背景技术
一般而言,冷冻机由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构(膨胀阀等)、蒸发器、或者还有干燥器构成,形成制冷剂与冷冻机油的混合物在密闭的体系内循环的结构。冷冻机中,制冷剂与润滑油的混合液体在压缩机内达到高温、且在蒸发器等的内部达到低温,因此在低温至高温的广泛温度区域中使用。
近年来,作为冷冻机中使用的制冷剂,作为不会破坏臭氧层的制冷剂而使用了不含氯的制冷剂,例如使用以1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)、二氟甲烷(R32)、五氟乙烷(R125)、1,1,1-三氟乙烷(R143a)等为代表的氟代烃系制冷剂。
此外,作为全球变暖潜能值低的制冷剂,氟代烃系制冷剂之中,1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234ze)、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234yf)等不饱和氟代烃系制冷剂逐渐在例如汽车空调等中使用。此外,从对环境、人体无害、且容易获取、进一步不需要回收等观点出发,在供热水机等部分用途中还有时使用二氧化碳作为制冷剂。
另一方面,冷冻机油根据所使用的制冷剂而需要的要求特性不同,根据各制冷剂,进行基础油、和基础油中添加的添加剂的开发。例如,不饱和氟代烃系制冷剂的热和化学稳定性低,因此在高速高负载条件下,有时制冷剂与基础油聚合而生成蜡成分。因此,例如专利文献1~4中,为了防止不饱和氟代烃系制冷剂的分解、和聚合性分解物的聚合所导致的聚合石蜡的生成,研究了添加乙二醇等防聚合石蜡剂。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,从对环境无害的观点等出发,逐渐研究拓展二氧化碳制冷剂的用途,还研究例如汽车空调中的使用。汽车空调等的冷冻机中,以二氧化碳作为制冷剂时,与使用氟代烃系制冷剂的情况相比,喷射压力高,在压缩机的滑动部位处,预想了高温、高速环境下的摩擦。因此,对用于二氧化碳制冷剂的冷冻机油,要求进一步提高润滑性。
此外,二氧化碳制冷剂用的冷冻机油中,为了提高润滑性等,还研究了例如作为基础油而使用聚氧亚烷基二醇(PAG)、且作为添加剂而添加摩擦调节剂。但是,向PAG系的基础油中添加摩擦调节剂时,在低温环境下摩擦调节剂析出,存在难以实用化的问题。
本发明鉴于上述情况而进行,课题在于,在将二氧化碳用于制冷剂的情况中,确保冷冻机的压缩机运行时滑动部位的润滑性,进一步的课题在于,为了提高润滑性等而向冷冻机油中添加摩擦调节剂时,抑制磨耗调节剂在低温环境下析出。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人等进行深入研究的结果发现,通过向聚氧亚烷基二醇系的基础油中配合规定的醇,可以解决上述课题,从而完成了下述本发明。即,本发明提供以下的冷冻机用润滑油组合物。
(1)冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其是与含有二氧化碳的制冷剂一同使用的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其含有:
以聚氧亚烷基二醇作为主要成分的基础油(A)、和羟基与醚键的总计为2~3个且具有至少1个羟基的醇(B),其中,醚键可以为0个。
进一步,本发明提供以下的冷冻机用组合物、冷冻机、润滑方法、和冷冻机用润滑油组合物的制造方法。
(2)冷冻机用组合物,其包含上述(1)所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂。
(3)冷冻机,其填充有上述(1)所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂。
(4)润滑方法,在填充有上述(1)所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂的冷冻机中,通过前述冷冻机用润滑油组合物对冷冻机的滑动部位进行润滑。
(5)冷冻机用润滑油组合物的制造方法,其是制造与含有二氧化碳的制冷剂一同使用的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的方法,
其中,向以聚氧亚烷基二醇作为主要成分的基础油(A)中,配合羟基与醚键的总计为2~3个且具有至少1个羟基的醇(B),其中,醚键可以为0个。
发明的效果
根据本发明,通过向聚氧亚烷基二醇系的基础油中配合规定的醇,能够确保压缩机等中的滑动部位的润滑性。此外,在添加酰胺基胺化合物等摩擦调节剂时,通过磨耗调整剂提高了润滑性等,同时还抑制了该磨耗调节剂在低温环境下析出。
具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明,使用实施方式说明。
