Abstract
本发明涉及一种中央吸尘系统,特别是一种吸尘口可移动的中央吸尘系统,它包括一个固定的主吸尘装置、一个可移动的副吸尘装置和连接主吸尘装置的吸入管与副吸尘装置的排出管的一段软管,主吸尘装置和副吸尘装置由联动的开关控制启停,并通过对软管内部压力的控制来保证其始终为正压或微负压,它能克服现有吸尘系统的缺点,提供一种能同时具有室内噪音小、手持部分轻便、易清理、能耗低、不存在二次扬尘污染等优点的中央吸尘系统。另外,当吸尘口在远离被吸物体表面时,可降低电机运行速度或降低风量以降低功耗,待吸尘口贴近被吸物体表面时,再恢复之前的状态。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸尘系统,特别是一种吸尘口可移动的中央吸尘系统。
背景技术
常见的吸尘系统有两种,一种是电机和风机、过滤器和吸尘口共处一室的,如家用吸尘器;一种是电机和风机、过滤器和吸尘口分开设置的,如中央吸尘系统。这两种吸尘系统各有优缺点,家用吸尘器,特别是手持式具有管路短、功率小、轻便等优点,但存在室内噪音大、过滤器过滤面积小、不易清理、特别是有二次扬尘污染的缺点;而中央吸尘系统刚好相反,虽然具有主机功率大、可移动管路较笨重的缺点,但其具有过滤器过滤面积大、易清理、室内噪音小、特别是不存在二次扬尘污染的优点。常见吸尘系统还有一个缺点,就是当吸尘口远离被吸物体表面时,吸尘口的空气流通的面积变大、阻力变小、风量变大,导致电机功耗增大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有吸尘系统各自的缺点,提供一种能综合现有吸尘系统各自优点的中央吸尘系统,即同时具有室内噪音小、手持部分轻便、易清理、能耗低、方便移动和存放、避免二次扬尘污染等优点的中央吸尘系统。另外,当吸尘口远离被吸物体表面时,可自动降低电机功耗,待吸尘口贴近被吸物体表面时,再恢复之前的状态。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种中央吸尘系统包括一个固定的主吸尘装置、一个可移动的副吸尘装置和连接主吸尘装置的吸入管与副吸尘装置的排出管的一段软管,主吸尘装置和副吸尘装置由联动的开关控制启停。
所述的软管内部始终为正压或微负压。
所述的软管的末端有自力式压差调节阀。
所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,压力传感器、所述的主吸尘装置的电机与控制器连接,控制器可控制主吸尘装置的电机转速。
所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,所述的软管的末端后面有电动调节阀门,压力传感器、电动调节阀门与控制器连接,控制器可调节阀门开度。
所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,压力传感器、所述的副吸尘装置的电机与控制器连接,控制器可控制副吸尘装置的电机转速。
所述的软管的一端内有一段硬管,所述的软管外侧有压轮,压轮转动时,所述的软管可部分或全部自动缩进或伸出。
中央吸尘系统采用以上技术方案后可实现:室内噪音小、手持部分轻便、易清理、能耗低、方便移动和存放、避免二次扬尘污染;当吸尘口远离被吸物体表面时,可自动降低电机的功耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1是现有家用吸尘器的示意图,图2是现有家用手持式吸尘器的示意图,电机1、风机2、以及过滤器3组成吸尘装置4,管路5连接吸尘装置4和吸尘口6,这些部件和操作人员共处一室,过滤后的空气仍排向室内,未被过滤掉的小粒径灰尘会长时间弥漫在室内空气中,即二次扬尘污染。
图3是现有中央吸尘系统的示意图,电机1、风机2、过滤器3以及管路组成吸尘装置4,管路5连接吸尘装置4和吸尘口6,吸尘装置4一般安装在无人的区域或室外,这样过滤后的空气就不会回到室内,避免了二次扬尘污染。管路5虽为软管,但其既要保证吸尘口6能服务所有房间的任何角落,又要保证有足够的流通面积和能承受较高的空气负压,所以管路5既长,又粗又重,给吸尘操作带来不便。
图4是中央吸尘系统第一个实施例的示意图,电机1、风机2、过滤器3以及管路组成主吸尘装置4,电机11、风机12、过滤器13、吸尘口6以及管路组成副吸尘装置14,主吸尘装置4的吸入管和副吸尘装置14的排出管之间有管路15,管路15为软管,管路15处于风机2的吸入侧和风机12的排出侧之间,主吸尘装置4和副吸尘装置14由联动的开关控制启停,其运行时管路15内的空气压力可能是正压,也可能是负压,其取决于风机2和风机12的特性、过滤器3和过滤器13的阻力、管路15的长度、截面积以及吸尘口6与被吸物体表面之间的间隙,但无论如何,总是高于图3中管路5内的空气压力值,所以管路15的耐负压的强度要求可以远远小于管路5,因而管路15可以比管路5更轻便。
