Preferably, the guide plate is composed of a second bottom, a second vertical portion and a second horizontal portion, and the tray is at least partially located right under the second horizontal portion when the tray turns on the chain.
Preferably, a group of autorotation universal wheels are fixed on the lower surface of the tray, and when the tray is in linear transmission, the universal wheels are clung to the first vertical part of the chain side plate; when the tray turns, the universal wheels can be clung to the parts of the second vertical parts of the guide plates.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention discloses a stable reversing conveying tool, which comprises a frame 1 and a chain 2 arranged on the frame 1, wherein the chain 2 is driven to rotate by a driving device 3 arranged on the frame 1, a group of trays 4 are fixedly arranged on the chain 2 at equal intervals, a limiting assembly 6 for limiting a cylindrical workpiece 5 is arranged on the tray 4, the limiting assembly 6 comprises a first limiting piece 61 and a second limiting piece 65 which are arranged on the tray 4, a first groove 62 matched with the outer contour of the cylindrical workpiece 5 is arranged on the first limiting piece 61, and the first limiting piece 61 is positioned at one end of the cylindrical workpiece 5; the second limiting part 65 is provided with a second groove matched with the outer contour of the cylindrical workpiece 5, the second limiting part 65 is positioned at the other end of the cylindrical workpiece 5, and limiting of the workpiece 5 is completed through mutual matching of the first groove 62 and the second groove.
The rack 1 is further provided with a chain side plate 7 and a guide plate 8, the chain side plate 7 is positioned on two sides of the chain 2, the chain side plate 7 consists of a first bottom 71, a first vertical portion 72 and a first horizontal portion 73, the first bottom 72 is fixedly connected with the rack 1, the tray 4 is positioned below the first horizontal portion 73, the width of the tray 4 is between the distances between the adjacent first horizontal portion 73 and the adjacent first vertical portion 72, the chain side plate 7 can perform the guiding function and the supporting function on the tray 4, and the phenomenon that the tray is not scratched to the chain due to unstable operation is avoided. The guide plate 8 is positioned at one side of the turning part of the chain 2 and is close to the turning part. Specifically, the guide plate 8 is composed of a second bottom 81, a second vertical portion 82, and a second horizontal portion 83, and the tray 4 is at least partially located directly under the second horizontal portion 83 when the tray 4 turns on the chain 2. The guide plate 8 can limit the movement range of the tray 4 when the tray turns, so that the occurrence of chain scratching phenomenon is avoided.
The driving device 3 at least comprises a driving motor 31 arranged on the frame 1, and a driving gear 32 is fixedly arranged on a motor shaft of the driving motor 31; a rotatable transmission rod 33 is arranged on the frame 1, a first transmission gear 34 is fixedly arranged at one end of the transmission rod 33, and the first transmission gear 34 and the driving gear 32 rotate through a transmission chain 39; a second transmission gear 35 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the transmission rod 33, a third driven gear 36, a fourth driven gear 37 and a fifth driven gear 38 are further arranged on the frame 1, and the chain 2 is wound on the second transmission gear 35, the third driven gear 36, the fourth driven gear 37 and the fifth driven gear 38. Of course, the driving device 3 may have other structures, and the description thereof will not be repeated, which is within the scope of the present invention.
A group of autorotation universal wheels 9 are also fixed on the lower surface of the tray 4, and when the tray 4 is in linear transmission, the universal wheels 9 are clung to the first vertical part 72 of the chain side plate 7; when the tray 4 is turned, the universal wheel 9 may be abutted against a portion of the second vertical portion 82 of the guide plate 8. The universal wheel 9 is additionally arranged, so that the conditions of no jamming and no jumping can be ensured in the operation process, and the running is stable, safe and reliable.
The invention has simple structure and exquisite design, can realize high-speed conveying through the guide plate arranged at the corner and the universal wheels below the tray, and ensures stable operation and reliable operation.
