Specifically, for example, when the pressing device 100 is in operation, the pressing member 200 is placed on the stage 11, when the safety light barrier detects that there is no foreign object between the base 1 and the top cover 6 and when the photoelectric sensor detects that the pressing member 200 is placed on the stage 11, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to rotate so as to move the pressing head device 2 toward the direction close to the stage 11, when the pressing head device 2 moves down to a preset position, the pressing head device 2 can perform hot pressing on the pressing member 200, when the pressing head device 2 moves up to a preset origin after maintaining the pressure for a preset time, and at this time, a worker needs to stretch to the stage 1 by hand to perform a LOGO-tearing operation, so that the safety light barrier detects that there is a foreign object between the base 1 and the top cover 6, the control system controls the pressing head device 2 to be maintained at the preset origin, after the LOGO-tearing operation is completed, when the photoelectric sensor detects that the pressing member 200 is present on the stage 11 and, the control system controls the motor to enable the pressing head device 2 to move downwards to perform second hot pressing on the part to be pressed 200, and when the pressure is maintained for the preset time, the pressing head device 2 moves upwards to the preset original point. Therefore, in the working process of the pressure equipment 100, the risk that a worker is clamped by a hand can be reduced, the situation that the worker presses the pressing piece 200 once is prevented, the qualification rate of the pressing piece 200 is improved, and the working reliability of the pressure equipment 100 is improved.
The specific structure and operation of the security grating are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Specifically, the pressure equipment (100) further comprises an alarm, a second pressure detection device is arranged on the bottom wall of the positioning groove 11a, and the second pressure detection device and the alarm are connected with a control system. Specifically, the second pressure detecting means is a ceramic pressure sensor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressure apparatus 100 further comprises a three-axis adjustment platform 12, wherein the three-axis adjustment platform 12 is disposed on the base 1 and the stage 11 is located on an upper surface of the three-axis adjustment platform 12. The three-axis adjusting platform 12 can adjust the object stage 11 in three directions of X, Y and Z, so as to adjust the position of the object stage 11 to be suitable for being matched with the pressure head device 2, thereby being beneficial to improving the hot pressing precision of the pressure equipment 100. The specific structure and operation of the three-axis adjustable platform 12 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The specific structure of the docking jig 10 for docking the air pipe joint 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7. It is to be understood, of course, that the following description is intended to illustrate the invention and not to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a pressure device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, a ram device 2, a driving device 3, a three-axis adjusting platform 12, a positioning plate 4, a guide assembly 5, a first pressure detecting device, a control system, a photoelectric sensor, a safety light barrier, and a top cover 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, an object stage 11 is arranged on a base 1, the object stage 11 is arranged on the base 1, a positioning groove 11a is arranged on the object stage 11, a to-be-pressed piece 200 is suitable for being placed in the positioning groove 11a, a mistake-proofing protrusion 11b is arranged on the inner side wall of the positioning groove 11a, the to-be-pressed piece 200 is generally provided with a mounting hole, and when an operator correctly places the to-be-pressed piece 200 into the positioning groove 11a, the mistake-proofing protrusion 11b can be matched with the mounting hole on the to-be-pressed piece. The part 200 to be pressed is a battery cover having an earphone hole, and when the operator correctly puts the part 200 to be pressed into the positioning groove 11a, the mistake-proofing protrusion 11b can be inserted into the earphone hole to match with the earphone hole. However, when the operator does not correctly place the member to be pressed 200 in the positioning groove 11a, the error-proof protrusion 11b interferes with the member to be pressed 200 to prevent the member to be pressed 200 from being placed in the groove, so as to remind the operator of the error in the placement of the member to be pressed 200, which is beneficial to preventing the printing error of the LOGO on the member to be pressed 200 caused by the error in the placement of the member to be pressed 200.
The ram device 2 is disposed above the stage 11 and is movable in the up-down direction, and the ram device 2 may cooperate with the stage 11 to maintain pressure on the member to be pressed 200.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the driving device 3 includes a driving motor 31 and a lead screw 32, the driving motor 31 is connected to the lead screw 32, the lead screw 32 is in threaded engagement with the ram device 2, and the driving motor 31 rotates to drive the ram device 2 to move. Specifically, the drive motor 31 is a servo motor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the three-axis adjustment platform 12 is provided on the base 1 and the stage 11 is located on the upper surface of the three-axis adjustment platform 12.