在上述第一个实施例中,如果增大风机12的出力同时减小风机2的出力,并且降低过滤器13的阻力,或者增加主吸尘装置4内的阻力,则可以在保证同样吸尘效果的同时,维持管路15内的空气压力始终为正压或微负压,即管路15可以使用薄膜材料制成,而且不需骨架做支撑的,这样管路15将非常轻便,且能被压缩,便于移动和存放。过分增大风机12的出力会增加室内的噪音和手持部分的重量;而降低过滤器13的阻力可获得与增大风机12的出力的同样效果,所以过滤器13只需要过滤会缠绕风机12叶轮的毛发或纤维等,以及可能击穿管路15的尖锐物体,而其他灰尘可由过滤器3来过滤。当吸尘口贴近被吸物体表面时、或薄膜材料制成的管路15弯曲半径较小可能出现折弯时、或过滤器13长时间未清理,都会因气流流通面积变小而导致副吸尘装置14风量减小,如果风机12的转速不变,则管路15或其折弯处后面的管路可能会出现负压,一旦出现负压,则薄膜材料就会被吸扁或薄膜材料被吸入主吸尘装置4的吸入管中,此时整个吸尘系统的风量会继续下降,噪音增大,吸尘效果变差,此时应减小风机2的出力,或增加管路15之后的阻力,或提高风机12的出力,从而维持管路15不被吸扁,保证吸尘效果。
中央吸尘系统第二个实施例,在管路15的末端A处(如图4所示)有一自力式压差调节阀,如图5所示,一段硬管16一端封闭,另一端与主吸尘装置4的吸入管连接,硬管16的管壁有多个通气孔,硬管16的外侧是薄膜材料制成的管路15的末端,当硬管16外侧的压力为正时,薄膜材料不会贴在硬管16的外侧,气流可从全部通气孔流过;当硬管16外侧的压力为负时,根部的薄膜材料会贴在硬管16的外侧(如图中虚线所示),部分通气孔被封闭,空气流过硬管16的阻力上升,流量下降,此时管路15的其他部分则可维持正压或微负压。有多个通气孔的硬管16和外侧的薄膜材料组成的是一个自力式压差调节阀,类似的自力式压差调节阀也可以维持管路15内正压或微负压。
中央吸尘系统第三个实施例,在管路15的末端A处(如图4所示)有一压力传感器检测管内的压力值,压力传感器、主吸尘装置的电机1与控制器连接,控制器可控制电机1的转速,当检测到的压力值大于大气压,电机1的转速增加,反之,电机1的转速降低,以维持管路15内的正压或微负压。
中央吸尘系统第四个实施例,如果电机1的转速无法调节,可以在管路15的末端后面增加一个电动调节阀,在管路15的末端A处(如图4所示)有一压力传感器检测管内的压力值,压力传感器、电动调节阀与控制器连接,控制器根据压力传感器的检测值通过控制电动调节阀的开度来维持管路15内的正压或微负压。
中央吸尘系统第五个实施例,在管路15的末端A处(如图4所示)有一压力传感器检测管内的压力值,压力传感器、副吸尘装置的电机11与控制器连接,控制器可控制电机11的转速,当吸尘口6远离被吸物体表面时,A处的空气压力值会增加,控制器可降低电机11的转速,以降低电机11的功耗,并维持A处的压力值稍大于或等于大气压;当吸尘口6贴近被吸物体表面时,A处的空气压力值会降低,控制器可提高电机11的转速,继续维持A处的压力值稍大于或等于大气压,这样既能满足吸尘要求,又能降低功耗。
上述第五个实施例可以和第三个或第四个实施例联合起来使用,即压力传感器检测到的压力值小于大气压时,先提高电机11的转速直至最高速,然后再降低电机1的转速或关小电动调节阀的开度,来维持管路15内的压力稍大于或等于大气压,反之,则先降低电机11的转速直至最低速,然后再提高电机1的转速直至最高速或开大电动调节阀的开度直至最大。
从上述第二个到第五个实施例,管路15的末端可套在主吸尘装置4的吸入管的一段硬管外,或管路15的前端可套在副吸尘装置14的排出管的一段硬管外,如图6所示,由于管路15可以是薄膜材料制成的,所以其部分或全部可手动缩进或伸出,如果管路15外侧有压轮18,当压轮转动时,其部分或全部可自动缩进或伸出,便于吸尘时的移动和吸尘后的存放。
取走管路15后,副吸尘装置14还可独立运行,为减轻二次扬尘污染,应在排出管的末端加装一个出风过滤装置。
Claims (7)
1.一种中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:它包括一个固定的主吸尘装置、一个可移动的副吸尘装置和连接主吸尘装置的吸入管与副吸尘装置的排出管的一段软管,主吸尘装置和副吸尘装置由联动的开关控制启停,主吸尘装置由电机、风机、过滤器以及管路组成,副吸尘装置由电机、风机、过滤器、吸尘口以及管路组成,以降低软管对耐负压的强度要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管内部始终为正压或微负压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管的末端有自力式压差调节阀。
4.根据权利要求2所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,压力传感器、所述的主吸尘装置的电机与控制器连接,控制器可控制主吸尘装置的电机转速。
5.根据权利要求2所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,所述的软管的末端后面有电动调节阀门,压力传感器、电动调节阀门与控制器连接,控制器可调节阀门开度。
6.根据权利要求2所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管的末端有压力传感器,压力传感器、所述的副吸尘装置的电机与控制器连接,控制器可控制副吸尘装置的电机转速。
7.根据权利要求2所述的中央吸尘系统,其特征在于:所述的软管的一端内有一段硬管,所述的软管外侧有压轮,压轮转动时,所述的软管可部分或全部自动缩进或伸出。
