Abstract
The invention discloses a locking mechanism for a container cover, comprising: the locking base, the locking sliding block sleeve and the ball; wherein, one side of the base facing the container is provided with a containing hole for containing the ball, and the ball is arranged in the containing hole in a rolling way; one side of the locking base, which is far away from the container, is provided with a sliding guide structure, the locking slide block sleeve slides in the sliding guide structure, one end of the locking slide block sleeve is fixedly connected with the sliding guide structure in a sliding manner, and the other end of the locking slide block sleeve forms an arc surface extending towards the direction far away from the container; the depth of the accommodating hole is smaller than the diameter of the ball, and the ball is blocked by the locking sliding block sleeve on one side of the accommodating hole away from the container. The invention also provides a container cover and a container using the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism and the container cover can be conveniently opened or closed, and the working efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of container sealing parts, in particular to a locking mechanism for a container cover, and further relates to a container cover capable of being opened and closed rapidly and a container.
Background
In various packaging containers for packaging articles, in order to prevent articles from falling off or prevent water, air and the like from entering the containers, most containers are provided with a cover to seal the inner space of the container, and the container cover and the container are connected and fastened in various manners, so that the containers are sealed by fastening, screw-cap threaded connection and the like. For example, in chinese patent application No. 201320282130.X, a turnbuckle sealed container is disclosed, an external thread is disposed at an upper end of an outer wall of a container body, and a rotation stopping groove is disposed at a bottom of the thread, so that the tightness of the container can be effectively increased by combining the rotation stopping groove with multiple threads. The Chinese patent application with the application number of 201621349485.6 discloses a container closing device for nuclear industry, wherein a container cover comprises a cover body and a clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a lifting nut, clamping claws and a limiting rod, one end of the rotating shaft is an operating end, the other end of the rotating shaft is movably connected with the container cover, the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the lifting nut, the clamping claws are rotationally connected to the outer side of the lifting nut, the two sides of the clamping claws are limited by the limiting rod, and the limiting rod is connected to the container cover; the container body is provided with an outer edge matched with the clamping jaw, and obviously, the clamping jaw is clamped on the outer edge of the container by the clamping jaw, but the clamping jaw still needs to be opened and closed by threads on the rotating shaft. In some fields, such as hot chambers for handling radioactive substances, for safety reasons, operators generally cannot directly contact the container by hand, need to open or close the container by means of massive protective gloves or mechanical claws, have great limitations on the flexibility of wearing protective gloves or operating mechanical claws, are very inconvenient to operate the rotating container cover or nut, and need to withdraw from the hot chamber before the working time in the hot chamber reaches the standard accumulation time, so there is a need for a container cover that can be opened and closed quickly and can ensure the sealing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-described needs in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a locking mechanism for a container lid that facilitates quick opening and closing, and a container lid and a container provided with the locking mechanism. The following presents a simplified summary in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed embodiments. This summary is not an extensive overview and is intended to neither identify key/critical elements nor delineate the scope of such embodiments. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that is presented later.
According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a locking mechanism for a container lid, comprising: the locking device comprises a base, a locking slide block sleeve and a ball;
wherein, one side of the base facing the container is provided with a containing hole for containing the ball, and the ball is rollably arranged in the containing hole; the side, far away from the container, of the base is provided with a sliding guide structure, the locking slide block sleeve slides in the sliding guide structure, one end of the locking slide block sleeve is fixedly connected with the sliding guide structure in a sliding manner, and the other end of the locking slide block sleeve forms an arc surface extending towards the direction far away from the container; the depth of the accommodating hole is smaller than the diameter of the ball, and the ball is blocked by the locking sliding block sleeve at one side of the accommodating hole away from the container.
Preferably, a movable block and an anti-drop button are arranged in the accommodating hole, one end of the movable block is in contact with the ball, the other end of the movable block is used for being attached to the container mouth, and the anti-drop button is an annular protrusion extending from the edge of the accommodating hole into the accommodating hole. The movable block is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container mouth under the pushing of the ball so as to realize locking, and meanwhile, an anti-falling buckle is arranged to prevent the ball or the movable block from falling off from the containing hole in a non-locking state.
More preferably, the end of the receiving opening facing the container is closed by an elastic material selected from rubber, plastic, etc. When in a locking state, the balls force the elastic material to deform towards the direction of the container opening, so that the elastic material is tightly attached to the outer surface of the container opening, and the elastic material simultaneously provides larger friction force, so that the locking effect is firmer, and meanwhile, the sealing effect can be further achieved.
Further preferably, a compression spring is further arranged between the locking sliding block sleeve and the sliding guide structure, so that locking stability is guaranteed.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the sliding guide structure is a guide rail or a guide groove provided on the base.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the sliding guide structure is provided with a blocking member for preventing the locking slider sleeve from falling off.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the blocking element is a projection arranged in a guide rail or guide groove.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the side of the base facing the container is provided with a projection stop towards the container.
