本发明公开了一种新型户外橱柜，包括柜体、底座、多功能放置架、金属支架，所述底座上安装有金属支架，所述柜体固定在金属支架内，所述柜体顶面上设有多功能放置架，所述柜体包括上层柜体和下层柜体，所述上层柜体上设有移动式柜门，所述下层柜体上设有开合式柜门，所述下层柜体内设有纵隔板，所述底座包括底板、滑轮和防护涂层，所述底板底部安装有若干滑轮，所述底板表面设有防护涂层。本发明一种新型户外橱柜，柜体安装在金属支架上，金属支架的表面设有防护涂层，能有效防锈防腐，使橱柜可在户外使用；上层柜体采用移动式柜门，节省空间，不易损坏；橱柜内设有收纳箱、挂钩、抽屉、放置槽，可用于归类储放各种杂物用具，实用性强，美观性佳。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种家具的技术领域，特别是一种新型户外橱柜的技术领域。
【背景技术】
橱柜是主要的家具之一，柜体内用于放置各种厨房用具或各种杂物。通常的橱柜放置在室内，缺少防腐防锈的功能，当放置在户外时容易受到风吹雨晒的破坏，不能用作户外家具；此外，橱柜门通常采用铰接开合的式样，铰接处容易损坏，橱柜门开合时占据的空间较大，行动不便；橱柜内缺少整理、收纳的设计，放置物品容易出现杂乱无序的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种新型户外橱柜，能有效防锈防腐，适合放在户外，采用新型移动式柜门，更加美观、节约空间。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种新型户外橱柜，包括柜体、底座、多功能放置架、金属支架，所述底座上安装有金属支架，所述柜体固定在金属支架内，所述柜体顶面上设有多功能放置架，所述柜体包括上层柜体和下层柜体，所述上层柜体上设有移动式柜门，所述下层柜体上设有开合式柜门，所述下层柜体内设有纵隔板，所述底座包括底板、滑轮和防护涂层，所述底板底部安装有若干滑轮，所述底板表面设有防护涂层。
作为优选，所述移动式柜门包括左右两道移动槽、移动门板、移动轮、限位块、防撞护垫和连接件，所述移动槽安装在上层柜体侧壁顶部，所述移动槽内安装有移动轮，所述移动槽外端设有限位块，内端设有防撞护垫，所述移动门板的两侧通过连接件固定在移动轮上。
作为优选，所述多功能放置架包括支架、挡板、固定脚和置物板，所述支架安装在上层柜体的顶面上，所述支架的侧面设有挡板，所述支架底部通过固定脚固定在上层柜体顶部，所述支架内设有置物板。
作为优选，所述置物板的板面上设有若干放置槽，所述放置槽包括若干圆形槽和若干矩形槽。
作为优选，所述金属支架包括侧支撑杆、底部连接杆和金属防护层，所述侧支撑杆垂直地固定在底部连接杆上，所述底部连接杆固定在底板上，所述侧支撑杆和底部连接杆之间为活动连接，所述侧支撑杆和底部连接杆表面设有金属防护层。
作为优选，所述金属防护层包括内层和外层，所述内层为高强度金属防护层，所述外层为花纹装饰层。
作为优选，所述下层柜体由纵隔板分为左下层柜体和右下层柜体，所述左下层柜体内设有若干抽屉，所述右下层柜体设有若干横隔板。
作为优选，所述滑轮上还设有刹车，所述刹车包括刹车片和固定杆，所述固定杆安装在滑轮外侧，所述刹车片活动连接在固定杆上。
作为优选，所述上层柜体内壁的上部设有若干挂钩，所述柜体内壁的底部设有若干收纳箱。
本发明的有益效果：本发明一种新型户外橱柜，柜体安装在金属支架上，金属支架的表面设有防护涂层，能有效防锈防腐，使橱柜可在户外使用；上层柜体采用移动式柜门，节省空间，不易损坏；橱柜内设有收纳箱、挂钩、抽屉、放置槽，可用于归类储放各种杂物用具，实用性强，美观性佳。

