Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 现有的制药装置或系统通常都是分散式设置于相应的厂房内,一方面占地面积 大,厂房建行成本高,功耗大,清洗达不到要求,对环境影响突出;同时目前的制粒系统由湿 法混合制粒机、湿法整粒机、干燥机、真空上料机、干法整粒机、混合机等单独设备完成一个 工序,之间用管道联接,及辅助设备的转接,实施全程分散式设置。
[0003] 这样的单机布局有3个不足之处:首先设备与设备之间的实验物料接口不便于近 距离管道密闭连接,物料的周转需人工搬运操作,并需大量的转运移动料桶,并且会有一定 的物料损耗,这对于一些对湿气比较敏感的药品来说,后果是非常严重的;第二点是每台设 备都有单独的控制系统,每台机都要装触摸屏等,这样造成外部资源和控制硬件的重复浪 费,第三点,设备安装都要有一定的间隔空间,占用的空间更多,使得面积浪费很大。同时, 由于结构上的原因,其使用运彳丁效果不尽人意,自动化程度不尚,清洗达不到要求,不方便 检测,单台机械就一到二个人操作,一条线下来要达到十人以上,而且人工劳动强度大,要 达到GMP的生产要求还有待进一步改进和完善。

Claims (10)
1.一种干法制粒机,其特征在于:依次包括进料系统、喂料系统、压片系统、破碎系统、 整粒系统和出料系统;并且还包括冷却系统和液压系统。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的干法制粒机主要包括罩组件 料斗(2)、螺杆送料部件⑶、破碎组件⑸、压轮(6)、罩组件(9)、真空出料口(39)和真空上 料机(40);罩组件(9)与机架面板密封;真空上料机(40)下端部连接有料斗(2),螺杆送料部 件⑶设置在料斗(2)的一侧将料斗⑵中的粉料送入压轮(6);压轮⑹的出口端部连接有 破碎组件(5),破碎组件⑸的下部设置有整粒系统⑷;整粒系统⑷的出口端连接真空出 料口(39)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的进料系统包括物料斗搅拌组 件(2-1)、第一减速电机(2-2)、齿轮箱(2_3)、联轴器(2-4)、同步带轮(2-5)和传动皮带(2-6);所述的第一减速电机(2-2)通过齿轮箱(2-3)以及联轴器(2-4)带动螺杆送料部件(3)的 传送螺杆(3-1)将粉料推入喂料口;所述的第一减速电机(2-2)通过同步带轮(2-5)带动物 料斗搅拌组件(2-1),物料斗搅拌组件(2-1)插入料斗⑵内部。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的螺杆送料部件(3)的传送螺 杆(3-1)的端部连接有第一螺纹联轴器(3-2)和第二螺纹联轴器(3-3)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的压片系统的电机(6-1)经三 角带(6-2)带动减速机(6-3),所述的减速机(6-3)为双出轴的同步减速机,下面带动定轴组 件㈧旋转,上面带动动轴组件⑻旋转,所述的动轴组件⑻具有偏心轮(6-4),液压缸(6-5)连接偏心轮(6-4),使动轴组件⑻做上下运动。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的液压缸(6_5)上设置有位移 传感器(6-6)。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的定轴组件(A)和动轴组件(B) 包括压轮压盖(①)、压轮传动平键(②)、压轮(③)、压轮密封圈(④)、支持轴承(⑤)、偏心套 (⑥)、支持座(⑦)、摆臂(⑧)、油缸接头(⑨)、油缸(⑩)、轴承压盖(11)、锁紧螺母(12)、分水 环组件(13)和联轴器(14);所述的减速机(6-3)通过联轴器(14)连接定轴组件(A)和动轴组 件⑻。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的整粒系统设置有两组整粒机 构,上整粒机构配大一倍的网板,下整粒机构配所需粒径的网板,电机减速机(4-7)经同步 带(4-6)通过传动轴(4_5)同时带动上下整粒机构,整粒轮(4-4)轮上分布八片挤压刀片(4-3)形成网板(4-2),所述的网板(4-2)设置在网板固定架(4-1)中。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的破碎系统的电动减速机(5-1)通过同步传送带(5-2)连接破碎刀组(5-5)。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的干法制粒机,其特征在于:所述的压片系统包括喂料口(7一 1)、上刮灰器(7-2)、下刮灰器(7_3)、可调整挡板(7-4)和内外挡料板(7_5);所述的螺杆送 料部件(3)将粉料压入喂料口(7-1),经下刮灰器(7-3)传送至破碎机构;内外挡料板(7一5) 的内层镶嵌有聚四氟乙烯密封层,经过可调整挡板(7-4)与压轮紧密密封。
