技术领域
本发明涉及一种配油盘,具体涉及一种改进卸荷槽位置的配油盘。
背景技术
在现有技术中,马达配油盘,卸荷槽或者卸荷孔都设在高低油槽边上,有的还会直接通过卸荷槽将高低压油槽连接起来,来减小泵体运行时因油压冲击产生的抖动,但是这样虽然抖动小,但是泄漏大,降低了马达的效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种抖动小,效率高的改进的配油盘。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的改进的配油盘,它包括配油盘本体,在所述配油盘本体的外边沿上均匀设有(3-18)个卸荷槽,在所述卸荷槽内侧设有封油带,在所述封油带上设有油孔,在所述配油盘本体的内边沿上设有卸荷孔。
在所述配油盘本体的外边沿上均匀设有9个卸荷槽。
在所述配油盘本体的内边沿上设有两个卸荷孔。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明结构设置合理,在配油盘本体的外边沿上设有卸荷槽,同时在配油盘本体的内边沿上设有卸荷孔,将卸荷槽设于封油带环槽外侧,同样可以减小因油压冲击产生的震动,同时避免了因卸荷造成的泄漏,大大提高了马达的效率,在配油盘本体的外边沿上均匀设有多个个卸荷槽,使卸荷均匀,进一步减小震动,符合实际使用要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的改进的配油盘,它包括配油盘本体1,在所述配油盘本体1的外边沿上均匀设有(3-18)个卸荷槽2,在所述卸荷槽2内侧设有封油带3,在所述封油带3上设有油孔4,在所述配油盘本体1的内边沿上设有卸荷孔5。本发明结构设置合理,在配油盘本体的外边沿上设有卸荷槽,同时在配油盘本体的内边沿上设有卸荷孔,将卸荷槽设于封油带环槽外侧,同样可以减小因油压冲击产生的震动,同时避免了因卸荷造成的泄漏,大大提高了马达的效率,在配油盘本体的外边沿上均匀设有多个个卸荷槽,使卸荷均匀,进一步减小震动,符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.改进的配油盘,其特征在于:它包括配油盘本体(1),在所述配油盘本体(1)的外边沿上均匀设有(3-18)个卸荷槽(2),在所述卸荷槽(2)内侧设有封油带(3),在所述封油带(3)上设有油孔(4),在所述配油盘本体(1)的内边沿上设有卸荷孔(5)。
