Background
The existing oil fume purification generally needs to be provided with a plurality of large-volume device combinations such as a fume hood, a fume exhaust fan, an oil fume separation device, an air pipe and an oil liquid recovery device, and has the disadvantages of high manufacturing cost, large volume, high installation cost and poor purification effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a turbine type wet lampblack purification system to solve at least one aspect of the problems.
According to one aspect of the invention, a turbine type wet lampblack purification system is provided, which comprises a motor, a machine head, at least one turbine arranged in the machine head, a washing liquid spraying device, a circulating reflux device for recycling washing liquid, and a high-speed water throwing net disc, wherein the high-speed water throwing net disc is divided into a first high-speed water throwing net disc and a second high-speed water throwing net disc which are identical in structure; the right end of the machine head is provided with an oil fume suction port, the washing liquid spraying device is arranged on the inner side of the right end of the machine head and is opposite to the oil fume suction port, and the washing liquid spraying device sprays mist washing liquid to oil fume sucked into the oil fume suction port during working; at least one second high-speed water throwing net disc for exhausting and throwing water is arranged at an air outlet at the upper part of the left side of the machine head; one end of the circulating reflux device is communicated with the inner cavity of the left handpiece, and the other end of the circulating reflux device is communicated with the washing liquid spraying device; the second high-speed water throwing net disc is communicated with the circulating reflux device through a reflux pipe, and mixed liquid thrown out by the second high-speed water throwing net disc is introduced into the circulating reflux device.
The device is multifunctional in an organic whole with smoking, purification, exhaust fume, fire control, recovery cyclic utilization, and the structure of rational utilization itself reaches best purifying effect, reduces the volume, reduces installation cost.
Preferably, the number of the turbines is two to six, so that the power of the machine head can be increased conveniently according to actual use.
Preferably, washing liquid atomizer is including fixing a plurality of water smoke shower nozzles on aircraft nose right-hand member inner wall, and oil smoke suction inlet is aimed at to a plurality of water smoke shower nozzles, and the during operation sprays vaporific washing liquid to the oil smoke that oil smoke suction inlet was inhaled, lets vaporific washing liquid and oil smoke fully contact the mixture, with the preliminary purification separation of oil smoke size granule.
Preferably, circulation reflux unit includes force (forcing) pump, washing liquid storage tank, the filter screen of being connected with the force (forcing) pump, the washing liquid storage tank passes through back flow intercommunication left side aircraft nose inner chamber, and the force (forcing) pump passes through back flow intercommunication water smoke shower nozzle.
Preferably, the bottom of the inner cavity on the left side of the handpiece is provided with a backflow pool for collecting the washing liquid, and the washing liquid storage tank is communicated with the backflow pool through a backflow pipe.
Preferably, at least one first high-speed water throwing net disc is arranged at the oil smoke suction opening at the right end of the machine head, and oil smoke entering from the oil smoke suction opening is subjected to primary deoiling; the first high-speed water throwing net disc is communicated with a waste oil recovery box through a return pipe, and mixed liquid thrown out by the first high-speed water throwing net disc is introduced into the waste oil recovery box.
Preferably, the inner wall of the second high-speed water throwing net disc is provided with a liquid recovery cavity for collecting mixed liquid thrown on the inner wall, and the liquid recovery cavity is communicated with the reflux pool through a pipeline.
Preferably, a liquid feeding port, an automatic liquid outlet, a washing liquid detection device and a liquid feeding alarm device are arranged on the washing liquid storage tank, and the washing liquid detection device is arranged in the washing liquid storage tank and is used for detecting the liquid level, the concentration, the PH value and the like of the washing liquid; when the washing liquid detection device detects that the liquid level, the concentration, the PH value and other numerical values of the washing liquid in the storage tank are lower than the set values, the automatic liquid outlet automatically discharges liquid; when the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing liquid storage tank is not enough to set a liquid level value, the liquid adding alarm device gives out a warning to remind an operator of adding the washing liquid.
Preferably, when the turbine runs at a high speed, the cleaning solution is fully contacted with the oil smoke particles and the turbine blades, and the dirt on the turbine blades can be cleaned while the oil smoke particles are absorbed; under the action of high-speed exhaust air of the turbine and centrifugation, the cleaning solution flows to the left side along the inner wall of the machine head, so that dirt on the inner wall of the machine head can be cleaned; part of the washing liquid flowing on the inner wall of the machine head enters the reflux pool, and part of the washing liquid enters the high-speed water throwing net disc and is thrown out.

In fig. 1 and 2, a turbine wet lampblack purification system comprises a motor, a machine head 1 connected with a motor shaft, at least one turbine 3 arranged in the machine head 1, a washing liquid spraying device, a circulating reflux device for recycling washing liquid, and a high-speed water throwing mesh disc 2, wherein the high-speed water throwing mesh disc is divided into a first high-speed water throwing mesh disc and a second high-speed water throwing mesh disc which are identical in structure; the right end of the machine head 1 is provided with a lampblack suction opening 6, and the lampblack suction opening 6 is arranged opposite to an indoor kitchen lampblack generating position; the washing liquid spraying device is arranged on the inner side of the right end of the machine head 1 and is opposite to the oil smoke suction opening 6, and during work, the washing liquid spraying device sprays mist washing liquid to the oil smoke sucked in by the oil smoke suction opening 6; a second high-speed water throwing net disc for exhausting and throwing water is arranged at an air outlet 8 at the upper part of the left side of the machine head 1; one end of the circulating reflux device is communicated with the inner cavity of the left handpiece 1, and the other end of the circulating reflux device is communicated with the washing liquid spraying device; the second high-speed water throwing net disc is communicated with the circulating reflux device through a reflux pipe, and mixed liquid thrown out by the second high-speed water throwing net disc is introduced into the circulating reflux device. When the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing liquid storage box is not enough to set a liquid level value, the microcontroller controls the liquid adding alarm device to give out a warning to remind an operator of adding the washing liquid.
In the embodiment, when the turbine 3 runs at a high speed, the cleaning solution is in full contact with and rubs with the oil smoke particles and the blades of the turbine 3, and the dirt on the blades of the turbine 3 can be cleaned while the oil smoke particles are absorbed; under the action of high-speed exhaust air and centrifugation of the turbine 3, the cleaning solution flows to the left side along the inner wall of the machine head 1, so that dirt on the inner wall of the machine head 1 can be cleaned; reach the self-cleaning effect of efficient on the whole, need not artifical the dismantlement cleanness. Part of the washing liquid flowing on the inner wall of the bottom of the machine head 1 enters the backflow pool 5, and the other part of the washing liquid enters the high-speed water throwing net disc 2 under high-speed wind power and is thrown out.
In holistic work, the washing liquid plays the effect of giving aircraft nose 1 cooling, has avoided traditional lampblack absorber self high temperature to arouse the problem of conflagration, and is more swift in the aspect of purifying, has solved the complicated inefficient clean system of traditional lampblack absorber.
