Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有美白祛斑用途的面膜，所述面膜的活性成分是油点草提取物。人体试用试验结果表明：受试者使用面膜涂敷皮肤后，L*值、ITA°值呈升高趋势，MI值呈降低趋势，皮肤颜色偏向白色和明亮变化，黑色素含量趋于减少，说明该面膜具有很好的美白祛斑效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有美白祛斑用途的面膜。
背景技术
油点草(Tricyrtis macropoda Miq.)，又名紫海葱，具有理气活血之功效，在民间多用于治疗痨伤、痞症，临床上主要用于治疗脑病和骨伤诸症。其花被片绿白色或白色，内面具多数紫红色斑点，具有良好的观赏价值。
随着空气污染日趋严重，紫外线，电脑辐射增强，面部因为直接暴露在空气中容易造成黑色素堆积，直接表现为面部暗沉，因此面膜作为一种必不可少的日常美白用品越来越被女性广泛使用。但是当前大多数美白面膜都含有化学添加剂和重金属，虽能起到一时的美白效果但长期使用会产生皮肤刺激等副作用，而有些天然植物面膜的美白效果却欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有美白祛斑用途的面膜，该面膜以油点草提取物为活性成分，不含化学添加剂和重金属，使用更加安全且效果更佳。
一种具有美白祛斑用途的面膜，所述面膜的活性成分是油点草提取物。
优选地，所述油点草提取物是油点草地上部分的乙醇提取物。
进一步优选地，所述乙醇是体积浓度为50-80％乙醇。
进一步优选地，所述面膜由以下重量配比的成分组成：

人体试用试验结果表明：受试者使用面膜涂敷皮肤，在观察8个月的期间内，L*值、ITA°值呈升高趋势，MI值呈降低趋势，说明皮肤颜色偏向白色和明亮变化，黑色素含量趋于减少，说明该面膜具有很好的美白祛斑效果。
本发明面膜还具有使用安全，刺激性小等优点。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行详细地说明。
实施例1
油点草提取物的制备：取油点草的地上部分，加入10倍重量的水煎煮提取3小时，过滤，将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.35的浸膏，减压干燥后粉碎成细粉，过150目筛网，即得。
实施例2
油点草提取物的制备：取油点草的地上部分，分别加入10倍重量的30％、50％、70％、80％、90％体积浓度的乙醇热回流提取3小时，过滤，将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.35的浸膏，减压干燥后粉碎成细粉，过150目筛网，即得。
实施例3
分别以实施例1和实施例2的油点草提取物为活性成分制备面膜，配方如下：

制备方法是：先将油点草提取物、甘油、聚乙二醇、香精、防腐剂用水溶解，然后加入高岭土，搅拌均质、脱气后涂覆于面膜纸上。
实施例3人体试用试验
1.试验仪器
皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪，测试皮肤的主要色基黑色素，其输出结果以黑色素指数(melanin index，MI)值表示。
多功能皮肤测试仪及色度测试探头，收集皮肤表面垂直的反射光，进行三色分析，测量结果用国际照明委员会的L*a*b*系统表示。
2.志愿者
受试者48人，21岁-40岁女性，平均分成6组，每组8人。志愿者排除条件符合《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》纳入、排除标准。
3.测试环境要求
恒温恒湿环境，温度：22±l℃，湿度：50±5％。测试前受试者要在此环境下等待20-30min。
4.试验方法
将实施例3以油点草水提取物和不同浓度乙醇提取物制备的面膜分别作为样品1-6，受试者每日早晚各使用面膜涂敷一次，使用周期为8周。在测试周期内，受试者不改变日常清洁习惯，但受试部位不使用其它任何化妆品。
5.检测方法
测试一共进行五次，分为使用面膜l周、2周、4周和8周后，每周同一时间进行回访，测试前受试者清洗受试部位，并静坐20-30min后，由实验员使用测试仪器对受试部位进行数据采集。
6.检测数据
(1)皮肤黑色素含量MI值：MI值表征黑色素指数，其原理为特定波长下(568nm，660nm和880nm)的光，照在人体皮肤上的反射量，以此确定皮肤中黑色素含量，MI的数值范围为0-999，数值越大皮肤黑色素含量越高。
(2)皮肤亮度L*值：L*为白平衡，值越大，颜色越偏向白色，反之，偏向黑色。
(3)ITA°值：ITA°值为皮肤个体类型角，是与L*和b*(b*为蓝黄色度，+b为黄，-b为蓝)相关的表征皮肤明亮度的数值。ITA°值越大，皮肤越明亮，反之，皮肤越喑沉。

以上结果表明：在实验周期第0周到第8周的时间范围内，皮肤L*值、ITA°值呈升高趋势，MI值呈降低趋势，说明使用本发明面膜后，皮肤颜色偏向白色、明亮变化，黑色素含量趋于减少。其中，样品4、5、6效果最佳。