<冷冻机用润滑油组合物>
本发明的一个实施方式所涉及的冷冻机用润滑油组合物(冷冻机油)是与含有二氧化碳的制冷剂一同使用的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其含有基础油(A)和醇(B)。
[基础油(A)]
基础油(A)以聚氧亚烷基二醇(以下也称为“PAG”)作为主要成分。本实施方式中,通过使用PAG作为基础油(A),从将二氧化碳用于制冷剂的情况中高温环境下的油膜保持观点出发是有利的。
PAG的100℃下的运动粘度优选为1~50mm2/s。PAG通过使运动粘度达到上述范围内,在确保燃料经济性、低温下的流动性的同时,容易确保冷冻机用润滑油组合物的润滑性。
从上述观点出发,PAG的100℃下的运动粘度更优选为3~30mm2/s、进一步优选为5~25mm2/s。
此外,PAG的数均分子量根据上述运动粘度而适当调整,优选为300~5000、更优选为500~5000、进一步优选为700~5000。
进一步,PAG的粘度指数优选为100以上。通过使粘度指数为100以上,容易将冷冻机用润滑油组合物遍及低温至高温维持为适当的粘度。PAG的粘度指数更优选为120以上、进一步优选为150以上。此外,PAG的粘度指数的上限没有特别限定,一般而言为400以下。
作为PAG,更具体而言,可以举出下述通式(1)所示的化合物。
R1[-(OR2)m-OR3]n (1)
(式中,R1表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的1价烃基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基、具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的烃基、或碳原子数为1~10的含氧烃基,R2表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,R3表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烃基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基、或碳原子数为1~10的含氧烃基,n表示1~6的整数,m表示使m×n的平均值达到6~80的数)。
上述通式(1)中,R1和R3中的每一者中的碳原子数为1~10的1价烃基可以是直链状、支链状、环状中的任一者。该烃基优选为烷基,作为其具体例,可以举出甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、各种丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、环戊基、环己基等。上述1价烃基通过使碳原子数为10以下,容易使得例如与制冷剂的相容性变得良好。1价烃基的碳原子数更优选为1~4。
此外,R1和R3中的每一者中的碳原子数为2~10的酰基所具有的烃基部分可以是直链状、支链状、环状中的任一者。该酰基的烃基部分优选为烷基,作为其具体例,可以举出上述能够选作R1和R3的烷基之中碳原子数为1~9的基团。通过使该酰基的碳原子数为10以下,与制冷剂的相容性变得良好。优选的酰基的碳原子数为2~4。
R1和R3均为烃基或酰基时,R1和R3可以相同,也可以彼此不同。
R1为具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的烃基时,该烃基可以是链状、也可以是环状。作为具有2个键合部位的烃基,优选为脂肪族烃基,可以举出例如亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基、亚己基、亚庚基、亚辛基、亚壬基、亚癸基、亚环戊基、亚环己基等。作为其他烃基,可以举出从联苯酚、双酚F、双酚A等双酚类中去除羟基而得到的残基。此外,作为具有3~6个键合部位的烃基,优选为脂肪族烃基,可以举出例如从三羟甲基丙烷、丙三醇、季戊四醇、山梨糖醇、1,2,3-三羟基环己烷、1,3,5-三羟基环己烷等多元醇中去除羟基而得到的残基。
通过使该脂肪族烃基的碳原子数为10以下,与制冷剂的相容性变得良好。该脂肪族烃基的优选的碳原子数为2~6。
进一步,作为R1和R3中的每一者中的碳原子数为1~10的含氧烃基,可以举出具有醚键的链状的脂肪族基、环状的脂肪族基(例如四氢糠基)等。
优选上述R1和R3中的至少一者为烷基、特别是碳原子数为1~4的烷基。
前述通式(1)中的R2为碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,作为重复单元的氧亚烷基,可以举出氧亚乙基、氧亚丙基、氧亚丁基。1分子中的氧亚烷基可以相同,也可以包含2种以上的氧亚烷基,优选在1分子中至少包含氧亚丙基单元,氧亚烷基单元中更优选包含50摩尔%以上的氧亚丙基单元,进一步优选包含80~100摩尔%的氧亚丙基单元,特别优选仅由氧亚丙基单元组成。
