The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. When the tubing string is installed, the plugging device is in a plugging state, and the plunger and the fixed valve assembly release the pipe section in the pump. The tubing string is installed, pressure can be tested, and after the tightness is verified to be qualified, the sucker rod string is lowered; connecting the upper part of the plunger uncoupling device to the sucker rod string and lowering the plunger uncoupling device together; the plunger assembly, the fixed valve assembly and the inner pipe assembly are contacted together by the sucker rod string, and the plunger connector, the fixed valve connector and the inner pipe connector are connected at the same time; the sealing surface of the baffle table on the fixed valve is matched with the sealing boss, and meanwhile, the inner pipe descends to an opening position.
