本发明公开了一种出料完全的湿碾机,包括碾盘和碾轮,碾盘上设有碾槽,所述碾槽内对称设置两个碾轮,两个碾轮通过水平连杆连接,在水平连杆的上方设置旋转驱动机构,所述水平连杆的中部与旋转驱动机构的旋转轴连接,所述碾盘的底部固定在升降平台上。本发明结构简单,设计合理,采用碾轮旋转,碾盘升降的方式,出料方便,出料完全。

技术领域
本发明属于磨矿设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种出料完全的湿碾机。
背景技术
湿碾机是利用碾轮与碾盘转动对泥料进行碾压、混练的设备。当碾盘转动后,按照工艺要求陆续将各种组分的物料及结合剂加入碾盘的碾槽内,由碾轮反复不断地进行碾压、搅拌和捏合。
现有技术的湿碾机一般都是碾盘进行转动,碾轮始终在碾槽内,这样就造成出料不方便,出料不完全。
另一方面,碾盘一般都采用铸铁制成,长时间工作后,容易发生粘料现象,而且会越来越严重,会导致物料的均匀性变差。
还有,现在一般出料都是整体出料,碾压过程中混入的杂质没有被分离出来,进入下一工序后会影响产品质量。
因此,如何解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷成为了该领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种出料完全的湿碾机,能完全解决上述现有技术的不足之处。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种出料完全的湿碾机,包括碾盘和碾轮,碾盘上设有碾槽,所述碾槽内对称设置两个碾轮,两个碾轮通过水平连杆连接,在水平连杆的上方设置旋转驱动机构,所述水平连杆的中部与旋转驱动机构的旋转轴连接,所述碾盘的底部固定在升降平台上。
作为优选,所述碾槽表面设有陶瓷层。
这种结构有利于提高碾盘的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能,延迟碾盘使用寿命。
作为优选,所述碾槽的顶部边缘设有挡料板。
这种结构可以避免碾槽内的物料飞溅到碾槽外,避免物料浪费和保护周围环境。
作为优选,所述碾盘底部设有出料口,对应出料口在碾盘下方设有第一接料盘,在第一接料盘与出料口之间设置振动筛,振动筛倾斜设置,在振动筛的低端下方设有第二接料盘。
这种结构可以分离碾压、混合后物料中的杂质,保证物料的质量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.结构简单,设计合理,采用碾轮旋转,碾盘升降的方式,出料方便,出料完全;
2.碾盘具有良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,有利于延迟碾盘的使用寿命;
3.通过设置挡料板避免物料飞溅出碾槽,避免物料浪费,保护设备周围环境;
4.出料后对杂质进行分离,保证产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种出料完全的湿碾机,包括碾盘1和碾轮2,碾盘1上设有碾槽3,所述碾槽3内对称设置两个碾轮2,两个碾轮2通过水平连杆4连接,在水平连杆4的上方设置旋转驱动机构5,所述水平连杆4的中部与旋转驱动机构5的旋转轴连接,所述碾盘1的底部固定在升降平台6上。
所述碾槽3表面设有耐磨陶瓷层7。所述碾槽3的顶部边缘设有挡料板8,该挡料板8的横截面形状为弧形,且弧形凹面面对碾槽3。
所述碾盘1底部设有出料口9,对应出料口9在碾盘1下方设有第一接料盘10,在第一接料盘10与出料口9之间设置振动筛11,振动筛11由振动电机12带动,振动筛11倾斜设置,在振动筛11的低端下方设有第二接料盘13。
本发明改变了传统出料完全的湿碾机碾盘转动,碾轮不转动的工作方式,采用碾轮2转动,碾盘1升降的方式,不仅出料方便,而且出料完全。碾盘1具有良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,有利于延迟碾盘的使用寿命。通过设置挡料板8避免物料飞溅出碾槽,避免物料浪费,保护设备周围环境。出料后对杂质进行分离,保证产品质量。

1.一种出料完全的湿碾机,包括碾盘和碾轮,碾盘上设有碾槽,所述碾槽内对称设置两个碾轮,两个碾轮通过水平连杆连接,其特征在于:在水平连杆的上方设置旋转驱动机构,所述水平连杆的中部与旋转驱动机构的旋转轴连接,所述碾盘的底部固定在升降平台上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的出料完全的湿碾机,其特征在于:所述碾槽的顶部边缘设有挡料板。
