[0020]本发明一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,在工作的过程中,上料装置6上的两个上 料机构64能够实现上下料,位于右侧的上料机构64能够将送料滑座2上划道后的导光板10 取下,位于左侧的上料机构M将上料台11上待加工的导光板1〇放置到送料滑座2上,限位板 224在第二驱动气缸225的驱动下能够将送料滑座2上的导光板10进行定位,然后启动送料 滑座2,送料滑座2沿着第一导轨111向前移动到达切割工位,然后升降支撑座3动作,驱动气 缸31的伸缩杆伸长,驱动压紧机构5向下移动,现将导光板10压紧,然后切割机构4到达加工 工位,行走座41沿着第二导轨34向右移动,切割刀431在导光板10上划道,多个切割刀分次 划道,能保证划道的深度,同时减小震动现象,保证切口平齐,第一道切割完成后,驱动气缸 31的伸缩杆复位,驱动压紧机构5上移,切割机构4离开加工工位,然后行走座41向左移动复 位,送料滑座2沿着第一导轨11向前移动一个工位,可以进行下一次的划道作业,当一块挡 光板10完成划道后,送料滑座2复位,然后第二驱动气缸225复位,可以进行下一个导光板的 上料划切割作业,能够提高生产效率。

1. 一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、送料滑座(2)、升降支 撑座(3)、切割机构(4)、压紧机构⑸和上料装置(6),所述机架(1)上设有工作台(11),所述 工作台(11)上设有第一导轨(111),所述送料滑座⑵活动安装在第一导轨(111)上,所述送 料滑座⑵的一端对称设有固定限位组件(21),所述送料滑座(2)的另一端设有活动限位组 件(22),所述升降支撑座C3)上对称安装有第一驱动气缸(31),所述第一驱动气缸(31)的伸 缩杆驱动支撑架(33)竖直方向移动,所述支撑架(3¾上活动安装有切割机构⑷,所述切割 机构(4)的两侧对称设有压紧机构(5),所述压紧机构(5)上设有压紧板(52),所述工作台 (11)的两侧分别设有上料台(12)和下料台(13),所述上料装置⑹上设有辅助行走座(63), 所述辅助行走座(63)的下方设有两个上料机构(64),所述上料机构(64)的下方设有若干个 吸盘上料组件(641)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,其特征在于:所述上料装置 (6)还包括支撑横梁(61)、第三导轨(6¾和第三驱动气缸(6f5),所述支撑横梁(61)上设有第 三导轨(62),所述第三导轨(62)上设有辅助行走座(63),所述辅助行走座(63)上设有若干 个第三驱动气缸(65),所述第三驱动气缸(65)的伸缩杆与上料机构(64)相连。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割机构 ⑷包括行走座(41)、安装架(42)和切刀组件(43),所述行走座(41)与支撑架(33)上的第二 导轨(34)相配合,所述行走座(41)的下方设有安装架(4¾,所述安装架(42)的下方设有若 干个缓冲伸缩架(421),所述缓冲伸缩架(421)的下方连接有切刀组件(4¾,所述切刀组件 (43)上安装有若干个切割刀(431),所述切割刀(4:31)呈并列分布,所述切割刀(4:31)的刀尖 位置沿切割走向呈渐变升高的趋势。
4. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,其特征在于:所述活动限位组 件(22)包括第二驱动架(221)、第二伸缩架(222)、第二导向滑杆(22¾、限位板(224)和第二 驱动气缸(225),所述第二驱动气缸(225)的伸缩杆与第二驱动架(221)相连,所述第二驱动 架(221)上设有第二伸缩架(222),所述第二伸缩架(222)与限位板(224)相连,所述限位板 (224)的两侧设有第二导向滑杆(223),所述第二导向滑杆(223)贯穿第二驱动架(221)。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动上料的导光板切割装置,其特征在于:所述升降支撑座 (3)还包括第一驱动架(32)、第二导轨(34)和第一导向滑杆(35),所述支撑架(33)的两端对 称设有第一驱动架(32),所述第一驱动架(3¾活动安装在第一导向滑杆(35)上,所述第一 驱动气缸(31)的伸缩杆与第一驱动架(32)相连,所述支撑架(33)上设有第二导轨(34),所 述切割机构(4)活动安装在第二导轨(3幻上,所述第二导轨(M)的走向与第一导轨(11)的 走向相垂直。
