Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a device for sending interactive information in live broadcast. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a preferred embodiment of a device for sending interactive information in live broadcast according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the sending device of the interactive information in the live broadcast may be a server capable of establishing a communication connection with the user terminal, for example, a live broadcast server. The sending device of the interactive information in the live broadcast at least comprises a memory 11, a processor 12, a communication bus 13 and a network interface 14.
The memory 11 includes at least one type of readable storage medium, which includes a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. The memory 11 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of a sending device of the interactive information in the live broadcast, for example a hard disk of the sending device of the interactive information in the live broadcast. The memory 11 may also be an external storage device of the sending apparatus of the interactive information in the live broadcast in other embodiments, for example, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are equipped on the sending apparatus of the interactive information in the live broadcast. Further, the memory 11 may also include both an internal storage unit of the transmission apparatus of the interactive information in the live broadcast and an external storage device. The memory 11 may be used not only to store application software installed in a transmission device of interactive information in live broadcast and various data, such as codes of an interactive information transmission program, but also to temporarily store data that has been output or will be output.
The processor 12 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other data Processing chip in some embodiments, and is used for executing program codes stored in the memory 11 or Processing data, such as executing an interactive information transmission program.
The communication bus 13 is used to realize connection communication between these components.
The network interface 14 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), typically used to establish a communication link between the apparatus and other electronic devices.
Fig. 1 only shows a transmitting device of interactive information in a live broadcast with components 11-14 and an interactive information transmission program, but it is to be understood that not all shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or less components may be implemented instead.
Optionally, the device may further comprise a user interface, which may comprise a Display (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and optionally a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the display may be an LED display, a liquid crystal display, a touch-sensitive liquid crystal display, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) touch device, or the like. The display, which may also be referred to as a display screen or display unit, is used to display information processed in the transmitting device of interactive information in the live broadcast and to display a visual user interface.
In the embodiment of the apparatus shown in fig. 1, the memory 11 stores an interactive information sending program; the processor 12 implements the following steps when executing the interactive information transmission program stored in the memory 11:
when an interactive information acquisition request sent by a user terminal is received, acquiring a first timestamp from the interactive information acquisition request, wherein the user terminal sends the interactive information acquisition request to the sending device once every preset time interval, and the interactive information acquisition request carries the first timestamp.
Because the chat records in the live broadcast platform, that is, the interactive information, are generally directly displayed on the broadcast picture of the live broadcast video in the form of a bullet screen, and the user sends the interactive information according to the live broadcast content, the demand on the instantaneity of the interactive information is higher, in the prior art, the interactive information is sent to the mobile phone end of the user by the server in a message queue mode for display, but when faults such as network jitter occur, a large amount of accumulated interactive information can occur and can be sent to the user terminal for display at one time, the invalid interactive information for the user is generated, and the phenomenon of interactive information rolling display occurs on the picture, so that the user experience is poor.
In this embodiment, the client periodically sends the acquisition request to the sending device, where the period is a preset time interval, where the preset time interval may be a preset fixed value, and in other embodiments, the preset time interval may also be set according to the number of viewers participating in live broadcast interaction or the density of interaction information, and generally, the time interval is very small, so that a user can acquire an interaction message sent by other viewers in time. For example, in some embodiments, the preset time interval is 0.01 to 5 seconds, and optionally, the preset time interval is 0.5 seconds. And when the user terminal sends an interactive information acquisition request every time, acquiring a timestamp according to the current time of the terminal system, adding the timestamp in the request and sending the request to a sending device.
Acquiring a second timestamp of an interactive information acquisition request sent by the user terminal last time; calculating a time interval between the first time stamp and the second time stamp, and judging whether the time interval is greater than the preset time interval;
if the time interval is larger than the preset time interval, acquiring interaction information recorded from a time point corresponding to the difference value of the first timestamp and the preset time length to a time point corresponding to the first timestamp, and sending the acquired interaction information to the user terminal for displaying, wherein the preset time length is smaller than or equal to the preset time interval.
