Abstract
本发明提供一种石材污水过滤处理方法,以具有微过滤孔的陶瓷过滤盘为过滤介质对石材污水进行固液分离的过滤处理,陶瓷过滤盘在过滤处理过程中分为四个工作区域,分别为:吸浆区、干燥区、卸料区、反冲洗区,陶瓷过滤盘在四个工作区域反复循环,陶瓷过滤盘在过滤处理过程中包括吸浆步骤、干燥步骤和反冲洗步骤等步骤。采用本发明方法对石材加工过程中产生的污水进行过滤处理,过滤效果好,滤液清澈透明,滤饼干燥性能好,另外,本发明方法与现有的石材污水处理方法相比,能耗节省约80%以上,也能有效延长陶瓷过滤盘和超声波振子盒的使用寿命,有利于设备运行稳定及大大延长设备使用寿命长,有利于大大降低企业的生产成本和提高企业的生产效率。

背景技术
[0003]目前,在石材加工生产过程中,往往需要消耗大量水资源,同时会产生大量的石材 污水,石材污水中含有石材粉末及污泥,直接排放到河流、池塘或水库后,会对水体造成严 重污染。为了使石材加工生产过程更加环保,往往需要对石材污水进行过滤处理,将石材污 水中的石材粉末及污泥分离出来,形成的滤饼和滤液可分别回收再利用,即保护了环境又 节约了可观的水费及排污费。而目前市场上使用的污水处理机,其过滤效果不够理想,过滤 分离出来的滤液不够清澈透明,滤饼千燥性能也较差,不利于滤液和滤饼的回收再利用,尤 其在设备运行使用一段时间之后,容易出现设备运行不稳定,过滤效果较差的问题;另外, 现有的污水处理机的能耗也较大,不利于节约过滤生产成本。因而有必要研发出一种过滤 效果好同时又更为节约能耗的污水处理机及使用该污水处理机对石材污水进行过滤处理 的使用方法。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的是提供一种污水过滤处理方法,采用本发明方法对石材加工过程中 产生的污水进行过滤处理,过滤效果好,滤液清澈透明,滤饼干燥性能好。
[0005]为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0006] —种石材污水过滤处理方法,以具有微过滤孔的陶瓷过滤盘为过滤介质对石材污 水进行固液分离的过滤处理,陶瓷过滤盘在过滤处理过程中分为四个工作区域,分别为:吸 浆区、千燥区、卸料区、反冲洗区,陶瓷过滤盘在四个工作区域反复循环,陶瓷过滤盘在过滤 处理过程中包括以下四个步骤:
[0007] a)吸浆步骤:陶瓷过滤盘的底部浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中,陶瓷过滤盘的底 部处于吸浆区,工作开始时,浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中的陶瓷过滤盘在真空作用下,石 材污水中的水份通过微过滤孔进入到陶瓷过滤盘内部的中空腔室成为滤液,然后滤液通过 中空收集管进入分配阀到达真空桶,从真空桶底部排出;石材污水中的石材矿物质颗粒被 阻隔吸附在陶瓷过滤盘表面形成滤饼;
[000S] b)干燥步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动载着滤饼从吸浆区进入到干燥区,滤饼在陶瓷过滤 盘的真空作用下继续脱水干燥;
[0009] C)卸料步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动载着干燥后的滤饼从干燥区进入到卸料区,由刮刀 将陶瓷过滤盘表面的滤饼刮掉,并将被剥离出来的滤饼导出收集,进行集中处理;
[0010] d)反冲洗步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动从卸料区进入到反冲洗区,由反冲洗管道通过压 力调整将反冲洗水送入分配阀到达陶瓷过滤盘的中空腔室,由内而外清洗陶瓷过滤盘的微 过滤孔。
[0011] 作为本发明的一种改进,陶瓷过滤盘由12块扇形陶瓷过滤板组成,每块扇形陶瓷 过滤板的左右两个扇形侧面上均设有微过滤孔,每块陶瓷过滤盘底部的扇形陶瓷过滤板都 浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中。
[0012] 作为本发明的一种改进,过滤处理的同时对料浆槽内的石材污水进行搅拌处理。