The pressure head device 2 comprises a buffer assembly 21 and a pressure head assembly 22, the buffer assembly 21 is in threaded fit with the screw rod 32, and the pressure head assembly 22 is movably arranged on the buffer assembly 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the buffer assembly 21 includes a connection part 211 and a spring 212, the connection part 211 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 32, a through hole 2111a penetrating through the connection part 211 in the thickness direction is formed in the connection part 211, the ram assembly 22 includes a pressing plate part 221 and a fixing post 222 arranged on the upper surface of the pressing plate part 221, the lower end of the connection part 211 is spaced apart from the upper surface of the pressing plate part 221, the fixing post 222 penetrates through the through hole 2111a, a limiting part is arranged on the upper end of the fixing post 222, the cross-sectional area of the limiting part is larger than that of the through hole 2111a, and the spring 212 is sleeved on the. Specifically, the spring 212 is a 4PCS precision die spring.
As shown in fig. 3, a support portion 223 is provided on an upper surface of the pressing plate member 221, a fixing post 222 is provided on an upper surface of the support portion 223, and a spring 212 is located between the support portion 223 and the connection member 211.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the number of the through holes 2111a, the number of the springs 212, and the number of the fixing posts 222 are four, and the four through holes 2111a, the four springs 212, and the four fixing posts 222 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the connection part 211 includes a fitting plate 2111 and a connection part 2112, the fitting plate 2111 is provided with a through hole 2111a, the connection part 2112 is connected to one end of the bottom wall of the fitting plate 2111, and the connection part 2112 is screwed to the lead screw 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the positioning plate 4 is vertically disposed and fixedly connected to the base 1, the positioning plate 4 is provided with a positioning slot 4a, the positioning slot 4a extends in the vertical direction, the pressing head assembly 22, the matching plate 2111 and the spring 212 are located at the front side of the positioning plate 4, the driving device 3 is located at the rear side of the positioning plate 4, one end of the connecting portion 2112 is connected to the matching plate 2111, and the other end of the connecting portion passes through the positioning slot 4a and is in threaded connection with the lead screw 32.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the positioning plate 4 is provided with two positioning grooves 4a spaced apart in the left-right direction. The connecting portion 2112 includes two connecting plates 21121 and connecting pieces 21122, the two connecting plates 21121 are respectively connected to the left end and the right end of the mating plate 2111, the two connecting plates 21121 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two positioning grooves 4a, each connecting plate 21121 passes through the corresponding positioning groove 4a and extends to the rear side of the positioning plate 4, the connecting piece 21122 is disposed between the rear ends of the two connecting plates 21121, and the connecting piece 21122 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 32.
As shown in fig. 3, a moving block 21123 is provided on the connecting member 21122, the moving block 21123 is detachably connected to the connecting member 21122, and specifically, the moving block 21123 is threadedly connected to the lead screw 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the guide assembly 5 includes a guide rail 51 and a slider 52, the guide rail 51 is provided on the front surface of the positioning plate 4 and extends in the up-down direction, the slider 52 is provided on the pressing plate member 221, and the slider 52 is slidably engaged with the guide rail 51.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the number of the guide assemblies 5 is two, two guide rails 51 are provided at an interval in the left-right direction, and two sliders 52 are provided at the left and right ends of the platen member 221, respectively.
The first pressure detection device is arranged between the base 1 and the three-axis adjusting platform 12, the control system is respectively connected with the first pressure detection device and the driving motor 31, the first pressure detection device is used for detecting the pressure applied to the piece to be pressed 200, and the control system controls the driving motor 31 to act according to the detection result of the pressure sensor. Specifically, the first pressure detecting means is a pressure sensor.