前述通式(1)中的n为1~6的整数,根据R1的键合部位的数量而确定。例如,R1为烷基、酰基时,n为1,R1是具有2、3、4、5和6个键合部位的脂肪族烃基时,n分别为2、3、4、5和6。
此外,m是使m×n的平均值达到6~80的数。通过使该平均值达到80以下,能够作为基础油而发挥出润滑性能,与制冷剂的相容性变得良好。但是,适当设定m×n的平均值以使得上述基础油的粘度达到期望范围。
此外,n优选为1~3的整数、更优选为1。
n为1时,优选R1和R3中的任一者或两者为碳原子数为1~4的烷基,更优选两者为碳原子数为1~4的烷基。此外,n为2以上时,也优选1分子内存在多个的R3中的至少1个为碳原子数为1~4的烷基,更优选全部为碳原子数为1~4的烷基。作为此时的烷基,可以举出甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基,最优选为甲基。丙基和丁基可以为直链状、也可以为支链状。
应予说明,n为2以上时,1分子中的多个R3可以相同,也可以不同。
作为PAG的更适合的具体例,可以举出OR2为氧亚丙基、n为1、且R1和R3均为碳原子数为1~4的烷基的物质,其中,最优选R1和R3均为甲基的聚氧亚丙基二醇二甲基醚。
以上说明的PAG可以单独使用1种,或者可以组合使用2种以上。
PAG成为冷冻机用润滑油组合物中含有的基础油(A)的主要成分。PAG的量相对于基础油(A)总量为50~100质量%即可,优选为70~100质量%、更优选为90~100质量%、最优选为100质量%。即,基础油(A)最优选由PAG单独组成。
冷冻机用润滑油组合物可以含有除了PAG之外的成分作为基础油(A)。作为这样的基础油,可以举出除了PAG之外的合成油、和矿物油。
作为除了PAG之外的合成油,可以举出例如聚-α-烯烃、α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、烷基苯、GTL副产物蜡异构化油、除了PAG和后述醇(B)之外的醚系化合物、聚酯系化合物等。作为除了PAG和后述醇(B)之外的醚系化合物,可以举出聚乙烯基醚(PVE)、具有聚氧亚烷基二醇或其单醚与聚乙烯基醚的结构的共聚物等。作为酯系化合物,可以举出脂肪族单酯、脂肪族二酯、脂肪族三酯、和脂肪族多元醇酯等。作为矿物油,可以举出例如链烷烃系矿物油、环烷烃系矿物油、中间基系矿物油等。这些合成油和矿物油可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
这些除了PAG之外的基础油也与PAG同样地,100℃下的运动粘度优选为1~50mm2/s、更优选为3~30mm2/s、进一步优选为5~25mm2/s。
应予说明,基础油(A)的含量相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量优选为70~99.7质量%、更优选为80~99.4质量%、进一步优选为90~99.0质量%。
[醇(B)]
醇(B)是羟基与醚键的总计为2~3个且具有至少1个羟基的醇化合物。冷冻机用润滑油组合物通过含有醇(B)而提高了耐咬粘性等,润滑性变得良好。此外,含有后述酰胺基胺化合物(C)时,防止在低温环境下酰胺基胺化合物(C)析出。
如果醇(B)中羟基与醚键的总计低于2个或为4个以上、或者不含羟基,则无法充分提高润滑性,进一步,有时也无法适当地防止后述酰胺基胺化合物(C)的析出。
应予说明,醇(B)可以不具有醚键(即醚键为0个),醚键的数量为0~2个。
醇(B)从使润滑性良好、且更有效地防止化合物(C)的析出的观点出发,羟基的数量优选为1或2个。此外,醚键的数量也优选为1或2个。
此外,醇(B)的碳原子数优选为2~12。醇(B)通过使碳原子数为2以上,容易使润滑性良好。此外,通过使其为12以下,容易防止酰胺基胺化合物(C)的析出。为了提高润滑性和耐磨耗性、更容易防止酰胺基胺化合物(C)的析出,醇(B)的碳原子数更优选为3~10、进一步优选为6~8。
作为醇(B),可以举出烷二醇、具有2个羟基和1个醚键的二元醇单醚化合物、具有1个羟基和2个醚键的一元醇二醚化合物,这些之中,优选为二元醇单醚化合物和一元醇二醚化合物。
作为烷二醇,可以举出碳原子数为2~12的烷二醇,具体而言,可以举出乙二醇、丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-乙基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇、1,7-庚二醇、2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二乙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,10-癸二醇、1,11-十一烷二醇、1,12-十二烷二醇。