具体实施方式

[0036]如图1至图18所示,一种本发明方法使用的污水处理机,包括机架1、用于容纳放置 石材污水的料浆槽11和用于控制整机运行的PLC控制器12,料浆槽11固定安装在机架1中 间,料浆槽11的槽底设有排污阀111,料浆槽11的侧壁顶部设有溢流孔112,PLC控制器固12 定安装在机架1顶部;还包括搅拌装置2、过滤装置3、真空桶4、真空泵5、刮刀6和超声波振子 盒7,由搅拌装置2对料浆槽11内的石材污水进行搅拌处理,过滤装置3依次与真空桶4、真空 泵5连接,由过滤装置3对料浆槽11内的石材污水进行过滤处理,由刮刀6将过滤装置3表面 的滤饼刮掉,由超声波振子盒7对过滤装置3进行超声波清洗。
[0037] 如图1、图2、图3、图4、图8和图9所示,所述真空桶4的顶部与分配阀30的两个出水 口301密封连接,真空桶4的顶部还与真空泵5密封连接;由真空泵5和真空桶4配合工作对陶 瓷过滤盘37进行抽真空,使陶瓷过滤盘37的内部与外表产生压力差;所述真空桶4的内部设 有隔板43,将真空桶4内部分隔成第一腔室41和第二腔室42,且在第一腔室41和第二腔室42 的连接部位的外壳设有一个密封的方形罩44;第一腔室41的顶部设有两个用于与分配阀30 的两个出水口 301连接的第三连接口 45,设有一个用于与真空泵5连接的第四连接口 46,第 一腔室41的底部设有第一排水口 47,第一排水口 47的端部设有活动盖板48,且第一排水口 47和活动盖板48均位于方形罩44内,方形罩44的底部与第二腔室42的顶部连通,第二腔室 42的底部设有第二排水口 49。所述每个陶瓷过滤盘37的左右两侧均设有用于将陶瓷过滤盘 37表面的滤饼刮掉的刮刀6,刮刀6固定安装在机架1顶部的另一侧,且在刮刀6的下方设有 用于导出滤饼的溜槽13,每个陶瓷过滤盘37的两侧面处于两把刮刀6之间,且陶瓷过滤盘37 的侧面表面与刮刀6的刀口的间距为l-5mm。所述料浆槽11内还设有若干间隔设置的超声波 振子盒7,超声波振子盒7与刮刀6位于机架1的同一侧,且超声波振子盒7位于相邻的陶瓷过 滤盘37之间。
[0038] 如图1至图3、以及图5至图7所示,所述搅拌装置2包括支撑架21、吊轴22、摆动支架 23、搅拌架24、传动杆25、搅拌轴26、轴承座27、电机支座28和搅拌电机29,所述机架1顶部的 一侧固定设有电机支座28,电机支座28上设有搅拌电机29和搅拌轴26,且搅拌轴26的左右 两端还设有轴承座27,轴承座27底部与机架1顶部固定连接;所述机架1顶部的左右两端分 别设有对称设置的支撑架21,每个支撑架21的顶部均通过吊轴22活动连接有一个摆动支架 23,两个摆动支架23的顶部分别通过传动杆25与搅拌轴26的两端活动连接,两个摆动支架 23的底部与搅拌架24的顶部两端固定连接;所述搅拌架24包括扇形连接板241、搅拌横杆 242和搅拌薄板243,两块扇形连接板241的顶部分别与摆动支架23的底部固定连接,两块扇 形连接板241之间设有三根间隔设置的搅拌横杆242,搅拌横杆242的两端与扇形连接板241 固定连接,搅拌横杆242上设有若干间隔设置的搅拌薄板243;由搅拌电机29带动搅拌架24 在料浆槽11内进行往复摆动,对料浆槽11内的石材污水进行搅拌处理。
[0039] 如图1至图3、以及图10至图18所示,所述过滤装置3包括减速机31、联轴器32、左支 座33、右支座34、转动轴35、筒体36、陶瓷过滤盘37、连接管38、中空收集管39和分配阀3〇;转 动轴35可转动地设于左支座33和右支座34上,筒体36固定装设于转动轴35上,筒体36的外 表面设有若干沿轴向均匀间隔分布的陶瓷过滤盘37和若干沿周向均匀间隔分布的中空收 集管39,且陶瓷过滤盘37通过连接管38与中空收集管39相连通,中空收集管39优选为真空 管,连接管38优选为真空软管;分配阀30装设于右支座34,分配阀30的右侧设有两个出水口 301和一个进水口 302,每根中空收集管39的右端均与分配阀30的左侧相连接,转动轴35的 右端与分配阀30的左侧中心相连接;转动轴35的左端通过联轴器32与减速机31传动连接, 由减速机31带动转动轴35、筒体36、陶瓷过滤盘37和中空收集管39进行同步运转。

