本发明涉及铁路施工和维护设备领域,具体说是一种货运动车组,包括货车底架和动力转向架,所述动力转向架固定设置于货车底架的两端部,所述动力转向架之间货车底架中部固定设置有动力电池模块和远程集中控制终端;所述动力转向架上安装有牵引电机和减速箱,所述牵引电机由动力电池模块提供电能,牵引电机最终带动动力转向架在铁轨上持续运转;所述动力转向架上还设置有空气制动机构,所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有远程视频摄像机构,远程视频摄像机构的视频信号反馈给远程集中控制终端,本发明的货运动车组,不需要司机自行开动、能够远程视频遥控操作、使用费用低廉、具有接近防撞功能,保证货车安全运行。

本发明涉及铁路施工和维护设备领域,具体说是一种货运动车组。
背景技术
铁路工程局等单位需要在施工线路上运送设备和材料用于日常维修、养护,但是由于使用货车和其它轨道动力车辆具有管理使用手续繁琐等麻烦,租用货车费用奇高,并且还需要专门的司机来驾驶货车,人员投入和维修成本较高,这些部门的日常工作经常受到阻碍,工作效率比较低。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于克服背景技术中所描述的缺陷,从而实现一种不需要司机自行开动、能够远程视频遥控操作、使用费用低廉、具有接近防撞功能的货运动车组。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种货运动车组,包括货车底架和动力转向架,所述动力转向架固定设置于货车底架的两端部,所述动力转向架之间货车底架中部固定设置有动力电池模块和远程集中控制终端;所述动力转向架上安装有牵引电机和减速箱,所述牵引电机由动力电池模块提供电能,牵引电机最终带动动力转向架在铁轨上持续运转;所述动力转向架上还设置有空气制动机构,所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有远程视频摄像机构,远程视频摄像机构的视频信号反馈给远程集中控制终端,地面股道中间采用磁钉或磁条导引技术实现列车的精准定位;所述空气制动机构和牵引电机的工作受远程集中控制终端控制。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有安全防碰撞模块,所述安全防碰撞模块的信号反馈给远程集中控制终端。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述安全防碰撞模块为雷达探头或激光探头,所述货车底架两端各设置有3个雷达探头或激光探头,所述雷达探头或激光探头自动感应周边环境,一旦发生可能的紧急情况的冲撞,雷达探头或者激光探头的信号及时反馈给远程集中控制终端,远程集中控制终端会自动发出停车指令,启动空气制动机构进行紧急情况制动,确保设备安全运行。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述动力电池模块包括电池组、交流逆变器和直流变换器,所述电池组内的电能经交流逆变器逆变后带动牵引电机运转;所述电池组内的电能经直流变换器变换后为安全防碰撞模块提供电源。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述远程集中控制终端包括车载总控制器和网络遥控终端,所述车载总控制器借助GPS芯片或北斗芯片通过4G网络与网络遥控终端数据互通,实现网络遥控终端远程控制平板动车组,GPS芯片或北斗芯片提供平板动车组的实时位置信息。在车辆进行自行走作业时,地面操控人员通过移动的网络遥控终端控制车辆前进、后退,停车,制动。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述空气制动机构包括空气压缩机、电磁阀、空气制动总管和气动制动卡钳,所述空气压缩机由电池组经交流逆变器后提供电能,空气压缩机和空气制动总管之间设置电磁阀,电磁阀受远程集中控制终端控制,空气制动总管沿长度方向上固定设置于货车底架底部,气动制动卡钳固定设置于动力转向架轮对处,空气压缩机的高压空气通过空气制动总管驱动气动制动卡钳对动力转向架实现制动,所述电磁阀和空气制动总管之间的管道上串联设置有截断阀。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,货车底架的两端部中间位置分别固定设置有缓冲车钩,缓冲车钩用于安全缓冲或连挂其他货车,当车辆停用动力系统,处于被拖动状态时,关闭全车电源,连接好缓冲车钩和空气制动总管,打开空气制动截断阀。
本发明的货运动车组的有益效果:
1.本发明的货运动车组,远程集中控制终端包括车载总控制器和网络遥控终端,可以不需要专职的货车司机就能自行开动,减少了人员投入,降低了铁路维修和养护的成本。
2.本发明的货运动车组,货车底架两端分别固定设置有远程视频摄像机构,车载总控制器借助GPS芯片,可以实现货车远程视频操作,使用费用低廉。
3.本发明的货运动车组,货车底架两端分别固定设置有安全防碰撞模块,安全防碰撞模块的信号反馈给远程集中控制终端,当有碰撞危险发生时,远程集中控制终端控制空气制动机构自动运行,实现平板动车组的自动制动,保障动车组的安全平稳运行。

