Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物降解塑料地膜。所述生物降解塑料地膜由线性低密度聚乙烯40‑70份、聚乙烯醇50‑60份、聚乳酸50‑60份、纳米碳酸钙颗粒15‑30份、润滑剂10‑20份、增塑剂5‑10份充分混合均匀,挤出造粒,吹塑成型。本发明制备的塑料地膜中不仅具有较好的保湿、保温功能,还可以生物降解,强度高,不会造成环境污染。本发明提供的方法生产工艺简单,适合大规模工业生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,具体涉及一种生物降解塑料地膜。
背景技术
塑料地膜的使用有利于农作物的生长发育和提高农作物的产量和经济效益,但大规模使用无法降解的塑料地膜也造成了大量的“白色污染”,且还会导致土壤板结、透气性差、地力下降等问题,进而会影响农作物的生长发育和产量。
解决非降解塑料地膜引起的“白色污染”和土壤板结等问题的有效措施之一是开发使用可降解塑料地膜。目前,可降解地膜大多使用生物降解地膜,其由淀粉、改性淀粉、纤维等生物可降解成分组成。由于,淀粉来源于农作物,大量使用会与人类有一定竞争,不利于长期使用和发展。且此类薄膜强度小,很难达到应用的要求,同时还不易加工成型。因此,制备易加工低成本可降解塑料地膜十分重要。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种一种生物降解塑料地膜,解决了目前大多数塑料地膜不能降解和生物降解塑料地膜强度不高的问题,本发明提供的方法制备的塑料地膜可生物降解无污染,强度高,易加工,环境友好。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生物降解塑料地膜。
所述一种生物降解塑料地膜的原料按重量份计包括:
优选的,一种生物降解塑料地膜由如下步骤制备:
(1)将原料按比例充分混合均匀;
(2)双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
(3)再经吹塑机吹塑成型。
优选的,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯类、醇类、石蜡、硅油的一种或几种的混合物。
优选的,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯、脂肪二羧酸酯、聚酯的一种或几种的混合物。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种生物降解塑料地膜,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明工艺配方中使用低密度聚乙烯与聚乳酸、聚乙烯醇共混,纳米碳酸钙颗粒填充改性,制备的塑料地膜的强度高,且易加工成型。
(2)本发明工艺配方中使用聚乙烯醇和聚乳酸等可生物降解的聚合物,使塑料地膜具有可生物降解的性质。
(3)使本发明制得的塑料地膜可生物降解,不会造成“白色污染”,有利于生态可持续发展。

(1)将原料按比例充分混合均匀;
(2)双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
(3)再经吹塑机吹塑成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物降解塑料地膜,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酯类、醇类、石蜡、硅油的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物降解塑料地膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯、脂肪二羧酸酯、聚酯的一种或几种的混合物。
