技术领域
本发明涉及斜拉桥施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法。
背景技术
随着城市建设的发展,异型独塔斜拉桥凭借其造型优美、结构灵活、跨越能力强等特点在城市中越来越被广泛建造。在异型独塔斜拉桥的设计中,为使得桥塔结构造型的多样化、立体化从而脱胎于传统的A型、H型独塔斜拉桥,常采用组合式斜拉索结构,即在异型塔间也设计拉索以满足各式各样的桥塔造型,同时又保证了结构的良好的受力性能。而在该类组合式斜拉索桥梁的建造过程中,通过拉索的张拉调索施工以达到设计成桥索力是保证桥梁正常运营使用的关键工序。
常规张拉调索方法是先塔间索和塔梁索分别进行初张拉,完成体系转换,二期恒载后再对塔间索和塔梁索分别进行终张拉调索,以达到设计成桥索力。这种张拉调索方法效率较低,调索步骤、次数繁多,且受塔梁索张拉的影响,塔间索所需的调索张拉设备吨位高,重量大,操作极不方便,张拉设备在高空的多次重复拆卸吊装又会存在较大安全隐患,而对于张拉端位于桥塔内部的拉索,由于受到空间限制,大吨位张拉设备根本无法进入塔内。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法,旨在提高组合式斜拉索的张拉施工效率,同时解决了张拉过程中受空间限制的难题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法,包括以下步骤:
建立全桥三维空间有限元计算模型,并计算出塔间索脱架的张拉顺序及小吨位索力张拉值;
根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔间索小吨位脱架张拉;
待塔间索脱架张拉完成,进行塔间索索力测量,并将实测索力值输入到模型中,进行施工过程动态模拟,以此计算出塔梁索初张拉的张拉顺序及索力张拉值;
根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔梁索初张拉,在塔梁索的张拉过程中,逐次由每根塔梁索将力传导至相对应的塔间索,以补偿塔间索在前一阶段时的索力不足,并同时实现塔梁索和塔间索的同步调索;
待塔梁索初张拉完成,进行全桥拉索索力测量,并将实测索力值输入到模型中,加上二期恒载,进行施工过程动态模拟,并以此计算出塔梁索的终张拉顺序及张拉值;
根据所计算的塔梁索终张拉顺序及张拉值,进行塔梁索终张拉,张拉过程中,再次对塔间索进行索力传导补偿,并完成塔梁索与塔间索的最终同步调索,直至达到设计成桥索力,拉索张拉调索施工完成。
优选地,在计算塔间索的张拉顺序及索力张拉值时,以设计成桥索力及桥塔、主梁形态为起点,通过倒拆计算得到每一施工阶段的索力张拉值及桥塔和主梁线形,并提取每一施工阶段的索力张拉值;将各阶段索力张拉值作为初拉力荷载建立各阶段静力荷载工况,通过正装计算对张拉施工进行实时动态模拟,每根索张拉后对已张拉索产生的影响,以及塔、梁的形变均在模型中生成。
优选地,计算塔间索的张拉顺序及索力张拉值时,以低吨位力达到脱架为目的,从而减小塔内狭小空间的操作难度;并限制塔间索的张拉索力值不超过其所使用张拉千斤顶的吨位;同时在模型中监控塔根部应力以保证其在设计范围内,根据这三个条件得到最优塔间索张拉顺序及张拉索力。
优选地,所述根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔梁索初张拉,在塔梁索的张拉过程中,逐次由每根塔梁索将力传导至相对应的塔间索,以补偿塔间索在前一阶段时的索力不足,并同时实现塔梁索和塔间索的同步调索的步骤中:
索力的传导补偿通过模型倒拆、正装重复混合计算分析得出,每根塔间索的最终索力补偿结果通过各施工阶段时塔梁索的逐步张拉进行叠加传导而成;各施工阶段的索力补偿值计算,首先通过模型倒拆计算出某根塔间索补偿所需的某根塔梁索索力张拉值,随后再对该塔梁索施加该张拉值,然后对塔间索进行索力实测,再以实测值正装计算进行实时动态控制,将理论补偿值与实测值进行比较,从而保证补偿量。
优选地,所述根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔梁索初张拉,在塔梁索的张拉过程中,逐次由每根塔梁索将力传导至相对应的塔间索,以补偿塔间索在前一阶段时的索力不足,并同时实现塔梁索和塔间索的同步调索的步骤中:
塔梁索索力以达到梁体脱架完成体系转换为目的,以塔间索张拉结束后的索力及钢塔线形为起点状态,以塔梁索初拉后的塔间、塔梁索索力及塔、梁线形状态为目标状态,通过倒拆、正装分析计算出对塔间索传导补偿张拉的塔梁索索力。
优选地,进行塔间索张拉时,每根索张拉完后进行索力监测以保证张拉到位。

本发明提出的基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法,具有以下有益效果。
(1)避免了塔间索的二次张拉调索,提高了张拉施工效率,降低了施工成本。
(2)通过同步调索,减少了调索的数量与次数,避免了塔间索对塔梁索的重复影响,降低了调索张拉施工难度。
(3)解决了张拉过程中受空间限制的难题,塔间索的张拉仅需小吨位张拉设备即可,增加了施工便利性和安全性。
