本发明属于建材及空气净化技术领域,具体的说,是涉及一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗。
背景技术
自然通风对改善室内环境起着至关重要的作用,同时还可以提供“免费”能量。在室外空气环境污染严重的情况下,自然通风容易加重室内空气环境污染。自然通风是通过建筑的呼吸窗实现的,因此需要对窗进行技术改造,使其具有净化、能量回收、隔热、降噪等多功能单元。
经检索发现,专利号ZL 200420015179.X公开了带有通风装置的通风节能隔音窗,其主要特点是:设计内层的隔热窗和外层的百页,其中间构成隔热通道,这种双层结构体系的窗户,冬夏季通过双层结构的隔热通道实现冬季保温和夏季隔热双重功能;实现内外层均能开启的结构,春秋季通过开启窗户的内外层实现有组织的、可调节的自然通风,有效的实现房间的换气和排热,同时能满足高性能的水密、气密、抗风压、隔声性能的要求。专利号CN203856338 U公开了一种具有导光遮阳通风功能的被动式窗墙系统,其主要特点是:结构由窗框、水平花槽、下悬窗、遮阳导光板、固定窗、遮阳帘以及中悬窗组成;该发明解决了普通外窗系统在遮阳、采光和通风之间的矛盾,为室内滤去强烈的直射光线,避免炫光,在提供优质自然光的同时,不影响外窗的通风量,提供健康的室内环境和良好的视野。专利号CN103090479 A公开了一种被动式窗型能量转换与换气装置,其主要特点是由复数连管的连接及该水泵的输送,以构成一水循环系统,室内排出的空气先经过该空气预冷热交换器的预冷后,再通过该水蒸发器的水蒸发制冷,以使该水循环系统中的循环水降温,同时室内排出的空气获得二次降温效果,并且当进气通过该室内侧水热交换器并进行热交换后,能产生一低温且新鲜的空气,以供应室内的所需,做到被动式节能及降低废热排放的污染。
综上所述,窗的功能已从简单的通风、采光等功能升级到具有隔热、能量回收等功能的复合型建材,但在实际应用时还缺少调湿、自动控制等功能,需要人工进行操作。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,根据实时监测的室内外空气环境参数控制窗功能的切换;对室外新风或室内回风进行调湿、调温和净化,同时还具有遮阳及降噪功能,满足室内空气品质要求。该发明解决原有窗户附属功能不完善、需要人工控制的实际问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,包括双层玻璃、能量回收单元和自动控制单元,所述双层玻璃间设有遮阳帘,所述遮阳帘后设有吸热帘,所述遮阳帘与外层玻璃间设有静电除尘装置、紫色荧光灯和电加热器,所述能量回收单元包括相变储能器,所述相变储能器通过滑动轮安装于双层玻璃后侧,所述相变储能器和内层玻璃间设有吸热帘、静电除尘装置、紫色荧光灯、电加热器和加湿器,所述自动控制单元包括控制面板以及与控制面板相连的室内环境参数监测传感器和室外环境参数监测传感器。
进一步的,所述遮阳帘和吸热帘通过卷动机和嵌夹进行控制。
进一步的,所述双层玻璃的内层玻璃上设有隔音膜,所述隔音膜为带有隔音树脂的隔音膜。
进一步的,所述外层玻璃的下部设有进风口,所述进风口处设有轴流风扇,所述内层玻璃上部设有进风口。
进一步的,所述相变储能器包括相变材料外壳和安装于相变储能器中的热管。
进一步的,所述相变储能器外壳上部设有新风口,下部设有排风口,所述排风口处设有轴流风扇。
进一步的,所述排风口通过排风管与出风口相连,所述轴流风扇后的排风管上设有挡板,所述挡板根据室内循环风的需求自动开关。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的通风窗功能完善,在对室内排风能量回收及室外新风净化的基础上,能够降低新风进入室内引起的冷/热湿负荷,全方位改善室内的声环境、光环境及热环境。
(2)本发明在多功能窗运行的过程中实现了自动控制的精准运行,确保了室内空气品质和节能效果达到最优,在不同的建筑类型中应用,对改善建筑室内空气品质和提高室内居民健康水平具有非常重要的意义。

