Abstract
The invention discloses a wiring assembly and a wiring seat. The wiring assembly is used for connecting wires and comprises a wiring seat, a pressing structure and a fastening structure, wherein the pressing structure comprises a pressing surface, and the fastening structure can press the wires between the pressing surface of the pressing structure and the wiring seat. According to the novel wiring assembly and the novel wiring device, the electric wire is tightly pressed between the pressing surface of the pressing structure and the wiring seat through the fastening structure, so that the electric wire is directly contacted with the pressing surface, the electric wire is prevented from being broken or damaged, and the wiring reliability of the electric wire is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to a wiring assembly and a connector.
Background
At present, the two wires may be directly connected, or may be connected by a wire connection device. When the wiring device is used for connecting two wires, the two wires are connected with two wiring parts in the wiring device by using the screws respectively, the connection is more convenient, the external coating of the wires is not required to be additionally arranged by using the insulating device, so that electric shock is prevented, the safety is higher, however, in the existing wiring device, the wires are directly connected with the wiring device by using the screws, partial wires in the wires are broken or damaged in the fastening process of the screws, and the connection reliability is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a wire connecting assembly and a wire connector for solving the problem that the screw breaks or damages the wire during the assembly process.
In order to achieve the above purpose, on one hand, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wiring assembly is used for connecting wires and comprises a wiring seat, a pressing structure and a fastening structure, wherein the pressing structure comprises a pressing surface, and the fastening structure can press the wires between the pressing surface of the pressing structure and the wiring seat.
Preferably, the compression structure comprises a resilient compression tab comprising opposed first and second surfaces, the fastening structure being capable of being compressed against the first surface, at least part of the second surface constituting the compression face.
Preferably, the wire holder comprises a first connecting structure, the elastic pressing piece comprises a second connecting structure, and the wire holder is connected with the elastic pressing piece through the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure.
Preferably, the first connection structure and the second connection structure form a clamping connection.
Preferably, the wire holder comprises a tubular structure or a groove-shaped structure, and the elastic pressing piece is accommodated in an inner cavity of the tubular structure or the groove-shaped structure.
Preferably, the first connecting structure comprises a fixing hole or a fixing groove arranged on the cavity wall of the inner cavity of the tubular structure or the groove-shaped structure, and the second connecting structure comprises a protruding structure arranged on the elastic pressing piece, and the protruding structure is clamped into the fixing hole or the fixing groove.
Preferably, the elastic pressing piece is in a wave structure, and one trough or wave crest of the wave structure and a structure close to the trough or wave crest form the convex structure; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the wave structure comprises compression parts at two ends, and the fastening structure can compress the electric wire between the compression parts and the wire holder.
Preferably, the elastic pressing piece is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the electric wire.
Preferably, the limit structure is formed by an elastic pressing piece structure between the pressing part and a crest or trough close to the pressing part.
Preferably, the fastening structure comprises a fastener which is in threaded connection with the wire holder.
Preferably, the pressing surface is provided with a concave-convex structure.

The novel wiring assembly and the novel wiring device are provided, the electric wire is tightly pressed between the pressing surface of the pressing structure and the wiring seat through the fastening structure, so that the electric wire is directly contacted with the pressing surface, the electric wire is prevented from being broken or damaged, and the wiring reliability of the electric wire is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described below based on embodiments, and it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the drawings provided herein are for illustrative purposes and that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a wire connection assembly 1 for connecting wires 4, wherein the wires 4 may be a strand of a plurality of thin wires, or may be a thin wire or a thick wire, and the wire connection assembly 1 electrically connects two wires 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the wire connecting assembly 1 includes a wire holder 11, a pressing structure 12 and a fastening structure 13, the wire holder 11 is made of a conductive material, the wire holder may be copper, the wires 4 are in direct contact with the wire holder 11, the two wires 4 are conducted through the wire holder 11, the pressing structure 12 includes a pressing surface 1211, and the fastening structure 13 can press the wires 4 between the pressing surface 1211 of the pressing structure 12 and the wire holder 11, so that the wires 4 are in direct contact with the pressing surface 1211, thereby avoiding the wires 4 from being broken or damaged, and improving the connection reliability of the wires 4.