The invention also provides a quick-opening and closing container cover comprising one or more locking mechanisms as described above.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the container cap further comprises a securing sleeve that is looped over the container neck, the container cap body, a bendable connecting piece, and one or more locking mechanisms;

Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of an embodiment of a container cover capable of being opened and closed quickly according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a container 100 is formed by a fixing sleeve 103 which is sleeved on the neck of the container 100, a container cover body 102, a bendable connecting piece 101 and one or more locking mechanisms. In the present embodiment, the connecting member 101 is made of a flexible material, but a hinge member may be used to fixedly connect the hard connecting member to the fixing sleeve 103 through a hinge. One end of the connecting piece 101 is fixedly connected with the fixing sleeve 103, and the other end is fixedly connected with the container cover body 102. As shown in fig. 1, the locking mechanism includes a base, which in this embodiment is formed by extending the container lid body 102, a locking slide sleeve 104, and balls 105. The side of the base facing the container is provided with a receiving hole for receiving the ball 105, in which the ball 105 can roll. A slide guide 107 is provided on the side of the base remote from the container, in which slide guide 107 the locking slide sleeve 104 slides, wherein the slide guide 107 is embodied as a guide groove, and one end of the locking slide sleeve 104 engages in the guide groove, but it should be understood that the slide guide 107 can also be embodied in other forms, for example a guide rail is provided on the base, and one side of the locking slide sleeve 104 engages in the guide rail for sliding. As shown in fig. 1, one end of the locking slider sleeve 104 is slidably and fixedly connected with the sliding guide structure 107, further, a compression spring can be arranged in the sliding guide structure 107, so that the locking slider sleeve 104 is always driven by the driving force towards the outer side, the locking stability is ensured, and the other end of the locking slider sleeve 104 forms an arc surface extending towards a direction away from the container; the depth of the accommodating hole is smaller than the diameter of the ball, the ball 105 is blocked by the locking slide sleeve at one side of the accommodating hole away from the container, so when the locking slide sleeve 104 slides downwards as shown in fig. 1, the ball 105 rolls towards the container under the driving of the cambered surface, and finally, the locking slide sleeve 104 slides to a certain position to block one end of the accommodating hole away from the container, and the ball 105 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container mouth. In order to enhance the locking effect, a mouth boss 108 may be provided at a position corresponding to the receiving hole, and a lower edge of the mouth boss 108 is aligned with an upper edge of the receiving mouth so that the balls 105 may be caught at the mouth boss 108. It should be appreciated that the locking slide sleeve may also be configured to slide laterally. The locking mechanism may be provided in one or more, but one should be provided at a position opposite the connection member, whether one or more locking mechanisms are provided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of another embodiment of the container cover which is opened and closed quickly according to the present invention. The container cover comprises two or more locking mechanisms, wherein at least two locking mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the diameter of the container cover, namely, opposite to each other, so that the container cover is different from the opening mode of the lifting type container cover, and can be directly and completely separated from a container in the embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the container lid is currently in an open state and the container lid is separated from the container 201, and a mouth boss 203 is provided at the container mouth of the container 201 for locking with the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism in the container cover comprises a base 202 formed by extending the side surface of the container cover, a guiding structure is arranged on the base 202, the guiding structure is fixedly connected with one end of the locking sliding block sleeve 204 in a sliding way, the guiding structure which slides up and down is arranged, the guiding structure which slides transversely can also be arranged according to the situation, and correspondingly, the other end of the locking sliding block sleeve 204 drives the rolling balls 205 to roll when sliding transversely. The base 202 is further provided with a receiving hole, the ball 205 is rollably disposed in the receiving hole, and a closure member 206 is disposed at an end of the receiving hole facing the container, and the closure member 206 is generally made of elastic materials such as rubber, plastic, etc., so that not only the ball is prevented from falling off, but also a better locking effect and sealing effect can be provided. On the container cover provided with a plurality of locking mechanisms, three locking mechanisms can be arranged to be in an equilateral triangle shape, four locking mechanisms can be arranged to be opposite to each other, and five locking mechanisms can be arranged to be in a regular-edge shape. The slide guide is provided with a blocking element 208 which prevents the locking slide sleeve from falling out, as shown in fig. 2, wherein the blocking element 208 is embodied as a projection arranged in a guide rail or guide groove. When the locking slide sleeve is slid upward, as shown in fig. 2, so that the ball 205 can roll away from the container, the container lid is opened and can be easily removed from the container opening. As shown in fig. 2, a protruding stopper 207 protruding toward the container may be further provided on the side of the base facing the container, so as to control the positions of the container lid and the container mouth, and the ball 205 may be accurately locked to the lower edge of the mouth boss 203 when the locking is closed. When being matched with a container cover provided with a plurality of locking mechanisms, the opening boss 203 can be arranged to be an annular belt surrounding the container opening, so that the problem that whether the locking mechanisms are aligned with the opening boss 203 is not needed to be considered when the container cover is locked, and the container cover is more convenient and easy to use.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the arrangements and instrumentality shown in the drawings and described above, and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims.