参阅图1、2和3，本发明一种新型户外橱柜，包括柜体1、底座2、多功能放置架3、金属支架4，所述底座2上安装有金属支架4，所述柜体1固定在金属支架4内，所述柜体1顶面上设有多功能放置架3，所述柜体1包括上层柜体11和下层柜体12，所述上层柜体11上设有移动式柜门111，所述下层柜体12上设有开合式柜门121，所述下层柜体12内设有纵隔板122，所述底座2包括底板21、滑轮22和防护涂层23，所述底板21底部安装有若干滑轮22，所述底板21表面设有防护涂层23，所述移动式柜门111包括左右两道移动槽1111、移动门板1112、移动轮1113、限位块1114、防撞护垫1115和连接件1116，所述移动槽1111安装在上层柜体11侧壁顶部，所述移动槽1111内安装有移动轮1113，所述移动槽1111外端设有限位块1114，内端设有防撞护垫1115，所述移动门板1112的两侧通过连接件1116固定在移动轮1113上，所述多功能放置架3包括支架31、挡板32、固定脚33和置物板34，所述支架31安装在上层柜体11的顶面上，所述支架31的侧面设有挡板32，所述支架31底部通过固定脚33固定在上层柜体11顶部，所述支架31内设有置物板34，所述置物板34的板面上设有若干放置槽340，所述放置槽340包括若干圆形槽3401和若干矩形槽3402，所述金属支架4包括侧支撑杆41、底部连接杆42和金属防护层43，所述侧支撑杆41垂直地固定在底部连接杆42上，所述底部连接杆42固定在底板21上，所述侧支撑杆41和底部连接杆42之间为活动连接，所述侧支撑杆41和底部连接杆42表面设有金属防护层43，所述金属防护层43包括内层431和外层432，所述内层431为高强度金属防护层，所述外层432为花纹装饰层，所述下层柜体12由纵隔板122分为左下层柜体123和右下层柜体124，所述左下层柜体123内设有若干抽屉1231，所述右下层柜体124设有若干横隔板1241，所述滑轮22上还设有刹车221，所述刹车221包括刹车片2211和固定杆2212，所述固定杆2212安装在滑轮22外侧，所述刹车片2211活动连接在固定杆2212上，所述上层柜体11内壁的上部设有若干挂钩112，所述柜体11内壁的底部设有若干收纳箱113。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种新型户外橱柜在工作过程中，其中柜体1包括上层柜体11和下层柜体12，上层柜体11上设有移动式柜门111，移动式柜门111包括左右两道移动槽1111、移动门板1112、移动轮1113、限位块1114、防撞护垫1115和连接件1116，移动门板1112的两侧通过连接件1116固定在移动轮1113上，需拿取物品时，将移动门板1112上抬至水平位置并向内推动，移动轮1113在移动槽1111上运动，将移动门板1112收纳至移动槽1111内；柜体1固定在金属支架4内，金属支架4表面设有金属防护层43，金属防护层43包括内层431和外层432，内层431为高强度金属防护层，外层432为花纹装饰层，能对柜体起到有效的支撑、防护作用，并且增加美观性；上层柜体11内壁的上部设有若干挂钩112，柜体11内壁的底部设有若干收纳箱113，左下层柜体123内设有若干抽屉1231，上层柜体11的顶面上设有支架31，支架31内设有置物板34，置物板34的板面上设有若干放置槽340，放置槽340包括若干圆形槽3401和若干矩形槽3402，可用于摆放各种不同外形、功能的杂物和用具，便于整理，收纳效果好；底座2包括底板21、滑轮22和防护涂层23，底板21底部安装有若干滑轮22，便于搬运、移动橱柜，滑轮22上还设有刹车221，将橱柜移到指定位置后，转动刹车片2211，能将橱柜的位置固定，避免橱柜任意滑动造成危险。