如图1-2所示,一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,包括双层玻璃1、能量回收单元和自动控制单元,所述双层玻璃1间设有遮阳帘20,所述遮阳帘20后设有吸热帘8,所述遮阳帘20与外层玻璃间设有静电除尘装置2、紫色荧光灯15和电加热器18,所述能量回收单元包括相变储能器12,所述相变储能器12通过滑动轮11安装于双层玻璃1后侧,所述相变储能器12和内层玻璃间设有吸热帘8、静电除尘装置2、紫色荧光灯15、电加热器18和加湿器19,所述自动控制单元包括控制面板22以及与控制面板相连的室内环境参数监测传感器16和室外环境参数监测传感器17。
所述遮阳帘20和吸热帘8通过卷动机10和嵌夹9进行控制。
遮阳帘20用于对入射到室内的光照进行调节,吸热帘8用于形成热压,从而形成被动式通风。

所述排风口5通过排风管21与出风口6相连,所述轴流风扇后的排风管21上设有挡板,所述挡板根据室内循环风的需求自动开关。
所述电加热器18和加湿器19通过对室外新风进行预热或加湿,可以减少其进入室内引起的冷热负荷;同时还可以对室内循环风进行调温湿,满足室内居住人员需求。

图3为本发明的新风进风过程示意图。由图3可知,室外空气在自然状态下或轴流风机3的作用下通过进风口4进入玻璃夹层内,经过静电除尘装置2和紫色荧光灯15进行除尘杀菌后根据室内温度需求进行电加热,随后在吸热帘8形成的热压作用下经过加湿器19加/除湿,最后通过相变储能器12进行能量回收后送到室内。
室内空气在轴流风机的作用下流经排风口5、排风管21和出风口6后排出室外。
图4为本发明的室内风循环流动示意图。由图4可知,根据室内环境需求将排风管21上的挡板打开,室内循环风通过轴流风扇进入内层玻璃和相变储能器12之间,经过加热、除尘、杀菌以及加/除湿处理后,重新通过相变储能器12调节后进入室内。

1.一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于:包括双层玻璃、能量回收单元和自动控制单元,所述双层玻璃间设有遮阳帘,所述遮阳帘后设有吸热帘,所述遮阳帘与外层玻璃间设有静电除尘装置、紫色荧光灯和电加热器,所述能量回收单元包括相变储能器,所述相变储能器通过滑动轮安装于双层玻璃后侧,所述相变储能器和内层玻璃间设有吸热帘、静电除尘装置、紫色荧光灯、电加热器和加湿器,所述自动控制单元包括控制面板以及与控制面板相连的室内环境参数监测传感器和室外环境参数监测传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述遮阳帘和吸热帘通过卷动机和嵌夹进行控制。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃上设有隔音膜,所述隔音膜为带有隔音树脂的隔音膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃的下部设有进风口,所述进风口处设有轴流风扇,所述内层玻璃上部设有进风口。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述相变储能器包括相变材料外壳和安装于外壳内的热管。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述相变储能器外壳上部设有新风口,下部设有排风口,所述排风口处设有轴流风扇。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述排风口通过排风管与出风口相连,所述轴流风扇后的排风管上设有挡板,所述挡板根据室内循环风的需求自动开关。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述室内环境参数监测传感器监测室内温度、二氧化碳浓度、PM2.5浓度、相对湿度和室内照度。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述室外环境参数监测传感器监测室外温度、PM2.5浓度、相对湿度、太阳能辐射强度和噪声分贝。
10.如任一权利要求1-9所述的一种多功能双层玻璃通风窗,其特征在于,所述卷动机、轴流风扇、静电除尘装置、紫色荧光灯、电加热器和加湿器与控制面板相连。
