When the tobacco shred feeder provided by the invention works, the belt wheel motor drives the long shaft to rotate, so that the eccentric shaft and the eccentric block rotate, the four composite springs generate telescopic deformation to vibrate the feeding disc, tobacco shreds fall onto the feeding disc from a feeding hole right above the tobacco shred feeder and vibrate and slide on the conical surface of the feeding disc along the conical surface of the feeding disc, meanwhile, impurities such as cigarette ash, tobacco powder, tobacco stem skewers, tobacco stem blocks and small stones mixed in the tobacco shreds can fully fall from the small holes of the screening disc to a shredded tobacco outlet along with the vibration of the screening disc, the tobacco shreds rotate, slide, fall, loosen and are uniformly distributed on the plane at the edge of the tobacco shred feeding disc along the conical surface of the tobacco shred feeding disc, the friction wheel motor rotates through the friction wheel driving shaft bearing seat to drive the tobacco shred feeding disc to rotate, and the tobacco shreds are uniformly sucked through the discharge hole by wind power and are sent to a cigarette making machine.
The tobacco shred feeder provided by the invention drives the tobacco shred feeding disc to rotate and the feeding disc to vibrate by a friction wheel transmission mode and a belt transmission mode, and the friction wheel transmission mode and the belt transmission mode do not need lubricating oil lubrication, so that the problems that the cigarettes produced by a cigarette making machine have peculiar smell and the cigarette quality is reduced because the lubricating oil used by the gear transmission is volatilized and is sucked to the cigarette making machine along with the tobacco shreds after being used by the conventional tobacco shred feeder and is subjected to gear transmission are solved.
