:
如图5,一种夹线电连接器,包括连接器本体10、设置在连接器本体中的夹线弹片20和导电弹片30、与连接器本体滑动配合的推杆40。
结合图4、图5,导线插入孔11的数量为两个以上,两个以上导线插入孔分布在连接器本体10的前后两侧。
任一导线插入孔11的上方设有滑槽,任一滑槽中配合一推杆40,推杆与导线插入孔11平行,推杆在滑槽中的前进方向相同于导线插入所述导线插入孔的前进方向。
连接器本体10同一侧的导线插入孔11与滑槽之间设有空腔12,空腔连通同一侧的滑槽和导线插入孔。
如图5,连接器本体10前侧的空腔与连接器本体后侧的空腔之间设有分隔结构13。
如图6,推杆40上设有弹片压迫结构41和第一导线弹片止退结构42。作为一种优选,所述弹片压迫结构41为设置在推杆40前端的楔形结构,所述第一导线弹片止退结构42为设置在推杆40上的凸点。
如图5,夹线弹片20和导电弹片30分别位于所述导线插入孔11的上方和下方,用于夹持插入所述导线插入孔的导线。
如图5,夹线弹片20包括弹片上部21和弹片下部22,弹片上部和弹片下部由一弹片折弯而成,一转轴14配合在弹片的折弯处,所述转轴固定设置在连接器本体10内。
如图6,所述弹片上部21设有与所述第一导线弹片止退结构配合的第二导线弹片止退结构23,作为一种优选,所述第二导线弹片止退结构23为设置在所述弹片上部21上的凹槽。
实际操作中,参考图5、图6,导线50插入所述导线插入孔11,端部抵在所述分隔结构13上。向前推动所述推杆40,推杆沿滑槽前行,其前端的楔形结构迫使夹线弹片20压迫导线50,导线被压紧在导电弹片30上。推杆40向前运行,直至与所述分隔结构13相抵,其上的凸点与所述弹片上部21的凹槽配合,起到止退的作用。
需退线时,利用工具向后推动推杆40尾端的退线槽44,推杆40上的凸点与夹线弹片20上的凹槽松脱,后推所述推杆40,夹线弹片的弹性势能得到释放,不再紧固导线50,导线可从导线插入孔11中抽出,实现退线。

Claims (1)

1.一种夹线电连接器,包括连接器本体(10)、设置在连接器本体中的夹线弹片(20)和导电弹片(30),所述连接器本体上开设导线插入孔(11),夹线弹片和导电弹片位于所述导线插入孔的两侧,用于夹持插入所述导线插入孔的导线;其特征在于:所述连接器本体上滑动配合有推杆(40),推杆上设有弹片压迫结构(41),在弹片压迫结构的作用下,所述夹线弹片向导电弹片方向压迫导线;
导线插入孔(11)的数量为两个以上,两个以上导线插入孔并列设置在连接器本体(10)的同一侧;任一导线插入孔的上方设有滑槽,任一滑槽中配合有推杆(40),推杆与导线插入孔平行,推杆在滑槽中的前进方向相同于导线插入所述导线插入孔的前进方向;或者,导线插入孔(11)的数量为两个以上,两个以上导线插入孔分布在连接器本体(10)的前后两侧;任一导线插入孔的上方设有滑槽,任一滑槽中配合有推杆(40),推杆与导线插入孔平行,推杆在滑槽中的前进方向相同于导线插入所述导线插入孔的前进方向;
夹线弹片(20)包括弹片上部(21)和弹片下部(22),弹片上部和弹片下部由一弹片折弯而成,一转轴配合在弹片的折弯处,所述转轴固定设置在连接器本体(10)内,弹片上部能够与推杆的弹片压迫结构(41)接触;
所述弹片压迫结构(41)为设置在推杆(40)前端的楔形结构;
所述推杆(40)上设有第一导线弹片止退结构(42),所述弹片上部(21)设有与所述第一导线弹片止退结构配合的第二导线弹片止退结构(23);所述第一导线弹片止退结构位于所述楔形结构的后方;
所述第一导线弹片止退结构(42)为设置在推杆(40)上的凸点,所述第二导线弹片止退结构(23)为设置在所述弹片上部(21)上的凹槽;
任一推杆(40)的前端设有退线点(43),需退线时,按压所述退线点,推杆(40)上的凸点与夹线弹片(20)上的凹槽松脱。