The sending device obtains a first time stamp from the interactive information obtaining request, obtains the time stamp in the request sent last time by the user terminal, calculates the time interval, if the time interval is greater than the preset time interval, excessive interactive information can be accumulated, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the excessive interactive information is sent to the user terminal at one time to cause information rolling, the interactive information recorded from the time point corresponding to the difference value of the first time stamp and the preset time length to the time point corresponding to the first time stamp is sent to the user terminal according to the time sequence, namely, only the interactive information in the preset time length before the first time stamp is sent to the user. For example, the preset time interval and the preset duration are both 3 seconds, under a normal condition, the user terminal sends an interactive information acquisition request to the sending device every 3 seconds, and correspondingly, the server receives the interactive information acquisition request every 3 seconds and sends the interactive information to the user terminal, but when an abnormal condition such as network delay occurs, the sending device receives the request, the interval from the last request is 10 seconds, and then the interactive information which is 3 seconds closest to the request is sent to the user terminal according to the time sequence. The interactive information of 7 seconds earlier is not sent, because the timeliness of the interactive information in live broadcasting is strong, the interactive information with long time intervals becomes invalid information, and even if the interactive information is sent to the mobile phone end, the interactive information cannot be seen on the current picture due to screen scrolling, so that not only can the screen scrolling caused by too much interactive information be avoided, but also the user can be ensured to receive the latest interactive information.
Optionally, in order to further improve the real-time performance of the interactive information synchronization, when a sending device establishes a live connection with the user terminal, the current system time is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal obtains a time difference between the sending device and the system time according to the received system time, and when an interactive information obtaining request is sent to the sending device, a timestamp is determined according to the time difference, so that the timestamp is matched with the system time of the sending device.
Because the system time between the system time of the user terminal and the sending device may be inconsistent, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the interactive information is not real-time due to the inconsistent condition, when the sending device establishes live broadcast connection with the user terminal, the sending device sends the current system time to the user terminal, the user terminal judges whether the system time of the user terminal is consistent with the system time of the sending device, if the system time is inconsistent with the system time of the user terminal, the time difference is recorded, so that the time stamp in the interactive information acquisition request is adjusted according to the time difference, and the time stamp sent to the sending device is consistent with the time of the sending device.
In addition, in the case where the network is normal, the time interval of the time stamps in the requests received two adjacent times is generally equal to the preset time interval for the transmitting apparatus, and in this case, there are various embodiments for the processing of the interactive message. Two of them are listed below for explanation.
In a first mode, the interactive information sending program is further executable by the processor, so that after the step of calculating the time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp and determining whether the time interval is greater than a preset time interval, the following steps are further implemented:
and if the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, acquiring the interaction information recorded in the time interval, and sending the acquired interaction information to the user terminal for displaying.
In a second mode, the interactive information sending program may be further executed by the processor, so that after the step of calculating the time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and determining whether the time interval is greater than a preset time interval, the following steps are further implemented:
if the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, acquiring the interaction information recorded in the time interval, and determining the quantity of the acquired interaction information;
if the number of the acquired interactive information is larger than the preset number, sending the interactive information of the preset number closest to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp to the user terminal for displaying;
and if the number of the acquired interactive information is less than or equal to the preset number, acquiring the interactive information recorded in the time interval, and sending the acquired interactive information to the user terminal for displaying.
Because the number of audiences participating in interaction in the live broadcast process is changed, and the number of interactive messages generated in the same time duration is possibly different, in order to further reduce the transmission of invalid data, under the condition that the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, the number of the interactive messages recorded by the sending device in the time interval is counted, if the number is larger than the preset number, the interactive messages with the preset number closest to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp are sent to the user terminal to be displayed, and otherwise, the interactive messages recorded in the time interval are sent to the user terminal to be displayed.
In the present embodiment, the sending device actively sends an interactive information acquisition request to the sending device every preset time interval by the user terminal, and the request carries a first timestamp, the sending device acquires the first timestamp from the received interactive information acquisition request, and acquires a second timestamp from the interactive information acquisition request sent last by the user terminal, calculates a time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and if the time interval is greater than the preset time interval, acquires the interactive information recorded from a time point of a difference between the first timestamp and a preset time length to a time point corresponding to the first timestamp, and sends the interactive information to the user terminal for display. When the time interval of two continuous requests received by the server is larger due to network jitter or network delay and the like, only the interactive information which is a period of time closer to the current timestamp is sent to the client for display, so that the transmission of invalid data can be reduced, the effectiveness of the chat records is enhanced, and the phenomenon that a large number of chat records roll due to network jitter is avoided.
