本发明适用于粮仓、水塔等构筑物混凝土养护工作。发明灵感来至于对传统施工中安全及质量隐患的改革。滑模操作平台5为提升式施工操作平台。本发明的装置由现场常用材料组装而成。选用PPR管,管径随工程截面尺寸等因素调整,在粮仓工程中,我们选用的是DN32PPR管。用专用PPR管件按建筑截面尺寸做环状连接。在PPR管环2下端开出均匀排布的小孔8。用棉被1一端包裹PPR管环2,另一端自然下垂。采用混凝土专用养护膜对PPR管环2和棉被1做缠绕式包裹,于靠近混凝土一侧开出均匀小孔。PPR管环2的连接端采用PPR管件三通3进行连接,于三通3上端管径口连接软管7。在混凝土结构施工初期采用铁钩4焊接固定在滑模操作平台5下端,随滑模操作平台5提升而提升。通过软管7连接水点,利用水在PPR管径里循环均匀的渗透到棉被1里,形成长时间稳定的潮湿性覆盖。通过最简单、原始的方式对混凝土进行最有效的养护。传统的浇水养护,需要大量的水及人工投入。由于本装置随滑模操作平台5做一体式提升,所以不需要人工拆装,只需要连接水点即可。同时因为采用混凝土专用养护膜的原因,抑制了水份散失,即实现了混凝土养护的最佳效果,同时大大降低了浇水养护对水量的需求而引起的浪费及污染。由于水量是均匀渗透到混凝土表面的,以棉被1的高度可以控制湿式覆盖养护的高度,多余的少量水会因为混凝土表面的吸附作用沿混凝土表面流淌,形成4~5米的润湿区,通过2米高的潮湿覆盖区与4到5米高的润湿区相结合的约7米的养护区域进行日常养护,为混凝土强度增长提供较好的环境条件。以粮仓工程为例,每次混凝土浇筑高度为200mm,浇筑混凝土量约为3.675m3。在滑模操作平台5提升的过程中,通过挂钩4调节本装置的高度。当浇筑的混凝土达到一定的初期强度后,恰好被滑模操作平台5下悬挂混凝土养护装置覆盖。随着滑模操作平台5的提升实现浇筑混凝土→平台提升→混凝土养护装置覆盖混凝土区域→平台提升→润湿区养护→平台提升→浇筑混凝土的循环过程。The invention is suitable for concrete maintenance work of structures such as granaries and water towers.