作为二元醇单醚化合物,可以举出以下的式(2)所示的化合物。

式(2)中,R4和R5为碳原子数为2~6的2价饱和脂肪族烃基,R4和R5可以彼此相同,也可以不同。R4和R5可以为直链状,也可以为支链状。式(2)中,R4和R5的碳原子数更优选为2~4、进一步优选为2~3、最优选为3。
作为二元醇单醚化合物的具体例,可以举出二丙二醇、二乙二醇、二丁二醇。
作为一元醇二醚化合物,可以举出以下的式(3)所示的化合物。

式(3)中,R6和R7为碳原子数为2~4的2价饱和脂肪族烃基,R6和R7可以彼此相同,也可以不同。R6、R7可以为直链状,也可以为支链状。R8为碳原子数为1~8的烷基。R8可以为直链状或支链状,也可以具有环状结构。但是,R6~R8的总计碳原子数为12以下。
式(3)中,R6和R7的碳原子数优选为2~3、更优选为2。R8的碳原子数更优选为2~8、进一步优选为3~6。
作为一元醇二醚化合物的具体例,可以举出二乙二醇单甲基醚、二乙二醇单乙基醚、二乙二醇单丁基醚、二乙二醇单2-乙基己基醚、二丙二醇单甲基醚、二丙二醇单乙基醚。
作为醇(B)的具体例,还考虑到获取容易性等,在上述列举中,优选为乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇单甲基醚、二乙二醇单乙基醚、二乙二醇单丁基醚、二乙二醇单2-乙基己基醚、二丙二醇单甲基醚、二丙二醇单乙基醚。进一步,为了在防止摩擦调节剂的析出的同时容易提高润滑性,更优选为二丙二醇、二乙二醇单丁基醚。
相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量优选含有0.1~10质量%的醇(B)。通过以上述范围内的量使用醇(B),容易发挥出与含量相称的效果。醇(B)的上述含量更优选为0.5~5质量%、进一步优选为1~3质量%。
[酰胺基胺化合物(C)]
冷冻机用润滑油组合物优选还含有酰胺基胺化合物(C)作为摩擦调节剂。制成含有二氧化碳的制冷剂时,与使用氟代烃系制冷剂的情况相比,喷射压力高,在压缩机的滑动部位中形成高温、高速环境,但冷冻机用润滑油组合物通过含有酰胺基胺化合物(C)而提高了润滑性,进一步,耐磨耗性也变得良好。此外,酰胺基胺化合物(C)容易在低温环境下析出,但通过还在冷冻机用润滑油组合物中配合上述醇(B),这样的析出得到抑制。
酰胺基胺化合物(C)具体而言,可以举出具有酰胺基和氨基各1个以上的脂肪族酰胺基胺化合物。
作为脂肪族酰胺基胺化合物,可以举出以下的式(4)所示的化合物。
R9-CO-NR10R11 (4)
式中,R9表示碳原子数为6~30的烷基或碳原子数为6~30的烯基,R10和R11表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烃基、碳原子数为1~10的含氨基的烃基、或碳原子数为1~10的含氧原子的烃基,但R10和R11中的至少一者是含氨基的烃基。R10和R11可以彼此相同,也可以不同。R9的烷基和烯基可以为直链状或支链状,也可以具有环状结构。此外,R10和R11中的烃基或烃部分可以为直链状或支链状,也可以具有环状结构,进一步还可以包含芳族环、不饱和键等,但优选不含芳族环和不饱和键。
作为式(4)所示的化合物,可以举出作为脂肪酸与多胺的反应物的酰胺基胺化合物。作为脂肪酸的具体例,可以举出硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、油酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、椰子油脂肪酸等,这些之中,特别优选为硬脂酸、油酸、异硬脂酸。
此外,多胺是指具有2个以上的氨基的化合物,该氨基可以构成伯胺、仲胺、叔胺中任一者,为了与脂肪酸反应,至少1个氨基构成伯胺或仲胺。作为多胺,可以举出四亚乙基五胺、三亚乙基四胺等具有3个以上氨基的物质;二乙基氨基乙基胺、三甲基乙二胺等具有2个氨基的物质等。
上述中,优选为作为脂肪酸与具有2个氨基的多胺的反应物的酰胺基胺化合物。具体而言,可以举出以下的式(5)所示的化合物。

式(5)中,R20表示碳原子数为6~30的烷基或碳原子数为6~30的烯基,R21表示碳原子数为1~4的亚烷基。R22和R23表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~4的烷基,它们可以彼此相同,也可以不同。R24为氢原子或甲基。
式(5)中,R20的碳原子数优选为11~23、更优选为13~21。
对于R21的亚烷基的碳原子数,优选碳原子数为1~3、更优选碳原子数为2或3、特别优选碳原子数为2。R21中的亚烷基可以为直链状,也可以为支链状。此外,R22和R23优选均为烷基,更优选均为碳原子数为1~3的烷基,特别优选均为碳原子数为2的烷基。R22和R23的烷基可以为直链状,也可以为支链状。R24优选为氢原子。