In one embodiment of the pressing structure 12, as shown in fig. 1, the pressing structure 12 includes an elastic pressing piece 121, where the elastic pressing piece 121 may enable the wire assembly 1 to be reused, the elastic pressing piece 121 includes a first surface 1217 and a second surface 1218 opposite to each other, and the fastening structure 13 can be pressed against the first surface 1217, and at least a portion of the second surface 1218 forms the pressing surface 1211. In the above embodiment of the pressing structure 12, one embodiment of the wire holder 11 is that, as shown in fig. 2 and 1, the wire holder 11 includes a tubular structure 111 or a groove structure, and the elastic pressing piece 121 is accommodated in an inner cavity of the tubular structure 111 or the groove structure. In the above embodiment of the wire holder 11, the wire holder 11 includes the first connection structure 112, the elastic pressing piece 121 includes the second connection structure 1212, and the wire holder 11 and the elastic pressing piece 121 are connected through the first connection structure 112 and the second connection structure 1212. Preferably, the first connection structure 112 and the second connection structure 1212 form a snap-fit connection, so that the assembly of the wire holder 11 and the elastic pressing piece 121 is simple. In one embodiment of the first connection structure 112 and the second connection structure 1212, the first connection structure 112 includes a fixing hole 1121 or a fixing groove provided on a wall of an inner cavity of the tubular structure 111 or the groove-shaped structure, and the second connection structure 1212 includes a protrusion structure 1213 provided on the elastic pressing piece 121, and the protrusion structure 1213 is snapped into the fixing hole 1121 or the fixing groove. Further preferably, the elastic pressing piece 121 is a wave structure 1214, one of the wave troughs or wave crests of the wave structure 1214 and a structure close to the wave trough or wave crest form the protruding structure 1213, meanwhile, the wave structure 1214 further comprises pressing parts 1215 at two ends, and the fastening structure 13 can press the electric wire 4 between the pressing parts 1215 and the wire holder 11. In the above specific embodiment of the wire holder 11, the fastening structure 13 includes a fastener 131, where the fastener 131 is screwed with the wire holder 11, and the fastener 131 may be, for example, a screw, and a mounting hole 1111 may be provided on a pipe wall or a groove wall of the wire holder 11, and the screw is mounted on the wire holder 11 through the mounting hole 1111.
When the elastic pressing piece 121 is not pressed by the fastening piece 131 to press the electric wire 4 and the wire holder 11, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the electric wire 4 can be moved into or out of the inner cavity of the wire holder 11, and when the elastic pressing piece 121 is pressed by the fastening piece 131 to press the electric wire 4 and the wire holder 11, as shown in fig. 6, the elastic pressing piece 121 presses the electric wire 4 and the wire holder 11, so that the wire assembly 1 can be reused.
In the above embodiment of the pressing structure 12, the elastic pressing piece 121 is provided with a limiting structure 1216 for limiting the wire 4, so as to limit the end of the wire 4 inserted into the wire holder 11. Preferably, the structure of the elastic pressing piece 121 between the pressing portion 1215 and the crest or trough near the pressing portion 1215 constitutes the limit structure 1216.
The pressing surface 1211 is provided with a concave-convex structure 1219, and the concave-convex structure 1219 can increase the friction coefficient between the pressing surface 1211 and the electric wire 4, thereby improving the pressing reliability between the pressing surface 1211 and the electric wire 4. In one embodiment of the relief 1219, the relief includes ribs disposed on the compression surface 1211.
