After the reducing joint of the oil pipe head is used, all connecting accessories are disassembled, the screw threads of the nozzle 6, the coil pipe 5 and all connecting pieces are checked, and after the oil is completely determined, the oil is coated for protection and then the oil is recovered for standby.

When the tubing head reducing joint provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for carrying out pumping unit pump detection operation on the well A, the pumping rod string is lifted and carried for 8 hours in the process, no pollutants such as crude oil, wax, sewage and the like are brought out of a well mouth, an oil production tree and the ground are clean and have no crude oil, and the environment and equipment have no pollution; no injury accidents occur; before the pump is put down, the pumping rod column is not sprayed and washed by a boiler car. The pumping-up speed of the pump is about 40 pumping-up rods per hour, which is equivalent to the normal pumping-up speed, but the time for spraying and washing the pumping-up rod column by a ground boiler car is saved by 24 hours, the service time of the boiler car is saved by about 19 hours, and the investment is saved by about 4000 yuan; the crude oil of 1.2 sides is prevented from being taken out of a wellhead to become the ground oil, the income is increased by 3000 yuan, the labor and other expenses are saved by 6000 yuan, and the direct economic benefit is at least 13000 yuan. The benefits of the safety and environmental protection aspects are not easy to estimate.
Wherein, the implementation condition of the well B is as follows: the well B is a pumping well with thick oil, the well depth is 3123m, a phi 44mm tubular pump is put in, the pump hanging depth is 1820 m, the rod column structure is 19mm multiplied by 900m +22mm multiplied by 920m, the daily liquid yield is 35 tons, and the water content is 18%. When a pump is detected before, 30 parts of active water is adopted for backwashing, liquid does not return from a well mouth, thick crude oil is adhered to a sucker rod string, the amount of the brought crude oil is about 0.7 part, and the crude oil is sprinkled over the well mouth and a well site, so that the environment is seriously polluted, and workers still work in a wet and slippery oil-gas environment for a long time, and safety accidents such as slipping, falling off and the like easily occur; the method is characterized in that a boiler car is used for spraying and washing wax and thick oil on a sucker rod string on the ground, the time is 8-15 hours, and a large amount of manpower and resources are consumed.
When the tubing head reducing joint provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for carrying out pump detection operation on a B well, the speed of lifting a sucker rod by a pump detection at this time is about 40 rods/hour and is slightly higher than the normal speed of lifting the sucker rod, meanwhile, the time of spraying and washing the sucker rod string by a ground boiler car is saved by about 15 hours, the service time of the boiler car is saved by about 10 hours, and the investment is saved by about 2200 yuan; the crude oil with the volume of 0.7 is prevented from being taken out of the wellhead to become the ground oil, the income is increased by about 2000 yuan, the labor and other expenses are saved by 4000 yuan, and the direct economic benefit is at least 8200 yuan. The benefits of the safety and environmental protection aspects are not easy to estimate.
By adopting the tubing head reducing joint provided by the embodiment of the invention to carry out pump inspection operation on the well A and the well B, the embodiment of the invention has better direct economic benefit, the single well can shorten the paraffin removal time by more than 10 hours, the crude oil waste of more than 0.7 square per well is avoided, and the direct economic benefit of the single well is 8200-13000 yuan.

the tubing head reducing joint for the oil pumping well pump inspection operation further comprises a flange (11) with a hollow structure, and the flange (11) is embedded in the first part (1001) of the stepped hole.

The tubing head reducer joint for pump-checking operation of oil pumping unit well according to claim 7, wherein the first through hole (7) is internally threaded, and one end of the coiled tube (5) is in threaded connection with the lower end of the body (1) through the left end of the first through hole (7), and the liquid quick joint (15) is in threaded connection with the lower end of the body (1) through the right end of the first through hole (7).