上述酰胺基胺化合物之中,特别优选碳原子数为18的脂肪酸与二乙基氨基乙基胺的反应物。即,特别优选在式(5)中、R20的碳原子数为17、R21为碳原子数为2的亚烷基、R22和R23为碳原子数为2的烷基、且R24为氢原子的化合物。
相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量优选含有0.03~5质量%、更优选含有0.05~3质量%、进一步优选含有0.1~1质量%的酰胺基胺化合物(C)。
通过使酰胺基胺化合物(C)的含量为上述下限值以上,能够适当地提高冷冻机用润滑油组合物的润滑性、耐磨耗性。此外,通过为上述上限值以下,还与配合上述(B)成分协同,容易抑制酰胺基胺化合物(C)的析出。
[其他添加剂]
本实施方式所涉及的冷冻机用润滑油组合物可以含有抗氧化剂、油性改进剂、极压剂、酸捕捉剂、氧捕捉剂、铜惰化剂、防锈剂、消泡剂等除了上述(B)和(C)成分之外的其他添加剂中的任意1种或2种以上。
因此,冷冻机用润滑油组合物可以由基础油(A)和醇(B)组成,也可以由基础油(A)、醇(B)和酰胺基胺化合物(C)组成,也可以由基础油(A)、醇(B)和其他添加剂组成,也可以由基础油(A)、醇(B)、酰胺基胺化合物(C)和其他添加剂组成。
其他添加剂的含量相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物优选为20质量%以下、更优选为0质量%以上且10质量%以下。应予说明,0质量%是指在冷冻机用润滑油组合物中不含其他添加剂。
作为抗氧化剂,可以举出2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,2'-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等酚系、苯基-α-萘基胺、N,N'-二苯基-对苯二胺等胺系的抗氧化剂。抗氧化剂的含量从效果和经济性等观点出发,相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.01~5质量%、优选为0.05~3质量%。
作为油性改进剂的例子,可以举出硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单羧酸;二聚酸、氢化二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸;蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸;月桂醇、油醇等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单醇;硬脂基胺、油烯基胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单胺;月桂酰胺、油酰胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单羧酸酰胺;丙三醇、山梨糖醇等多元醇与脂肪族饱和或不饱和单羧酸形成的偏酯等。
这些可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,该含量在基于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.01~10质量%、优选0.1~5质量%的范围内选择。
作为极压剂,可以举出磷酸酯、酸式磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸式亚磷酸酯和其胺盐等磷系极压剂。
这些磷系极压剂从极压性、摩擦特性等观点出发,可以举出磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三硫代苯酯、亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亚磷酸氢二油烯基酯、亚磷酸2-乙基己基二苯基酯等。
此外,作为极压剂,还可以举出羧酸的金属盐。在此所称的羧酸的金属盐优选为碳原子数为3~60的羧酸、进一步为碳原子数为3~30、特别是12~30的脂肪酸的金属盐。此外,可以举出前述脂肪酸的二聚酸、三聚酸以及碳原子数为3~30的二羧酸的金属盐。这些之中,特别优选为碳原子数为12~30的脂肪酸和碳原子数为3~30的二羧酸的金属盐。
另一方面,作为构成金属盐的金属,优选为碱金属或碱土金属,特别地,最适合为碱金属。
进一步,作为除了上述之外的极压剂,可以举出例如硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二烃基多硫化物、硫代氨基甲酸酯类、硫代萜烯类、硫代二丙酸二烷基酯类等硫系极压剂。
作为极压剂,上述中,优选为磷系极压剂。
