一种人造照明双电源及自动投入装置,公开一种利用蓄电池组为另一种照明电源,然后以市电为主电源,蓄电池组为备用电源,通过逆变及自动投入装置,使市电突然停止供给时,自动将备用电源投入,保证用户的照明灯不会市电的停电而停止工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造双电源及自动投入装置。
背景技术
在一些城镇的供电系统中,供电部门配置有双电源供电系统,以及设置有双电源自动投入装置,保证一级用电户的用电从不间断,而在很多的人口不多的乡镇地方,其供电系统存在只有单电源供电系统。致使这些乡镇的供用电系统,当碰到市电突然停止供给时,由于缺乏双电源原因,会给这些乡镇一级用电户造成不该有的财产损失。
发明内容
本发明一种人造照明双电源及自动投入装置,公开一种利用蓄电池组为另一种照明电源,然后以市电为主电源,蓄电池组为备用电源,通过自动投入装置,使市电突然停止供给时,自动将备用电源投入,保证用户的照明灯不会市电的停电而停止工作。
一种人造照明双电源及自动投入装置,其电路组成由市电电源电路、控制电路、直流电源逆变电路和LED照明灯电路组成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,IC1是市电电源电路,选用交流220V单相电源,输入端与市电相连接,输出端分两个回路,一个是与控制器IC2连接;另一个是与直流电源电路连接。
如图1所示,IC2是控制电路,其电路由交流220V继电器组成。当市电供应正常时,继电器吸合,其常闭触点J断开,切断直流逆变电源回路;常开开触点J闭合,接通市电与LED照明灯通路,LED照明灯亮;当市电突然停止供给时,IC2电路中的继电器失电而跳开,常开触点J切断市电与照明灯的连接;而继电器的常闭触点J闭合,接通直流电源电路与LED照明灯的连接通路,由直流电源供给LED照明灯工作电源。
如图1所示,IC3为直流逆变电源电路,蓄电池组的电压在12V以上,容量根据需要选用。直流逆变电源电路内置充电电路,且充电电路有防过充电和防过放电电路。在市电供应正常时,由市电向蓄电池组进行充电,充满电时自动停止充电;在由直流电源供电时,当蓄电池组放电得电压值低于一定值时,自动停止放电,具有防过放电功能。
所述直流逆变电源电路,具有纯正弦波逆变功能,将直流电变为纯正弦波交流220V电源适合各种灯具所需的工作电压。
如图1所示,LED为照明灯组,选用照明灯的发光板电路连接为一路串连接线方式,其作用能降低照明灯的工作温度,照明灯的数量及功率根据需要选定。
如图1所示,SB为有锁定功能的按扭控制开关,平时LED照明灯不用时,SB处在断开位置。当需要用照明灯时,先把驱动控制开关IC2投入工作,再把按扭开关SB按下,使LED照明灯组具有市电电源和蓄电池组两种工作电源。
如图1所示,一种人造照明双电源及自动投入装置,其工作原理为:在按扭SB、IC2均投入工作状态下,由控制电路IC2内的市电220V电压把继电器的常开触点J闭合,接通市电与LED照明灯的通路,LED照明灯点亮;当市电突然停止供给时,IC2电路中的继电路跳开,其常开继电器触点跟着跳开,切断市电与LED照明灯通路,同时,由继电器的常闭触点瞬间接通LED照明灯的通路,保证LED照明灯不因停电而停止工作。

1.一种人造照明双电源及自动投入装置,组成电路由市电电源电路、控制电路、直流电源逆变电路和LED照明灯电路组成;其特征在于:公开一种利用蓄电池组为另一种照明电源,然后以市电为主电源,蓄电池组为备用电源,通过自动投入装置,使市电突然停止供给时,自动将备用电源投入,保证用户的照明灯不会市电的停电而停止工作。
