The application of the reversing auxiliary system using the ultrasonic sensor as a main component on the automobile is more and more widespread, and the ultrasonic sensor is generally installed on a bumper at the front or rear of the automobile, and is used for detecting the distance between the automobile body and an obstacle and reminding a driver to pay attention when the set dangerous distance is reached.
At present, ultrasonic sensors mounted on automobile bumpers in the market are generally divided into a head cover type and a back adhesive type.
The back glue type ultrasonic sensor needs special tooling equipment positioning and fixing devices so as to ensure that the sensor is concentric with a bumper hole.
Or special jigs are manufactured, and special rotary jigs are manufactured in Chinese invention patent with patent number ZL201520686331.5 for ensuring that the sensor and the bumper are concentric. However, in the implementation process of the patent, the rotating jig is easy to skew in the rotating alignment process, and at the moment, the adhesive tape is likely to be adhered to the bumper first to cause inaccurate alignment, so that the adjustment is inconvenient.

When the support is fixed, the salient points contact the inner side surface of the bumper firstly, after the support is aligned and adjusted, the adhesive tape is attached, the pre-breaking structure on the elastic cantilever is broken, and the support is completely attached to the inner side surface of the bumper. The problem that residual stress influences adhesive tape adhesion fastness after the bracket is not easy to align and adjust is solved.