极压剂的含量从润滑性和稳定性的观点出发,基于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.001~5质量%、特别优选为0.005~3质量%。
这些极压剂可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为酸捕捉剂,可以举出例如苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃、环氧化大豆油等环氧化合物。其中,从相容性的观点出发,优选为苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃。
该烷基缩水甘油基醚的烷基、和亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚的亚烷基可以具有支链,碳原子数通常为3~30、优选为4~24、特别优选为6~16。此外,氧化α-烯烃使用总碳原子数一般为4~50、优选为4~24、特别为6~16的物质。本实施方式中,上述酸捕捉剂可以使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,其含量从效果和抑制淤渣产生的观点出发,相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.005~5质量%、优选为0.05~3质量%。
本实施方式中,通过含有酸捕捉剂,能够提高冷冻机用润滑油组合物的稳定性。
作为氧捕捉剂,可以举出4,4'-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二苯基硫醚、二辛基二苯基硫醚、二烷基硫化二亚苯基、苯并噻吩、二苯并噻吩、吩噻嗪、苯并噻喃、噻喃、噻蒽、二苯并噻喃、二硫化二亚苯基等含硫芳族化合物、各种烯烃、二烯、甲苯等脂肪族不饱和化合物、具备双键的萜烯类等。氧捕捉剂的含量相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.005~5质量%、优选为0.05~3质量%。
作为铜惰化剂,可以举出例如N-[N,N'-二烷基(碳原子数为3~12的烷基)氨基甲基]三唑等。
作为防锈剂,可以举出例如金属磺酸盐、脂肪族胺类、有机亚磷酸酯、有机磷酸酯、有机磺酸金属盐、有机磷酸金属盐、烯基丁二酸酯、多元醇酯等。防锈剂的含量相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.005~2质量%、优选为0.01~1质量%。
此外,作为消泡剂,可以举出例如硅酮油、氟化硅酮油等。消泡剂的含量相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量通常为0.005~2质量%、优选为0.01~1质量%。
上述其他添加剂之中,从提高润滑性、耐磨耗性等的观点出发,优选使用极压剂。
本实施方式所涉及的冷冻机用润滑油组合物中,进一步在不阻碍本发明的目的的范围内,可以含有其他公知的各种添加剂。
冷冻机用润滑油组合物优选酸值为0.2mgKOH/g以下、倾点为-20℃以下、氮成分为300ppm以下。
冷冻机用润滑油组合物通过使酸值为0.2mgKOH/g以下,具有能够抑制酸成为催化剂而在高温下劣化的现象的优点。此外,通过使倾点为-20℃以下,如上述那样,与防止酰胺基胺化合物(C)的低温环境下析出协同,低温性能变得优异。此外,通过使氮成分为300ppm以下,具有能够抑制源自氮成分的淤渣生成的优点。
应予说明,冷冻机用润滑油组合物的酸值更优选为0~0.15mgKOH/g、进一步优选为0~0.10mgKOH/g。倾点更优选为-30℃以下、进一步优选为-40℃以下。应予说明,倾点越低越好,下限值没有特别限定,通常为-60℃以上。
上述氮成分更优选为250ppm以下、进一步优选为200ppm以下。此外,为了适量配合酰胺基胺化合物(C),氮成分优选为50ppm以上、更优选为100ppm以上、进一步优选为120ppm以上。
<冷冻机用润滑油组合物的制造方法>
冷冻机用润滑油组合物通过向上述基础油(A)中至少配合醇(B)而制造。此外,优选向上述基础油(A)中进一步配合酰胺基胺化合物(C),进一步还可以配合除了(B)和(C)成分之外的其他添加剂。这些(A)~(C)成分、和其他添加剂的详情如上所述。此外,它们的配合顺序没有特别限定。
<制冷剂>
冷冻机用润滑油组合物与制冷剂一同使用。即,冷冻机中,使用包含冷冻机用润滑油组合物和制冷剂的冷冻机用组合物。针对冷冻机中的制冷剂与冷冻机用润滑油组合物的使用量,通常以制冷剂/冷冻机用润滑油组合物的质量比计为99/1~10/90,优选处于95/5~30/70的范围。如果该质量比为上述范围内,则能够使冷冻机中的冷冻能力和润滑性达到适当。
制冷剂使用包含二氧化碳的制冷剂。制冷剂优选为仅由二氧化碳单独组成的制冷剂,但也可以是由二氧化碳和除了二氧化碳之外的制冷剂组成的混合制冷剂。