实施例1:
本发明的货运动车组,包括货车底架和动力转向架,所述动力转向架固定设置于货车底架的两端部,所述动力转向架之间货车底架中部固定设置有动力电池模块和远程集中控制终端;所述动力转向架上安装有牵引电机和减速箱,所述牵引电机由动力电池模块提供电能,牵引电机最终带动动力转向架在铁轨上持续运转;所述动力转向架上还设置有空气制动机构,所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有远程视频摄像机构,远程视频摄像机构的视频信号反馈给远程集中控制终端,地面股道中间采用磁钉或磁条导引技术实现列车的精准定位;所述空气制动机构和牵引电机的工作受远程集中控制终端控制。
所述货车底架1两端分别固定设置有安全防碰撞模块,所述安全防碰撞模块的信号反馈给远程集中控制终端。所述安全防碰撞模块为雷达探头,所述货车底架1两端各设置有3个雷达探头。
所述动力电池模块包括电池组、交流逆变器和直流变换器,电池组采用6000Ah72V免维护铅酸蓄电池,所述电池组内的电能经交流逆变器逆变后带动牵引电机运转;所述电池组内的电能经直流变换器变换后为安全防碰撞模块提供电源。
交流逆变器采用定制的专用变换器,容量为8kW,将输入的72VDC转换成两部分,一部分为可变频控制的2300VAC,变频范围0-22Hz,功率5kW;一路为380VAC工频,2kW,为空气压缩机供电;直流变换器将72V通过逆变和整流,变换成供安全防碰撞模块与远程集中控制终端使用的5V、12V电源。
所述远程集中控制终端包括车载总控制器和网络遥控终端,所述车载总控制器借助GPS芯片通过4G网络与网络遥控终端数据互通,实现网络遥控终端远程控制平板动车组,GPS芯片提供平板动车组的实时位置信息。在车辆进行自行走作业时,地面操控人员通过移动的网络遥控终端控制车辆前进、后退,停车,制动。
所述空气制动机构包括空气压缩机、电磁阀、空气制动总管和气动制动卡钳,所述空气压缩机由电池组经交流逆变器后提供电能,空气压缩机和空气制动总管之间设置电磁阀,电磁阀受远程集中控制终端控制,空气制动总管沿长度方向上固定设置于货车底架底部,气动制动卡钳固定设置于动力转向架轮对处,空气压缩机的高压空气通过空气制动总管驱动气动制动卡钳对动力转向架实现制动,所述电磁阀和空气制动总管之间的管道上串联设置有截断阀。
货车底架的两端部中间位置分别固定设置有缓冲车钩,缓冲车钩用于安全缓冲或连挂其他货车,当车辆停用动力系统,处于被拖动状态时,关闭全车电源,连接好缓冲车钩和空气制动总管,打开空气制动截断阀。

1.一种货运动车组,包括货车底架和动力转向架,所述动力转向架固定设置于货车底架的两端部,其特征在于:所述动力转向架之间货车底架中部固定设置有动力电池模块和远程集中控制终端;所述动力转向架上安装有牵引电机和减速箱,所述牵引电机由动力电池模块提供电能,牵引电机最终带动动力转向架在铁轨上持续运转;所述动力转向架上还设置有空气制动机构,所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有远程视频摄像机构,远程视频摄像机构的视频信号反馈给远程集中控制终端,地面股道中间采用磁钉或磁条导引技术实现列车的精准定位;所述空气制动机构和牵引电机的工作受远程集中控制终端控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述货车底架两端分别固定设置有安全防碰撞模块,所述安全防碰撞模块的信号反馈给远程集中控制终端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述安全防碰撞模块为雷达探头或激光探头,所述货车底架两端各设置有3个雷达探头或激光探头,所述雷达探头或激光探头自动感应周边环境,一旦发生可能的紧急情况的冲撞,雷达探头或者激光探头的信号及时反馈给远程集中控制终端,远程集中控制终端会自动发出停车指令,启动空气制动机构进行紧急情况制动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述动力电池模块包括电池组、交流逆变器和直流变换器,所述电池组内的电能经交流逆变器逆变后带动牵引电机运转;所述电池组内的电能经直流变换器变换后为安全防碰撞模块提供电源。
5.根据权利要求1所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述远程集中控制终端包括车载总控制器和网络遥控终端,所述车载总控制器借助GPS芯片或北斗芯片通过4G网络与网络遥控终端数据互通,实现网络遥控终端远程控制平板动车组。
6.根据权利要求1所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述空气制动机构包括空气压缩机、电磁阀、空气制动总管和气动制动卡钳,所述空气压缩机由电池组经交流逆变器后提供电能,空气压缩机和空气制动总管之间设置电磁阀,电磁阀受远程集中控制终端控制,空气制动总管沿长度方向上固定设置于货车底架底部,气动制动卡钳固定设置于动力转向架轮对处,空气压缩机的高压空气通过空气制动总管驱动气动制动卡钳对动力转向架实现制动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的货运动车组,其特征在于:所述电磁阀和空气制动总管之间的管道上串联设置有截断阀。
