Abstract
一种生物质环保锅炉,包括炉体,炉体内设有燃烧室,燃烧室底部设置炉排,炉体侧壁对应炉排下方设置清灰门,炉体内位于燃烧室一侧设有沉降室,燃烧室与沉降室之间连接火道,所述火道分别与燃烧室内壁和沉降室内壁相切;炉体侧壁设有通入燃烧室顶部的进料机,所述进料机是由插入燃烧室顶部的进料管、安装在进料管上的料斗、安装在进料管外端的电动推杆构成;沉降室顶部设置汽水循环式高效锅炉胆,炉体侧壁设有分别通入燃烧室底部、沉降室顶部和火道的配风孔,各配风孔外端连接配风机。其可使生物质燃料充分燃烧,提高生物质燃料利用率,减少耗材,避免有毒气体和有害粉尘颗粒排放到室外,卫生环保。

[0001] 本发明涉及锅炉,尤其涉及生物质环保锅炉。
背景技术
[0002] 生物质是指通过光合作用而形成的各种有机体,包括所有的动植物和微生物。生 物质能则是太阳能以化学能形式储存在生物质中的能量形式,它一直是人类赖以生存的重 要能源之一,是仅次于煤炭、石油、天然气之后第四大能源,在整个能源系统中占有重要的 地位。
[0003] 传统生物质锅炉主要由燃烧室、锅炉胆、连接在燃烧室底部与锅炉胆顶部之间的 火道构成,这种生物质锅炉产生的热量由上向下进入火道的方式导致生物质燃料燃烧不充 分,生物质燃料热能利用率低,耗材多,冒黑烟,造成有毒气体和有害粉尘颗粒排放到室外, 污染大气环境。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种生物质环保锅炉,其可使生物质燃料 充分燃烧,提高生物质燃料利用率,减少耗材,避免有毒气体和有害粉尘颗粒排放到室外, 卫生环保。

[0006] 一种生物质环保锅炉,包括炉体,炉体内设有燃烧室,燃烧室底部设置炉排,炉体 侧壁对应炉排下方设置清灰门,其特殊之处在于:炉体内位于燃烧室一侧设有沉降室,燃烧 室与沉降室之间连接火道,所述火道分别与燃烧室内壁和沉降室内壁相切;炉体侧壁设有 通入燃烧室顶部的进料机,所述进料机是由插入燃烧室顶部的进料管、安装在进料管上的 料斗、安装在进料管外端的电动推杆构成;沉降室顶部设置汽水循环式高效锅炉胆,炉体侧 壁设有分别通入燃烧室底部、沉降室顶部和火道的配风孔,各配风孔外端连接配风机。

[0010] 1、由于燃烧室与沉降室之间连接火道,所述火道分别与燃烧室内壁和沉降室内壁 相切,设在炉体侧壁通入燃烧室底部、沉降室顶部和火道的配风孔外端连接配风机,使燃烧 室和沉降室产生涡旋气流,生物质燃料充分燃烧,提高生物质燃料利用率,减少耗材;生物 质燃料燃烧产生的大颗粒粉尘在涡旋气流作用下直接落到燃烧室底部,经火道进入沉降室 的小颗粒粉尘在涡旋气流再次作用下落到沉降室底部,避免有毒气体和有害粉尘颗粒排放 到室外,卫生环保。
[0011] 2、由于在炉体侧壁设置由插入燃烧室顶部的进料管、安装在进料管上的料斗、安 装在进料管外端的电动推杆构成的进料机,通过电动推杆将料斗内的生物质燃料推送到燃 烧室内,省时省力,降低作业强度,提高进料效率。

具体实施方式
[0016]如图所示,一种生物质环保锅炉,包括炉体1,在炉体1内设有左右布置的燃烧室2 和沉降室3,燃烧室2底部设置炉排4,燃烧室2内靠近炉排4处设置点火器5,炉体1侧壁对应 炉排4下方设置清灰门6,炉体1侧壁设有通入燃烧室2顶部的进料机,所述进料机是由插入 燃烧室2顶部的进料管7、安装在进料管7上的料斗8、安装在进料管7外端的电动推杆9构成; 燃烧室2与沉降室3之间连接火道10,所述火道10分别与燃烧室2内壁和沉降室3内壁相切, 沉降室3顶部设置汽水循环式高效锅炉胆11,炉体1侧壁设有分别通入燃烧室2底部、沉降室 3顶部和火道10的配风孔12,各配风孔12外端连接配风机13,炉体1侧壁设置分别与燃烧室2 和沉降室3对应的观火门14。
[0017]操作时,首先将生物质燃料装入料斗8,启动电动推杆9将生物质燃料经进料管7推 入燃烧室2,然后启动点火器5将燃烧室2内的生物质燃料点燃,并启动配风机13,在燃烧室2 和沉降室3产生涡旋气流,生物质燃料燃烧产生的热量经火道10进入沉降室3上升将汽水循 环式高效锅炉胆11中的水加热,生物质燃料燃烧产生的大颗粒粉尘在涡旋气流作用下直接 落到燃烧室2底部,经火道10进入沉降室3的小颗粒粉尘在涡旋气流再次作用下落到沉降室 3底部,避免排放到大气中的尾气污染环境,卫生环保。
