本发明公开了一种涂料研磨混合装置,料筒内设有集料斗、静磨盘、动磨盘和转轴;集料斗固定在料筒内部上方,集料斗呈上口大下口小的漏斗状;静磨盘设置在集料斗下方,且与料筒侧壁固定连接;静磨盘中间设有开口,下表面设有研磨层一;静磨盘开口与集料斗下口紧密配合;动磨盘设置在静磨盘下方,上表面设有研磨层二;转轴设置在动磨盘下方,转轴与料筒底部转动连接;转轴顶端与动磨盘固定连接;转轴上设有搅拌涂料的叶片;本发明采用动磨盘和静磨盘相互转动研磨的方式,能够促进结块的涂料破碎,保证涂料进一步的搅拌混合均匀,同时设置刮板,能够刮除粘附在料筒内壁的涂料,减少涂料的浪费。

[0002]在涂料使用之如,需要将涂料搅拌混合均勾。由于涂料材料的性质,长久放置的涂 料容易凝固结块。现有的混合设备结构单一,不能将结块的涂料进行破碎处理,导致混合之 后的涂料出现大颗粒的涂料,影响涂料的使用效果。另一方面涂料容易粘附在容器壁上,造 成不必要的资源浪费。
发明内容
[0003]针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种可将结块的涂料研磨均 匀的涂料研磨混合装置,该装置还同时具有刮除粘附在料筒内部的涂料的效果。
[0004]本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种涂料研磨混合装置,包括料筒和电机, 所述料筒顶部设有进料口,侧面下方设有出料口;所述料筒内设有集料斗、静磨盘、动磨盘 和转轴;所述集料斗固定在料筒内部上方,集料斗呈上口大下口小的漏斗状,上口与进料口 连通;所述静磨盘水平设置在集料斗下方,且静磨盘与料筒侧壁固定连接;所述静磨盘中间 设有开口,下表面设有研磨层一;所述静磨盘开口与集料斗下口紧密配合;所述动磨盘水平 设置在静磨盘下方,上表面设有研磨层二;所述研磨层一与研磨层二之间形成间隙;所述转 轴竖直设置在动磨盘下方,转轴与料筒底部通过轴承转动连接;所述转轴顶端与动磨盘固 定连接;所述转轴上设有搅拌涂料的叶片;所述电机设置在料筒底部外侧,电机与转轴相 连,驱动转轴转动。