应予说明,混合制冷剂中的二氧化碳的含量相对于制冷剂总量优选为20~99质量%、更优选为50~99质量%、进一步优选为80~99质量%。
作为混合制冷剂中使用的除了二氧化碳之外的制冷剂,可以举出例如选自氟代烃化合物、烃化合物、和氨中的1种或2种以上。
[氟代烃化合物]
作为氟代烃化合物,可以举出饱和氟代烃化合物、不饱和氟代烃化合物。
作为饱和氟代烃化合物,通常为碳原子数为1~4的烷烃的氟代物,优选为碳原子数为1~3的烷烃的氟代物,更优选为碳原子数为1~2的烷烃(甲烷或乙烷)的氟代物。作为具体的甲烷或乙烷的氟代物,可以举出三氟甲烷(R23)、二氟甲烷(R32)、1,1-二氟乙烷(R152a)、1,1,1-三氟乙烷(R143a)、1,1,2-三氟乙烷(R143)、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷(R134)、1,1,1,2,2-五氟乙烷(R125)。
这些饱和氟代烃化合物可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为不饱和氟代烃化合物,可以举出直链状或支链状的碳原子数为2~6的链状烯烃、碳原子数为4~6的环状烯烃的氟代物等具有碳-碳双键的物质。
更具体而言,可以举出导入了1~3个氟原子的乙烯、导入了1~5个氟原子的丙烯、导入了1~7个氟原子的丁烯、导入了1~9个氟原子的戊烯、导入了1~11个氟原子的己烯、导入了1~5个氟原子的环丁烯、导入了1~7个氟原子的环戊烯、导入了1~9个氟原子的环己烯等。
这些不饱和氟代烃化合物之中,优选为丙烯的氟代物,更优选为导入了3~5个氟原子的丙烯,最优选为导入了4个氟原子的丙烯。具体而言,可以举出1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234ze)、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234yf)作为优选的化合物。
这些不饱和氟代烃化合物可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
[烃化合物]
作为烃化合物,可以举出丙烷(R290)、正丁烷、异丁烷(R600a)、环丁烷、正戊烷、2-甲基丁烷、2,2-二甲基丙烷、环戊烷、正己烷、2-甲基戊烷、2,2-二甲基丁烷、2,3-二甲基丁烷、3-甲基戊烷、环己烷、正庚烷、环庚烷等碳原子数为3~7的烃化合物。
这些烃化合物可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为除了二氧化碳之外的制冷剂,上述中,优选为饱和氟代烃化合物、烃化合物、和氨,进一步优选为R134a、R32、R290、R600a、氨。
<冷冻机>
上述冷冻机用润滑油组合物用于冷冻机,具体而言,用于具备压缩机的压缩型冷冻机。
冷冻机在其内部填充冷冻机用润滑油组合物,通过冷冻机用润滑油组合物,对冷冻机的滑动部位、例如压缩机的润滑部位进行润滑。此外,冷冻机在其内部除了填充冷冻机用润滑油组合物之外还填充制冷剂(即冷冻机用组合物),冷冻机用组合物在冷冻机的体系内循环。压缩型冷冻机除了压缩机之外,还至少具有冷凝器、膨胀机构(膨胀阀等)和蒸发器,通过这些构成冷冻循环。
此外,冷冻机用润滑油组合物可以在开放型汽车空调、电动汽车空调等汽车空调、燃气热泵(GHP)、空气调节器、冰箱、自动販売机、陈列柜等各种冷冻系统、供热水系统、和供暖系统中的冷冻机中使用,这些之中,优选用于汽车空调。
实施例
以下,通过实施例进一步具体说明本发明,但本发明不因这些例子而受到任何限定。
本说明书中,各种测定方法和评价方法如下所示。
(1)运动粘度(100℃)
按照JIS K2283:2000,使用玻璃制毛细管式粘度计测定。
(2)粘度指数
按照JIS K2283:2000测定。
(3)数均分子量(Mn)
数均分子量(Mn)使用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定。GPC使用2根Tosoh Corporation制TSKgel SuperMultiporeHZ-M作为柱,以四氢呋喃作为洗脱液,检测器使用折射率检测器进行测定,以聚苯乙烯作为标准试样求出数均分子量(Mn)。
(4)酸值
酸值按照JIS K2501:2003中规定的“润滑油中和试验方法”,通过指示剂法测定。
(5)倾点
按照JIS K2269:1987测定。
(6)氮成分
按照JIS K 2609:1998测定。
(7)密闭Falex试验
在块SUJ2/销SUJ2、载重:150lbs(667N)、油量(涂布):20ul、转速:450rpm、制冷剂:二氧化碳0.1MPa、温度:23℃的条件下,进行涂布Falex咬粘试验,测定至引发咬粘为止的时间。
(8)低温加速储存试验