As shown in fig. 1, the photoelectric sensor is disposed on the upper surface of the stage 11 and is disposed corresponding to the member to be pressed 200, and the photoelectric sensor is configured to detect whether the member to be pressed 200 is placed on the stage 11. The photoelectric sensing sensor is connected with the control system, and when the photoelectric sensing sensor detects that the piece to be pressed 200 is placed on the objective table 11, the control system controls the motor to act so as to enable the pressing head device 2 to move back and forth twice.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the pressure device (100) further includes an alarm, a second pressure detection device is disposed on the bottom wall of the positioning groove 11a, and the second pressure detection device and the alarm are connected to the control system.
As shown in fig. 6, the top cover 6 is disposed above the base 1, the indenter device 2 is disposed between the top cover 6 and the base 1, the safety gratings are respectively disposed on the base 1 and the top cover 6, and a projection of the safety gratings on the base 1 surrounds the stage 11 for detecting whether there is a foreign object between the base 1 and the top cover 6.
Specifically, when the pressing device 100 works, the pressing member 200 is correctly placed on the object stage 11, when no foreign matter exists between the safety grating detection base 1 and the top cover 6 and when the photoelectric sensor detects that the pressing member 200 is placed on the object stage 11, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to rotate so as to enable the pressing head device 2 to move towards the direction close to the object stage 11, when the pressing head device 2 moves to a preset position, the pressing head device 2 can perform hot pressing on the pressing member 200, when the pressure is maintained for a preset time, the pressing head device 2 moves upwards to a preset origin, at this time, a worker needs to stretch a hand to the object stage to perform a film tearing operation of LOGO, at this time, foreign matter exists between the safety grating detection base 1 and the top cover 6, the control system controls the pressing head device 2 to be kept at the preset origin, after the film tearing operation is completed, when the electric sensor detects that the pressing member 200 exists on the object stage 11 and no foreign, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to move the pressing head device 2 downwards to perform the second hot pressing on the part to be pressed 200, and when the pressure is maintained for the preset time, the pressing head device 2 moves upwards to the preset original point.
In the pressure maintaining process, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure of the pressure head device 2 on the piece to be pressed is smaller than a preset value, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to rotate so as to enable the pressure head device 2 to be pressed downwards, and further the pressure of the piece to be pressed 200 is increased; when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure of the pressure head device 2 on the piece to be pressed is greater than a preset value, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to rotate so as to enable the pressure head device 2 to move upwards for a certain distance, and further the pressure of the piece to be pressed 200 is reduced; when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure of the pressure head device 2 on the element to be pressed 200 is equal to a preset value, the control system controls the driving motor 31 to stop working, and the pressure head device 2 maintains the pressure on the element to be pressed 200. Therefore, the pressure of the pressure head device 2 on the to-be-pressed piece 200 can be monitored in real time, quantification of the pressure head device 2 is facilitated, and the pressure maintaining effect is guaranteed.

the three-axis adjusting platform (12), the three-axis adjusting platform (12) is arranged on the base (1) and the objective table (11) is positioned on the upper surface of the three-axis adjusting platform (12);
the device comprises a photoelectric induction sensor and a control system, wherein the photoelectric induction sensor is used for detecting whether the piece to be pressed (200) is arranged on an object stage (11) or not, the photoelectric induction sensor is connected with the control system, when the photoelectric induction sensor detects that the piece to be pressed (200) is arranged on the object stage (11), the control system controls the driving motor (31) to act so as to enable the pressing head device (2) to move back and forth twice, wherein the pressing head device (2) moves downwards to carry out hot pressing on the piece to be pressed, after pressure maintaining is finished, the driving motor drives the pressing head device to move upwards to a preset original point so as to realize the first back and forth movement of the pressing head device, and after a worker finishes the film tearing operation of an LOGO, the control system controls the driving motor (31) to act so as to enable the pressing head device (2) to move downwards again so as to carry out hot pressing on the GO, and after the pressure maintaining is finished, the pressure head device (2) moves upwards to a preset original point to realize the second reciprocating motion of the pressure head device (2).

5. The pressure apparatus (100) according to claim 4, wherein the through hole (2111a), the spring (212) and the fixing post (222) are plural, respectively, and the plural through holes (2111a), the plural springs (212) and the plural fixing posts (222) are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
