Abstract
The invention discloses a drill rod depth measuring device of a coal mine drilling machine, which comprises a drill rod measuring box, a drill rod measuring module and a data processing and wireless transmission module. At present, the problem of gas emission of a coal mine is always a serious safety problem which puzzles the development of the coal mine industry, one of the most effective methods for solving the problem is to drill holes in the coal seam, release and extract the gas in the coal seam or the adjacent coal seam in a certain range so as to reduce the pressure and the accumulation of the gas, and reduce the possibility of protrusion in a personnel working area so as to ensure the completion of each process and the safety of the existing constructors.
The hydraulic drilling machine is generally adopted to finish the working procedure, the drilling depth can reach 300m at most, the specific depth is required to be determined according to different geological conditions and gas accumulation conditions, the drilling depth can be accurately mastered, the area range of the gas pressure and the gas accumulation is known, and the method has great significance for safe production. However, in the field construction process, the drill is not an ideal straight line but has a certain curvature after being deep, and after the drill rod is withdrawn, the drill holes are often partially collapsed by coal and rock under the action of peripheral pressure to block the drill holes, so that the drill holes can be ventilated, but the actual depth of each drill hole is difficult to accurately measure; and along with the increase of drilling depth, the use quantity of drill rods is also increasing, and because drilling is performed manually, measurement errors caused by human factors easily occur, so that the measurement accuracy is reduced.
At present, no effective means and scientific method for measuring and grasping the accurate depth of each drilling hole exist in the field of coal mines, most of the methods are completed by manually recording the number of drilling rods, and the method has great error because the track is not necessarily in a straight line in the drilling process.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a drill rod depth measuring device of a coal mine drilling machine comprises a drill rod measuring box, a drill rod measuring module, a data processing and wireless transmitting module.
The drilling rod measuring box comprises a box body 1, wherein the box body 1 is formed by assembling aluminum plates, a measuring hole 14 and a mounting hole are formed in a bottom plate of the box body 1, the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a drilling machine slide seat 4 through the mounting hole penetrating through the bottom of a screw, a support 11 is fixedly arranged in an inner cavity of the box body 1, the support 11 is fixed on the bottom plate of the box body 1 through the screw, the drilling rod measuring module can be limited and supported through the support 11, and the inner cavity of the box body 1 is divided into a measuring cavity 15 and a data acquisition cavity 16 by the support 11. One side plate of the box body 1 is a loose-leaf door 13, the loose-leaf door 13 is communicated with the data acquisition cavity 16 after being opened, and the loose-leaf door 13 is rotationally connected with the other side plate of the box body 1. The data processing and wireless transmission module 3 comprises an explosion-proof box 32, a non-contact encoder 33, a data processing module 34 and a battery 35, wherein a handle 31 is arranged on the explosion-proof box 32, the data processing and wireless transmission module 3 is arranged in the explosion-proof box 32 in the inner cavity of the box body 1, the explosion-proof box 32 of the data processing and wireless transmission module is fixed with a bottom plate at the bottom of the box body 1 through jackscrews to prevent relative sliding, one end of the non-contact encoder 33 detects the rotary motion of the main shaft of the measuring wheel 2 and transmits data to the data processing module 34, and the data processing module 34 is connected with the non-contact encoder 33 through wires.
The data processing and wireless transmission module 3 can read the measured data in the mine in a wireless transmission mode through an explosion-proof handheld computer, or the data processing and wireless transmission module 3 is detached from the box body 1 and the data is read on the ground.
The fixed jackscrew of the module can be removed to directly take away when the data processing and wireless transmission module 3 is maintained or charged, the whole drill rod depth measuring device of the coal mine drilling machine does not need to be moved away, the rechargeable battery 35 provides a direct current power supply for the system, and the electric quantity of the battery can be identified through software, so that whether the battery is charged or not is determined.
During drilling, the drill pipe is mounted on a rig drilling station which is mounted on the rig skid 4. When the drill rod rotates under the action of a hydraulic system on the drilling platform in the drilling process to provide torque required by drilling, the drill rod, the drill rig slide seat 4 and the drilling platform synchronously advance towards the drilling direction, after one drill rod is drilled, the drill rig slide seat 4 and the drilling platform synchronously retreat after the drill rod is loosened by the drilling platform, the measuring wheel 2 simultaneously rotates in the opposite direction, and the drilling platform is connected with the tail end of the previous drill rod after clamping one drill rod and then drills. The drilling machine slide way 5 is arranged on the drilling machine, the excircle of the measuring wheel 2 is in contact with the drilling machine slide way 5, the drilling machine slide way seat 4 drives the box body 1 to move along with the movement of the drilling machine slide way seat 4, the measuring wheel 2 rotates along with the drilling machine slide way 5, the measuring wheel 2 always rotates forwards or backwards on the drilling machine slide way 5 along with the lengthening of a drill rod, and thus, the measured value is well depth data during drilling (forward rotation), and the retreated data is subtracted through the data processing module. The support 11 provides limit and support for the linear motion of the device and ensures the centering of the measuring wheel 2; the measuring wheel 2 is always in contact with the drill slide 5 under the action of springs at both sides, so that the measuring precision is ensured. The contactless encoder 33 detects the rotational movement of the measuring wheel 2 and transmits the distance travelled by it to the data processing module 34 in real time, the data processing module 34 processing and storing the data processing in order to facilitate the reading of the data by the engineer.