The invention also provides a wire connector, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, comprising a sheath 2, a fixing seat 3 and the wire connecting assembly 1, wherein the wire connecting assembly 1 is fixed in the sheath 2 through the fixing seat 3. The wiring assembly 1 in the wiring device comprises at least one, and in the wiring device shown in fig. 2, four wiring assemblies 1 are arranged in the wiring device.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing base 3 includes at least one hollow structure, the hollow structure is used for fixing the wiring assembly 1, the fixing base 3 includes a mounting portion 31, the fixing base 3 is connected with the sheath 2 through the mounting portion 31, the mounting portion 31 may be, for example, an external thread disposed on an outer wall of the fixing base 3, the sheath 2 includes a cylindrical body 21 and a cap 22, one end of the cylindrical body 21 is connected with the cap 22, and the other end of the cylindrical body 21 is connected with the fixing base 3. The cylindrical body 21 is in sealing connection with the fixing seat 3, preferably, sealing rings 24 are arranged at two ends of the external thread, a sealing structure 23 is arranged in the cap 22, and the sealing structure 23 is used for forming sealing connection between the cap 22 and the electric wire 4.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above preferred embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.

1. A wire connection assembly for connecting wires (4), characterized by comprising a wire connection holder (11), a compression structure (12) and a fastening structure (13), the compression structure (12) comprising a compression face (1211), the fastening structure (13) being capable of compressing the wires (4) between the compression face (1211) of the compression structure (12) and the wire connection holder (11);
the compression structure (12) comprises an elastic compression sheet (121), the elastic compression sheet (121) comprising opposite first (1217) and second (1218) surfaces, the fastening structure (13) being capable of being compressed against the first surface (1217), at least part of the second surface (1218) constituting the compression surface (1211).
2. The wire connection assembly according to claim 1, wherein the wire holder (11) comprises a first connection structure (112), the elastic compression tab (121) comprises a second connection structure (1212), and the wire holder (11) and the elastic compression tab (121) are connected by the first connection structure (112) and the second connection structure (1212).
3. The wiring assembly of claim 2, wherein the first connection structure (112) and the second connection structure (1212) form a snap-fit.
4. The terminal assembly according to claim 2, wherein the terminal block (11) comprises a tubular structure (111) or a channel structure, and the elastic compression piece (121) is accommodated in an inner cavity of the tubular structure (111) or the channel structure.
5. The wiring assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first connection structure (112) comprises a fixing hole (1121) or a fixing groove provided on a cavity wall of an inner cavity of the tubular structure (111) or the groove-shaped structure, and the second connection structure (1212) comprises a protruding structure (1213) provided on the elastic pressing piece (121), and the protruding structure (1213) is snapped into the fixing hole (1121) or the fixing groove.
6. The wire assembly of claim 5, wherein the resilient compression tab (121) is in a wave configuration (1214), one of the wave configuration (1214) valleys or peaks and a configuration adjacent to the valley or peak constituting the raised configuration (1213); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the wave structure (1214) comprises pressing parts (1215) at two ends, and the fastening structure (13) can press the electric wire (4) between the pressing parts (1215) and the wire holder (11).
7. The wiring assembly according to claim 6, wherein the elastic pressing piece (121) is provided with a limiting structure (1216) for limiting the electric wire (4).
8. The wiring assembly of claim 7, wherein the resilient compression tab (121) structure between the compression portion (1215) and a peak or trough adjacent the compression portion (1215) forms the retaining structure (1216).
9. The terminal assembly according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the fastening structure (13) comprises a fastener (131), the fastener (131) being screwed with the terminal block (11).
10. The terminal assembly according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the pressing surface (1211) is provided with a relief structure (1219).
11. A wire connector comprising a sheath (2) and a holder (3), characterized in that it comprises a wire connection assembly (1) according to one of claims 1-10, said wire connection assembly (1) being fixed in said sheath (2) by means of said holder (3).
12. The connector according to claim 11, characterized in that the holder (3) comprises at least one hollow structure for holding the wiring assembly (1); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the fixing seat (3) comprises an installation part (31), and the fixing seat (3) is connected with the sheath (2) through the installation part (31).
13. The connector according to claim 11, wherein the sheath (2) comprises a cylindrical body (21) and a cap (22), one end of the cylindrical body (21) is connected to the cap (22), and the other end of the cylindrical body (21) is connected to the fixing base (3).
14. The connector according to claim 13, characterized in that the cylindrical body (21) is in a sealed connection with the fixed seat (3); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
