Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment is only for explanation of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and modifications to the present embodiment, which may not creatively contribute to the present invention as required by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, are all protected by patent laws within the scope of claims of the present invention.
In embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a fork 16 is connected to the front end of a gantry 11, and the fork 16 can be lifted and lowered in a vertical direction to carry goods. Inside the door frame 11, a receiving area 13 is provided, and the battery box 5 is stored in the receiving area 13. The side of the door frame 11 is provided with a side door 14, and when the side door 14 is opened, an operator can insert or remove the battery box 5. A counterweight 12 is provided at the rear end of the mast 11 to balance the vehicle body. A wheel 19 is provided at the bottom of the mast 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the gantry 11 is further provided with a pool fixing frame 15, and after the battery box 5 enters the accommodating area 13, the battery box is placed on the pool fixing frame 15. The fixed cell frame 15 is also covered with a cushion pad 151 as a buffer. As a main creation point of the technical scheme, as shown in fig. 3, a depth opening 17 is formed, and the depth opening 17 can be specifically located in the middle of the pool fixing frame 15, and the extending direction is opposite to the left side end and the right side end of the portal frame 11. The function of the depth notch 17 is to provide space for other forks to come in, so that in the process of installing or detaching the battery box 5, the carrier with the roller in the prior art can be not used any more, and the common forklift can be used for direct operation. The fork truck is close to the vehicle, the operation fork body enters from the depth opening 17 at the lower part, at the moment, the front side and the rear side of the battery box 5 are propped against the pool fixing frames 15 at the front end and the rear end, and the middle position is positioned above the fork body.
Subsequently, the fork body is lifted, and as shown in fig. 2, the door frame 11 is also specially provided with a vertical avoidance space, namely a height notch 18. The fork lifts with the battery box 5 through the height gap 18 and then removes the battery box 5 from the side door 14. The same applies to the battery case 5.
In this case, the maximum distance of the depth opening 17 from the side opening is greater than the maximum distance of the battery box 5 from the side opening. Under such structural design, the fork body can stretch into more to make battery box 5 press in the middle part of fork body, and not terminal, the balance of battery box 5 can be better.