The invention provides a second embodiment of a sending device of interactive information in live broadcast based on the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the interactive information sending program may be further executed by the processor, so that before the step of obtaining the interactive information recorded from the time point corresponding to the difference between the first timestamp and the preset time length to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp, the following steps are further implemented:
if the time interval is larger than the preset time interval, determining the number of audiences currently participating in live broadcast interaction;
acquiring preset time corresponding to the number of audiences currently participating in live broadcast interaction according to a preset mapping relation between the number of the audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction and the preset time, wherein the larger the number of the audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction is, the smaller the preset time is;
and executing the step of acquiring the interaction information recorded from the time point corresponding to the difference value between the first timestamp and the preset time length to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp based on the acquired preset time length.
In this embodiment, the preset duration is a dynamically adjustable value, and the sending device dynamically adjusts the size of the preset duration according to the number of viewers participating in the live broadcast interaction. And pre-establishing a mapping relation between the number of audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction and the preset time length, wherein the larger the number of the audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction is, the smaller the preset time length is. And determining the preset duration corresponding to the number of the audiences currently participating in the live broadcast interaction according to the mapping relation. And then acquiring corresponding interaction information and sending the interaction information to the user terminal.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the interactive information sending program may be further divided into one or more modules, and the one or more modules are stored in the memory 11 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 12) to implement the present invention.
For example, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of program modules of an interactive information sending program in an embodiment of a sending apparatus for interactive information in live broadcast according to the present invention is shown, in this embodiment, the interactive information sending program may be divided into an obtaining module 10, a calculating module 20, a determining module 30, and a sending module 40, and exemplarily:
the acquisition module 10 is configured to: when an interactive information acquisition request sent by a user terminal is received, acquiring a first timestamp from the interactive information acquisition request, wherein the user terminal sends the interactive information acquisition request to the sending device once at preset time intervals, and the interactive information acquisition request carries the first timestamp;
the acquisition module 10 is further configured to: acquiring a second timestamp of an interactive information acquisition request sent by the user terminal last time;
the calculation module 20 is configured to: calculating a time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp;
the determining module 30 is configured to: judging whether the time interval is greater than the preset time interval or not;
the sending module 40 is configured to: if the time interval is larger than the preset time interval, acquiring interaction information recorded from a time point corresponding to the difference value of the first timestamp and the preset time length to a time point corresponding to the first timestamp, and sending the acquired interaction information to the user terminal for displaying, wherein the preset time length is smaller than or equal to the preset time interval.
The functions or operation steps implemented by the program modules such as the obtaining module 10, the calculating module 20, the determining module 30, and the sending module 40 when executed are substantially the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In addition, the invention also provides a method for sending the interactive information in the live broadcast. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for sending interactive information in live broadcast according to the present invention. The method may be performed by an apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware.
In this embodiment, the method for sending interactive information in live broadcast includes:
step S10, when receiving an interactive information acquisition request sent by a user terminal, acquiring a first timestamp from the interactive information acquisition request, where the user terminal sends the interactive information acquisition request to the live broadcast server at preset time intervals, and the interactive information acquisition request carries the first timestamp.
The method of the present embodiment is described below with a live server as an execution subject.
In this embodiment, the client periodically sends an acquisition request to the live broadcast server, where the period is a preset time interval, and the preset time interval may be a preset fixed value, in other embodiments, the preset time interval may also be set according to the number of viewers participating in live broadcast interaction or the density of interaction information, and generally, the time interval is very small, so that a user can acquire interaction messages sent by other viewers in time. For example, in some embodiments, the preset time interval is 0.01 to 5 seconds, and optionally, the preset time interval is 0.5 seconds. And when the user terminal sends an interactive information acquisition request every time, acquiring a timestamp according to the current time of the terminal system, adding the timestamp in the request and sending the request to the live broadcast server.
Step S20, acquiring a second timestamp of the interactive information acquisition request sent last time by the user terminal;
step S30, calculating a time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and determining whether the time interval is greater than the preset time interval;
step S40, if the time interval is greater than the preset time interval, acquiring interaction information recorded from a time point corresponding to the difference value between the first timestamp and the preset time length to a time point corresponding to the first timestamp, and sending the acquired interaction information to the user terminal for displaying, wherein the preset time length is less than or equal to the preset time interval.
