本发明涉及生姜存储领域,尤其涉及一种室内储藏生姜的绿色无毒贮藏法。
背景技术
生姜是一种重要的调味品,同时也可作蔬菜单独食用,而且是一味重要的中药材。近段时间以来,一些地区发现了大量“有毒生姜”,让广大人民群众闻“姜”生畏。所谓“有毒生姜”,多数都是储藏时没有用合理有效的进行贮藏,从而导致生姜腐烂变质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种室内储藏生姜的绿色无毒贮藏法,从而有效提高生姜的存储保鲜度。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种室内储藏生姜的绿色无毒贮藏法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、在室内用砖块砌水池;步骤二、挑选无病虫害、无损伤、无碰伤的生姜,切记不要清洗;步骤三、将挑选的生姜晾晒2~3天,蒸发其表面水分;步骤四、在水池底部铺设10~12里面厚的草木灰,在水池四周铺设保鲜膜;步骤五、将晾晒好的生姜放置于草木灰上,每放1~2层生姜撒一些草木灰;步骤六、在最顶层铺设稻草或麻袋;步骤七、利用加热和通风装置保证室内温度控制在10~15°C;所述保鲜膜包括如下重量份的材料:40~50份低密度聚乙烯,20~30份麦饭石粉,1~3份硬脂酸,1~3份吸湿剂和0.5~1份白油。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述保鲜膜采用熔融共混挤出法造粒,所述粒径为330~340目。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明的生姜贮藏法绿色环保无公害,同时可应用于各种室内环境,有效保证生姜的新鲜度,防止其变质腐烂,确保姜农的利益。

实施例1,一种室内储藏生姜的绿色无毒贮藏法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在室内用砖块砌水池;
步骤二、挑选无病虫害、无损伤、无碰伤的生姜,切记不要清洗;
步骤三、将挑选的生姜晾晒2~3天,蒸发其表面水分;
步骤四、在水池底部铺设10~12里面厚的草木灰,在水池四周铺设保鲜膜;
步骤五、将晾晒好的生姜放置于草木灰上,每放1~2层生姜撒一些草木灰;
步骤六、在最顶层铺设稻草或麻袋;
步骤七、利用加热和通风装置保证室内温度控制在10~15°C;
所述保鲜膜包括如下重量份的材料:40份低密度聚乙烯,20份麦饭石粉,1份硬脂酸,1份吸湿剂和0.5份白油,所述保鲜膜采用熔融共混挤出法造粒,所述粒径为340目。
实施例2,一种室内储藏生姜的绿色无毒贮藏法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在室内用砖块砌水池;
步骤二、挑选无病虫害、无损伤、无碰伤的生姜,切记不要清洗;
步骤三、将挑选的生姜晾晒2~3天,蒸发其表面水分;
步骤四、在水池底部铺设10~12里面厚的草木灰,在水池四周铺设保鲜膜;
步骤五、将晾晒好的生姜放置于草木灰上,每放1~2层生姜撒一些草木灰;
步骤六、在最顶层铺设稻草或麻袋;

所述保鲜膜包括如下重量份的材料:50份低密度聚乙烯,30份麦饭石粉,3份硬脂酸,3份吸湿剂和1份白油,所述保鲜膜采用熔融共混挤出法造粒,所述粒径为330目。
贮藏生姜的关键在于控制温度和湿度,贮藏生姜的适宜温度为10~15°C,低于10°C生姜易受冻,受冻的生姜在升温后又易腐烂;高于15°C,则易导致姜腐病等病害蔓延。
保鲜膜以低密度聚乙烯为基体树脂,以麦饭石粉为无机矿物填料,以硬脂酸为分散剂,以山梨醇为吸湿剂,加入少量白油,通过熔融共混挤出法制造粒径为320~340目的母粒,然后吹膜。大粒径麦饭石粉和树脂基体间的空隙大,促进氧气和水蒸气的透过,但是由于麦饭石本身的分散性差,因此选取330~340目的粒径为最佳。麦饭石吸附水分时会部分离子化,其中所含[SiO-]会与细菌结合而破坏其繁殖功能,从而达到抗菌目的。
本发明的生姜贮藏法绿色环保无公害,同时可应用于各种室内环境,有效保证生姜的新鲜度,防止其变质腐烂,确保姜农的利益。
本领域技术人员应当知晓,本发明的保护方案不仅限于上述的实施例,还可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种排列组合与变换,在不违背本发明精神的前提下,对本发明进行的各种变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

步骤一、在室内用砖块砌水池;
步骤二、挑选无病虫害、无损伤、无碰伤的生姜,切记不要清洗;
步骤三、将挑选的生姜晾晒2~3天,蒸发其表面水分;
步骤四、在水池底部铺设10~12里面厚的草木灰,在水池四周铺设保鲜膜;
步骤五、将晾晒好的生姜放置于草木灰上,每放1~2层生姜撒一些草木灰;
步骤六、在最顶层铺设稻草或麻袋;
步骤七、利用加热和通风装置保证室内温度控制在10~15°C;