(4)可广泛适用于各种组合式拉索结构的张拉和调索施工中,本方法所体现的小吨位特性和索力传导补偿方法尤其适用于受结构空间限制的拉索张拉。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“横向”、“纵向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,并不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1至图7,本优选实施例中,一种基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,建立全桥三维空间有限元计算模型(见图1和图2),并计算出塔间索脱架的张拉顺序及索力张拉值;
步骤S20,根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔间索脱架小吨位张拉;
步骤S30,待塔间索脱架张拉完成,进行塔间索索力测量,并将实测索力值输入到模型中(见图4),进行施工过程动态模拟,以此计算出塔梁索初张拉的张拉顺序及索力张拉值;
步骤S40,根据所计算的张拉顺序及索力张拉值进行塔梁索初张拉,在塔梁索的张拉过程中,逐次由每根塔梁索将力传导至塔间索,以补偿塔间索在前一阶段时的索力不足,并同时实现塔梁索和塔间索的同步调索;
步骤S50,待塔梁索初张拉完成,进行全桥拉索索力测量,并将实测索力值输入到模型中(见图6),加上二期恒载,进行施工过程动态模拟,并以此计算出塔梁索的终张拉顺序及张拉值;
步骤S60,根据所计算的塔梁索终张拉顺序及张拉值,进行塔梁索终张拉,张拉过程中,再次对塔间索进行索力传导补偿,并完成塔梁索与塔间索的最终同步调索,直至达到设计成桥索力(见图7),拉索张拉调索施工完成。
步骤S10中,在计算塔间索的张拉顺序及索力张拉值时,以设计成桥索力及桥塔、主梁形态为起点,通过倒拆计算得到每一施工阶段的索力张拉值及桥塔和主梁线形,并提取每一施工阶段的索力张拉值;将各阶段索力张拉值作为初拉力荷载建立各阶段静力荷载工况,通过正装计算对张拉施工进行实时动态模拟,每根索张拉后对已张拉索产生的影响,以及塔、梁的形变均在模型中生成。
需注意的是,计算塔间索的张拉顺序及索力张拉值时,以低吨位力达到脱架为目的,从而减小塔内狭小空间的操作难度;限制塔间索的张拉索力值超过其所使用张拉千斤顶的吨位;同时在模型中监控塔根部应力以保证其在设计范围内。根据这三个条件得到最优塔间索张拉顺序及张拉索力。
具体地,可利用midas civil建立本组合式斜拉索桥梁的空间三维模型(见图1),并导入设计成桥状态,即成桥索力值,及塔、梁线形。
根据钢塔空间不足的限定条件,塔间索初张拉只可使用低吨位千斤顶,初步拟定可能的张拉顺序:方案一:先张拉T1—T8(T1至T8为图1和图2所示的塔间索从下到上依次编号),再张拉S1—S8(S1至S8为图1和图2所示的塔梁索从里到外依次编号);方案二:先张拉T8—T1,再张拉S1—S8,并以这两个方案,分别建立不同的施工阶段,进行施工模拟。
在模型中模拟实际施工状态,并以成桥状态为起点,利用midas civil倒拆计算原理,可计算出每一张拉施工阶段索的张拉值,及塔、梁线形,随后再以成桥状态为目标,将由倒拆计算得到的索力张拉值当作外荷载建立对应的施工阶段,利用midas civil正装计算原理,计算出每一施工阶段索力张拉值及塔、梁线形,并比较倒拆、正装计算结果通过修改模型使得两者收敛闭合。
此时,由于不受塔梁索影响,该张拉索力为低吨位值,最大仅为成桥索力的40%。见图3。
步骤S20中,进行塔间索张拉时,每根索张拉完后进行索力监测以保证张拉到位。
步骤S30中,索力的传导补偿通过模型倒拆、正装重复混合计算分析得出,每根塔间索的最终索力补偿结果通过各施工阶段时塔梁索的逐步张拉进行叠加传导而成;各施工阶段的索力补偿值计算,首先通过模型倒拆计算出某根塔间索补偿所需的某根塔梁索索力张拉值(见图5),随后再对该塔梁索施工加该张拉值,然后对塔间索进行索力实测,再以实测值正装计算进行实时动态控制,将理论补偿值与实测值进行比较,从而保证补偿量。
步骤S30中,塔梁索索力以达到梁体脱架完成体系转换为目的,以塔间索张拉结束后的索力及钢塔线形为起点状态,以塔梁索初拉后的塔间、塔梁索索力及塔、梁线形状态为目标状态,通过倒拆、正装分析计算出对塔间索传导补偿张拉的塔梁索索力,见图6。但此张拉索力远未达到成桥阶段的设计索力,需通过对塔梁索的张拉调索将索力传导并补偿至塔间索。
需注意的是目标状态下的塔间、塔梁索索力及塔、梁线形是由设计状态倒拆塔梁索终张拉及桥面铺装后的状态,同样在计算过程中需控制主梁因张拉产生的较大变形,主梁根部的应力需保持在设计范围内。
步骤S40中,进行塔梁索初张拉时,每根索张拉完后进行索力监测以保证张拉到位。
本发明提出的基于索力传导补偿的组合式斜拉索同步调索方法,具有以下有益效果。
(1)避免了塔间索的二次张拉调索,提高了张拉施工效率,降低了施工成本。
(2)通过同步调索,减少了调索的数量与次数,避免了塔间索对塔梁索的重复影响,降低了调索张拉施工难度。
(3)解决了张拉过程中受空间限制的难题,塔间索的张拉仅需小吨位张拉设备即可,增加了施工便利性和安全性。
(4)可广泛适用于各种组合式拉索结构的张拉和调索施工中,本方法所体现的小吨位特性和索力传导补偿方法尤其适用于受结构空间限制的拉索张拉。