将冷冻机用润滑油组合物加入密闭容器中,在-5℃、-40℃的环境下分别放置30天时,通过目视观察有无添加剂(酰胺基胺化合物)的析出。如果任一温度下均没有析出,则作为析出抑制效果充分而评价为“A”。在任一温度下发生析出但微小的情况评价为“B”。进一步,在任一温度下发现较多析出的情况评价为“C”。
[实施例1~9、比较例1]
各实施例、比较例中,调配表2所示组成的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,评价各冷冻机用润滑油组合物。评价结果示于表2。
应予说明,各实施例、比较例中使用的基础油(A)为聚氧亚丙基二醇二甲基醚(通式(1)中、n为1、m为对应于数均分子量的值、R1、R3为甲基、OR2为氧亚丙基的PAG),100℃下的运动粘度为9.7mm2/s,数均分子量为1100,粘度指数为207。
此外,各实施例、比较例中使用的醇(B)、和酰胺基胺化合物(C)如以下的表1所示。

组成中的各数值表示相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量的质量%。
极压剂:磷酸三甲苯酯。
实施例1~9中,通过配合醇(B),Falex试验中的咬粘时间变长,润滑性良好。此外,实施例1~9中,配合了酰胺基胺化合物(C),但通过与醇(B)一起配合,能够抑制在低温环境下酰胺基胺化合物(C)析出。
另一方面,比较例1中,由于没有配合醇(B),因此Falex试验中的咬粘时间没有充分变长,无法充分提高润滑性。此外,还产生在低温环境下酰胺基胺化合物(C)大量析出的缺陷。
Claims (15)
1.冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其是与含有二氧化碳的制冷剂一同使用的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其含有:
以聚氧亚烷基二醇作为主要成分的基础油(A)、和羟基与醚键的总计为2~3个且具有至少1个羟基的醇(B),其中,醚键可以为0个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,相对于冷冻机用润滑油组合物总量含有0.1~10质量%的醇(B)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,醇(B)的碳原子数为2~12。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,醇(B)具有1或2个羟基。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,醇(B)具有1或2个醚键。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其还包含酰胺基胺化合物(C)。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,所述制冷剂由二氧化碳单体构成、或者是二氧化碳与选自氟代烃化合物、烃化合物、和氨中的至少1种化合物的混合制冷剂。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,所述聚氧亚烷基二醇的100℃下的运动粘度为1~50mm2/s。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其还包含选自抗氧化剂、油性改进剂、极压剂、酸捕捉剂、氧捕捉剂、铜惰化剂、防锈剂、和消泡剂中的至少1种。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,酸值为0.2mgKOH/g以下,流动点为-20℃以下,氮成分为300ppm以下。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其用于选自汽车空调、燃气热泵、空气调节器、冰箱、自动售货机、和陈列柜中的冷冻系统、供热水系统、或供暖系统。
12.冷冻机用组合物,其包含权利要求1~11中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂。
13.冷冻机,其填充有权利要求1~11中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂。
14.润滑方法,在填充有权利要求1~11中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物、和含有二氧化碳的制冷剂的冷冻机中,通过所述冷冻机用润滑油组合物对冷冻机的滑动部位进行润滑。
15.冷冻机用润滑油组合物的制造方法,其是制造与含有二氧化碳的制冷剂一同使用的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的方法,
其中,向以聚氧亚烷基二醇作为主要成分的基础油(A)中,配合羟基与醚键的总计为2~3个且具有至少1个羟基的醇(B),其中,醚键可以为0个。