[0042] 如图10至图18所示,每个陶瓷过滤盘37由12块扇形陶瓷过滤板71沿筒体36的周向 均匀间隔排布组成,每个支撑圈61上的相邻的两个支撑座611之间的间隙上方设有一块扇 形陶瓷过滤板71,每块扇形陶瓷过滤板71的底部两端分别与相邻的两个支撑座61的顶部固 定连接;每块扇形陶瓷过滤板71呈中空状,内部设有中空腔室73,该中空腔室73用于容纳经 扇形陶瓷过滤板71过滤后的滤液;在扇形陶瓷过滤板71的左右两侧的扇形侧面上布满了许 多个微米级孔径的微过滤孔(附图未示出),微过滤孔由扇形陶瓷过滤板71外表面贯通至扇 形陶瓷过滤板71的中空腔室73,每块扇形陶瓷过滤板71上的一个扇形侧面的过滤面积为 0.08-0.35平方米;在扇形陶瓷过滤板71的底部中间设有与中空收集管9上的第一连接口 91 相对应设置的第二连接口 72,第二连接口 72与第一连接口 91通过连接管8密封连接,使扇形 陶瓷过滤板71的中空腔室73与中空收集管39相连通,使得中空腔室73内的滤液流入中空收 集管39,进而将滤液从分配阀30的两个出水口 301导出。
[0043]扇形陶瓷过滤板71是以耐酸的陶瓷颗粒或石英、刚玉砂等为主要原料、添加少量 无机粘结剂及氧化锆增强剂等原料,经素烧、粉碎、分级、成型、制膜等工序加工而成,扇形 陶瓷过滤板71的加工制造方法为现有技术,在此不再详细描述。扇形陶瓷过滤板71具有过 滤孔径均匀性好、过滤效果好、机械强度高、耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、抗堵塞和易反冲洗等特点。 [0044]如图19所示,本发明方法使用的污水处理机的过滤装置3的工作原理如下:过滤装 置3的陶瓷过滤盘37的底部浸入料浆槽11的石材污水中,分配阀30的两个出水口301通过真 空桶4与真空泵5连接,分配阀30的进水口 302与反冲洗管道14连接;工作时,由减速机31带 动陶瓷过滤盘37进行缓慢转动,陶瓷过滤盘37作为过滤介质,其上设置的微过滤孔能产生 强烈的毛细作用,在真空栗5的作用下,陶瓷过滤盘37的内部和外部产生压力差,只有水份 能通过微过滤孔进入到陶瓷过滤盘37内部的中空腔室73成为滤液,然后滤液从分配阀30的 两个出水口 301流出进入到真空桶4,从真空桶4的底部排出,而固体和气体则无法通过微过 滤孔,使得石材矿物质颗粒被阻隔吸附在陶瓷过滤盘37的表面形成滤饼,从而实现对石材 污水的过滤处理。另外,陶瓷过滤盘37每吸一次滤饼后,用刮刀6将滤饼刮下,同时由反冲洗 管道14将反冲洗水由分配阀30的进水口 302送入到扇形陶瓷过滤板71内部的中空腔室73, 由内而外清洗扇形陶瓷过滤板71的微过滤孔,有效防止扇形陶瓷过滤板71的微过滤孔产生 堵塞,确保微过滤孔通畅,大大延长扇形陶瓷过滤板71的使用寿命。

[0048] (2)石材污水过滤处理:启动污水处理机,由污水处理机的搅拌装置2对料浆槽11 内的石材污水进行搅拌处理,由污水处理机的真空荥5和真空桶4配合工作对陶瓷过滤盘37 的中空腔室73进行抽真空处理,使陶瓷过滤盘37的中空腔室73与表面产生压力差,由污水 处理机的减速机31带动陶瓷过滤盘37缓慢转动,对料浆槽11内的石材污水进行过滤处理; 陶瓷过滤盘37在过滤处理过程中分为四个工作区域,分别为:吸浆区D1、干燥区D2、卸料区 D3、反冲洗区D4,陶瓷过滤盘37在四个工作区域反复循环,陶瓷过滤盘37在过滤处理过程中 包括以下四个步骤:

[0052] d)反冲洗步骤:陶瓷过滤盘37转动从卸料区D3进入到反冲洗区D4,由反冲洗管道 14通过压力调整将反冲洗水送入分配阀3〇到达陶瓷过滤盘37的中空腔室73,由内而外清洗 陶瓷过滤盘37的微过滤孔;本步骤采用的反冲洗水为污水处理机本身的过滤液或外接自来 水或经过沉淀后的工业用水; <
[0053] (3)联合清洗:陶瓷过滤盘37在工作7_9个小时之后,同时采用反冲洗清洗、清洗剂 清洗及超声波清洗三种清洗方式对陶瓷过滤盘37进行联合清洗,联合清洗时间为6〇_9〇分 钟;
[0054] <;4)停机清洗:污水处理机完成石材污水过滤工作之后,将料浆槽丨丨内少量剩余的 石材污水排出,然后用碱液对陶瓷过滤盘37进行反冲洗,最后同时采用清水反冲洗清洗及 超声波清洗对陶瓷过滤盘37进行清洗。
[0055]上述步骤⑶的联合清洗方法为:在联合清洗时,反冲洗清洗和清洗剂清洗是同时 利用反冲洗管道14进行,用计量栗(附图未示出)将质量分数为45-50%的稀硝酸送入反冲 洗管道14中与反冲洗水混合成质量分数为〇 • 5-丨• 5 %的清洗液,并调节反冲洗管道14内的 反冲洗压力为0.1-0. l5MPa,清洗液经过分配阀30和中空收集管39抵达反冲洗区,对每一个 循环中处于反冲洗区D4的陶瓷过滤盘37进行由内向外冲洗;超声波清洗是在料浆槽11内进 行,开启料浆槽11内的超声波振子盒7,由超声波振子盒7对每一个循环中处于反冲洗区D4 的陶瓷过滤盘37进行超声波清洗;陶瓷过滤盘37在工作7-9个小时之后,陶瓷过滤盘37上的 微过滤孔因逐渐被堵而使过滤效率有所降低,对陶瓷过滤盘37进行联合清洗可以将陶瓷过 滤盘37的微过滤孔内的污垢完全溶解剥离,确保陶瓷过滤盘37的微过滤孔进一步得到疏 通,保证后续过滤的高效率。

[0057] (e)通过料浆槽11底部的排污阀111将料浆槽丨i内少量剩余的石材污水排放到沉 淀池,保持污水处理机空载运行;然后,先对料浆槽11的内表面和陶瓷过滤盘37的外表面进 行清洗,清洗后的污水也通过料浆槽11底部的排污阀111排放到沉淀池;

Claims (4)
1.一种石材污水过滤处理方法,其特征在于,以具有微过滤孔的陶瓷过滤盘为过滤介 质对石材污水进行固液分离的过滤处理,陶瓷过滤盘在过滤处理过程中分为四个工作区 域,分别为:吸浆区、干燥区、卸料区、反冲洗区,陶瓷过滤盘在四个工作区域反复循环,陶瓷 过滤盘在过滤处理过程中包括以下四个步骤: a) 吸浆步骤:陶瓷过滤盘的底部浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中,陶瓷过滤盘的底部处 于吸浆区,工作开始时,浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中的陶瓷过滤盘在真空作用下,石材污 水中的水份通过微过滤孔进入到陶瓷过滤盘内部的中空腔室成为滤液,然后滤液通过中空 收集管进入分配阀到达真空桶,从真空桶底部排出;石材污水中的石材矿物质颗粒被阻隔 吸附在陶瓷过滤盘表面形成滤饼; b) 干燥步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动载着滤饼从吸浆区进入到干燥区,滤饼在陶瓷过滤盘的 真空作用下继续脱水干燥; c) 卸料步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动载着干燥后的滤饼从干燥区进入到卸料区,由刮刀将陶 瓷过滤盘表面的滤饼刮掉,并将被剥离出来的滤饼导出收集,进行集中处理; d) 反冲洗步骤:陶瓷过滤盘转动从卸料区进入到反冲洗区,由反冲洗管道通过压力调 整将反冲洗水送入分配阀到达陶瓷过滤盘的中空腔室,由内而外清洗陶瓷过滤盘的微过滤 孔。
2. 如权利要求1所述的石材污水过滤处理方法,其特征在于,陶瓷过滤盘由12块扇形陶 瓷过滤板组成,每块扇形陶瓷过滤板的左右两个扇形侧面上均设有微过滤孔,每块陶瓷过 滤盘底部的扇形陶瓷过滤板都浸没在料浆槽内的石材污水中。
3. 如权利要求1所述的石材污水过滤处理方法,其特征在于,过滤处理的同时对料浆槽 内的石材污水进行搅拌处理。
4. 如权利要求1所述的石材污水过滤处理方法,其特征在于,在反冲洗步骤中,反冲洗 水为污水处理机本身的过滤液或外接自来水或经过沉淀后的工业用水。