The live broadcast server acquires a first time stamp from the interactive information acquisition request, acquires the time stamp in the request sent by the user terminal last time, calculates the time interval, if the time interval is greater than the preset time interval, excessive interactive information can be accumulated, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the excessive interactive information is sent to the user terminal at one time to cause information rolling, the interactive information recorded from the time point corresponding to the difference value of the first time stamp and the preset time length to the time point corresponding to the first time stamp is sent to the user terminal, namely, only the interactive information in the preset time length before the first time stamp is sent to the user.
Optionally, in order to further improve the real-time performance of the interactive information synchronization, when a live broadcast server establishes a live broadcast connection with the user terminal, the current system time is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal obtains a time difference between the live broadcast server and the live broadcast server according to the received system time, and when an interactive information obtaining request is sent to the live broadcast server, a timestamp is determined according to the time difference, so that the timestamp is matched with the system time of the live broadcast server.
Because the system time between user terminal's system time and the live broadcast server probably has the condition of nonconformity, avoid causing the not real-time phenomenon of interactive information because of this kind of condition, when live broadcast server and user terminal set up live broadcast connection, live broadcast server sends current system time to user terminal, user terminal judges whether the system time of self is unanimous with the system time of live broadcast server, if inconsistent, then record time difference, so that adjust the timestamp in the interactive information acquisition request according to the time difference, make the timestamp of sending to live broadcast server and live broadcast server's time unanimous.
In addition, in the case of a normal network, the time interval of the timestamps in the two adjacent received requests is generally equal to the preset time interval for the live broadcast server, and in this case, there are many implementations for the interactive message processing.
In a second mode, the interactive information sending program may be further executed by the processor, so that after the step of calculating the time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and determining whether the time interval is greater than a preset time interval, the following steps are further implemented:
if the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, acquiring the interaction information recorded in the time interval, and determining the quantity of the acquired interaction information;
if the number of the acquired interactive information is larger than the preset number, sending the interactive information of the preset number closest to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp to the user terminal for displaying;
and if the number of the acquired interactive information is less than or equal to the preset number, acquiring the interactive information recorded in the time interval, and sending the acquired interactive information to the user terminal for displaying.
Because the number of audiences participating in interaction in the live broadcast process is changed, and the number of interactive messages generated in the same time duration is possibly different, in order to further reduce the transmission of invalid data, under the condition that the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, the number of the interactive messages recorded in the time interval by the live broadcast server is counted, if the number is greater than the preset number, the interactive messages with the preset number closest to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp are sent to the user terminal to be displayed, and otherwise, the interactive messages recorded in the time interval are sent to the user terminal to be displayed.
In the method for sending interactive information in live broadcasting, a user terminal actively sends an interactive information acquisition request to a live broadcasting server at every preset time interval, the request carries a first timestamp, the live broadcasting server acquires the first timestamp from the received interactive information acquisition request, acquires a second timestamp from the interactive information acquisition request sent last by the user terminal, calculates a time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and if the time interval is greater than the preset time interval, acquires the interactive information recorded from a time point of a difference value between the first timestamp and a preset time length to a time point corresponding to the first timestamp, and sends the interactive information to the user terminal for displaying.
The second embodiment of the method for sending the interactive information in the live broadcast is provided based on the first embodiment. In this embodiment, before step S40, the method further includes the following steps:
if the time interval is larger than the preset time interval, determining the number of audiences currently participating in live broadcast interaction;
acquiring preset time corresponding to the number of audiences currently participating in live broadcast interaction according to a preset mapping relation between the number of the audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction and the preset time, wherein the larger the number of the audiences participating in the live broadcast interaction is, the smaller the preset time is;
and executing the step of acquiring the interaction information recorded from the time point corresponding to the difference value between the first timestamp and the preset time length to the time point corresponding to the first timestamp based on the acquired preset time length.
In this embodiment, the preset duration is a dynamically adjustable value, and the live broadcast server dynamically adjusts the size of the preset duration according to the number of viewers participating in the live broadcast interaction.

Further, when executed by the processor, the interactive information sending program further implements the following operations:
the interactive information sending program is further executable by the processor to, after the step of calculating the time interval between the first timestamp and the second timestamp and determining whether the time interval is greater than a preset time interval, further implement the following steps:
and if the time interval is equal to the preset time interval, acquiring the interaction information recorded in the time interval, and sending the acquired interaction information to the user terminal for displaying.
