Abstract
The invention discloses a soil covering device of a sugarcane planter, which comprises: a soil covering frame; the two earthing plates are arranged on the earthing frame in an splayed shape with a larger opening facing the front; the upper ends of the scraper plates are arranged on the earthing frames, and the scraper plates are positioned between the rear parts of the two earthing plates; and the roller is arranged on the earthing frame in a height-adjustable mode and is positioned below the two earthing plates and the scraper plate. The invention can control the earthing depth by adjusting the gap between the roller and the lower end of the scraper plate, thereby meeting the agronomic requirements of sugarcane planting.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sugarcane planting machines, in particular to a soil covering device of a sugarcane planting machine.
Background
Sugarcane is still an important sugar crop in China at present, especially in the south. At present, the mechanized planting and harvesting of the sugarcane are being slowly promoted in China, but the popularization effect of the mechanized planting of the sugarcane is not ideal in terms of the use condition.
At present, various sugarcane planting machines are available in the market, and are generally divided into two types, namely a real-time seed cutting type sugarcane planting machine, wherein the machine is used for cutting seeds while advancing, and cut sugarcane seeds immediately fall into a cut ditch; the first type is a pre-cut seed sugarcane planting machine, a seed box is arranged on the machine, pre-cut sugarcane seeds are filled in the machine, and in the advancing process of the machine, sugarcane seed sections fall into a drilled ditch along with a transmission device. The two kinds of planting machines have the same place, and the fertilizing device and the earthing device of the two kinds of machines after sowing are the same, especially the earthing device is big or small, can only scrape the picture on the ridge into the ditch and play the effect of earthing, and under the general circumstances, the soil depth that current earthing device covered is thicker. According to agronomic requirements, the earthing depth during sugarcane planting is preferably about 5-10cm, the earthing depth of sugarcane seeds is most favorable for germination of the sugarcane seeds, and the earthing depth cannot be controlled according to requirements by the existing earthing device. Because, developing a soil covering device of a sugarcane planting machine which controls the soil covering depth according to the agronomic requirements for sugarcane planting is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a soil covering device of a sugarcane planter, so that the defect that the existing soil covering device cannot control the soil covering depth according to the agronomic requirements of sugarcane planting is overcome.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a soil covering device of a sugarcane planter, comprising: a soil covering frame; the two earthing plates are arranged on the earthing frame in an splayed shape with a larger opening facing the front; the upper ends of the scraper plates are arranged on the earthing frames, and the scraper plates are positioned between the rear parts of the two earthing plates; and the roller is arranged on the earthing frame in a height-adjustable mode and is positioned below the two earthing plates and the scraper plate.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, each of the soil covering plates is a circular plate body, and each of the soil covering plates is rotatably disposed on the soil covering frame.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the scraper plate is an arc-shaped plate, and the convex arc of the scraper plate faces forward.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the roller is disposed on the earthing frame through a height adjusting mechanism, and the height adjusting mechanism includes: the upper end of the adjusting frame is rotatably arranged on the earthing frame; the upper end of the adjusting frame is locked by a locking mechanism; the upper end of the roller frame is hinged to the lower end of the adjusting frame; the roller is arranged at the lower end of the roller frame; and one end of each spring is connected with the roller frame, and the other end of each spring is connected with the adjusting frame.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. when the sugarcane planter advances, the roller is positioned in the ditch, the two soil covering plates gather soil at the edges of the ridges towards the middle to cover the roller, part of soil falls into the ditch from a gap between the roller and the lower end of the scraper plate to cover soil on sugarcanes, redundant soil is scraped by the scraper plate, and the scraper plate can also level soil entering the ditch, so that the soil covering depth can be controlled by adjusting the size of a gap between the roller and the lower end of the scraper plate, and the agricultural requirements of sugarcane planting can be met.
2. The roller has a certain elastic floating space under the action of the spring, so that sugarcane seeds can be prevented from being damaged when the roller encounters sugarcane seeds.

Fig. 1 to 4 show a schematic structure of a soil covering device of a sugarcane planter according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the soil covering device of the sugarcane planter comprises a soil covering frame 1, a soil covering plate 2, a soil scraping plate 3 and a roller 4, wherein the soil covering frame 1 is arranged on the sugarcane planter so as to support the whole device, and the whole device is driven to advance by the sugarcane planter. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, two soil sheathing panels 2 are provided on the soil sheathing frame 1 in an eight-shaped form with a large opening toward the front, i.e., the front ends of the soil sheathing panels 2 on the left side are inclined to the left and the front ends of the soil sheathing panels 2 on the right side are inclined to the right. In the advancing process of the sugarcane planter, the two soil covering plates 2 collect soil on two sides of a ridge from the front at a large opening, and then the soil is gathered towards the middle through an opening which is gradually smaller at the rear. Preferably, each of the earth-covering plates 2 is a circular plate body, and each of the earth-covering plates 2 is rotatably provided on the earth-covering frame 1. Two soil-covering plate hack levers which are distributed oppositely left and right can be arranged on the soil-covering frame 1, and two soil-covering plates 2 are respectively arranged at the lower end of one soil-covering plate hack lever in a rotatable mode. The earthing plate 2 is the circular plate body so that can gather earth to the centre in layers, and earthing plate 2 can rotate simultaneously, and the resistance that both combine can effectively reduce the advance.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the upper ends of the scraper blades 3 are disposed on the cover frame 1, and the scraper blades 3 are located between the rear portions of the two cover plates 2. The roller 4 is disposed on the soil covering frame 1 in a height-adjustable manner, and the roller 4 is located below the two soil covering plates 2 and the soil scraping plate 3. When the sugarcane planter advances, the roller 4 sinks into the ditch for planting sugarcane seeds, soil gathered by the two soil covering plates 2 is concentrated on the roller 4, soil corresponding to a gap between the roller 4 and the lower end of the scraper 3 falls into the ditch from the gap to cover the sugarcane seeds, and the rest soil is scraped by the scraper 3. Preferably, the scraper 3 is an arc-shaped plate, and the convex arc of the scraper 3 faces forward, so that the rest soil can be scraped away to the left and right sides of the ridge. When the height of the drum 4 is changed, the gap between the drum 4 and the lower end of the scraper 3 is changed, so that the covering depth can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, preferably, the drum 4 is disposed on the soil covering frame 1 through a height adjusting mechanism, the height adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting frame 5, a drum frame 6 and a spring 7, the upper end of the adjusting frame 5 is rotatably disposed on the soil covering frame 1, the upper end of the adjusting frame 5 is locked by a locking mechanism, the upper end of the drum frame 6 is hinged to the lower end of the adjusting frame 5, the drum 4 is a rubber drum, the drum 4 is disposed at the lower end of the drum frame 6, and the drum 4 can rotate, thereby reducing the forward resistance and avoiding the drum 4 from damaging sugarcane. At least one spring 7 is provided between the adjusting frame 5 and the drum frame 6, one end of each spring 7 is connected with the drum frame 4, and the other end of each spring 7 is connected with the adjusting frame 5. The locking mechanism is released, the upper end of the adjusting frame 5 can adjust the height of the roller 4 through up-and-down rotation, and after the height of the roller 4 reaches a proper position, the roller is locked and fixed by the locking mechanism. Further, the drum frame 6 is hinged to the adjustment frame 5 and connected thereto by a spring 7, so that the drum 4 can be floated upward when receiving an upward force. The adjusting frame 5 may include two adjusting bars whose upper ends are hinged to the earth covering frame 1, and the drum frame 6 may include drum bars whose upper ends are respectively hinged to the lower ends of one adjusting bar, and both ends of the drum 4 are respectively disposed at the lower ends of one drum bar. A spring 7 is arranged between each adjusting lever and the corresponding roller lever. In addition, the locking mechanism may be a bolt locking mechanism.
According to the invention, after the soil covering frame 1 is arranged on the sugarcane planter, when the sugarcane planter advances to plant sugarcane seeds, the roller 4 is positioned in the ditch and occupies a certain space, so that soil at the edges of ridges is covered on the roller 4 when gathered towards the middle by the two soil covering plates 3 and cannot directly enter the ditch, part of soil falls into the ditch from a gap between the roller 4 and the lower end of the soil scraping plate 3 to cover the soil of the sugarcane seeds, the redundant soil is scraped away by the soil scraping plate 3, and the soil entering the ditch can be leveled by the soil scraping plate 3, so that the thickness of the soil covering layer is changed into a thin layer, and the thickness of the soil covering layer is the height difference between the roller 4 and the lower end of the soil scraping plate 3. Therefore, the invention can control the earthing depth by adjusting the gap between the roller 4 and the lower end of the scraper plate 3, thereby meeting the agronomic requirements of sugarcane planting. In addition, the roller 4 has a certain elastic up-and-down floating space under the action of the spring 7, so that when the roller 4 advances in a ditch to meet sugarcane seeds, the roller 4 can be slightly lifted up to avoid injuring the sugarcane seeds.
